Since re-opening the new lease of life with in is amazing! Advice would be come see the change!

Tasty food and delivered on time but shocking portion size saying I have just paid £8.99 for chicken meat and chips. If I would have been there in person I wouldn't of paid more then £3. So either sort out your portion size or have a word with the delivery driver who must be eating it. I only went with this place as they score the highest on just eat but obviously that means nothing. My daughter had Donna and chips at £5.50 and was twice the size what I had. I won't be going back.

Always best food in the nuneaton.Always on time.

First time ordering for takeaway via Napoli's website. Everything worked well, good food, clean place. Very convenient at Stockingford area.

Trusting NAPOLI PIZZA NUNEATON -?? NEVER! I ORDER GARLIC PEPPERONI PIZZA = RECEIVED PEPPERONI ONION MUSHROOMS PIZZA !!!! Calling them and ask if they can do the right one they ask me to go back to them and get the right one , do you think it’s fair to waste one more hour for their mistake ??!!!

Food was mouldy the base had all mould of called up and was told it was the sauce and they sent a free pizza and did the pizza was mouldy again never recommended buying from their

We had mixed kebab, chicken nuggets and chips. First time today 10.06.23 PRO: The food was really tasty and I would recommend it. CON: The mixed kebab portion was really small. It was about half the size we get from other places.

Had the meat calzone, very nice, had a good bit of topping on the top of the calzone which was nice, and it was all made fresh

We received our food last night freezing cold, today both my children have been sick they was fine before this food I will never ever order from here again

Waited an hour to check on order on just eat to see it was cancelled not sure what happened but I have ordered from here for years from my previous address and now new address just hope it does not happen again as I do like the food and delivery charge is fair not over priced like most places now......

Ordered pizza at 5pm. At 6:20 I called to see where my food was and they said it was on way. Food finally arrived at 7:15 which was cold and burnt and was inedible to eat.When I call to complain they made the excuse there was rain and road works everywhere and refused to give me a refund

I ordered a pizza and chicken at 5.15 on 28th July.... I waited 2 hours for nothing to arrive, I called after 1 hour to be told my food. was 5 minutes away... Still Nothing arrived. I've reported the issue to JustEat and am currently awaiting a refund.

Unfortunately not a good review. 2 hours from placing my on line order. Margarita pizza tough and luke warm. Mexican pizza very nice but luke warm. Chips luke warm. Haven't had a takeaway from here since before lockdown. Disappointing. Won't order again. Could do better Napoli.

Will rip you off! Check your order and cost before leaving the shop. Food tastes nice but they'll over charge you. Would like to support a local business but they're dishonest. Such a shame Added: Tried again to give benefit of the doubt and same result. Charged but items missing. Went back to complain as I hate being ripped off but they were full of excuses. Food OK at a push. Shame to say avoid but they're consistently unreliable and will rip you off

Dead food!!! Ordered two donner in pitta with chips meal dinner was cold and rubbery chips had no potato in them was just batter and over done food coke like it was old would feed it to my dog !!!!! Never order from this place !!!!

So I l’ve only recently moved to Redditch and having had a day in front of Zoom and an evening unpacking boxes I thought I’d jump on JustEat for a pizza. Not knowing the area I decided to go for the 5 and a half star rated option. I’m not sure what those stars actually mean because they certainly don’t relate to the food I received. It took an hour to arrive. The deep pan turned out to be 2 x thin pizzas; I’m guessing I was supposed to make a sandwich out of them. The chips were floppy bits of string and the pizza topping? Well I’m glad I added jalapeños because even with those it had all the flavour of paper - seriously, nothing. On the basis of this, not recommended.

Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!!! Frozen dessert so couldn't eat! And after asking for a chicken wrap with salad & mayo. I got a wrap with 4 chicken nuggets just threw in! Shocking! THINK TWICE BEFORE U BUY!

Been using this this kebab shop for a year and a half, never had a problem. The food is great, well priced and the guys there are always friendly. Recomend them the next time your in the area.

Shocking company, Ive used these a lot over the years, never again! Taking orders then cancelling as by their own admission 'we're really busy' Try telling that to my hungry 8yr old who's been promised pizza! Luckily you have lots of competitors who are able to keep up!

I ordered 2 9" pepperoni pizzas a while ago. Decent quality and was made fast. Staff was nice from what I talked to them.They do not open when they need to.

Well what can I say.. Average food, terrible customer skills. They sent a donner kebab instead of a chicken kebab my partner rang and explained their mistake bloke on the phone said they will bring out a chicken kebab straight away after an hour and a half it still hadn't arrived so my partner phoned back only to be shouted at. The bloke basically called me a liar telling my partner that the woman who rang(Me) asked for a donner kebab he then told my partner that all calls are recorded he then demanded that we pay an extra 1.60 for the chicken kebab even tho we had already paid for a kebab we didn't order. Never ordering from there again

RIDICULOUS and RUDE!!! I ordered some food on Just Eat and half an hour later I have received what I was thinking is my food. Took it inside and opened, to find out it's definitely not mine. After few minutes guy came back angry and telling me off, almost shouting at me why I took it from him if it wasn't mine!?!? How I supposed to know that?! Called this place and what I heard??? "This is not a problem" This IS a PROBLEM! Guy almost let himself inside just to make sure that he will get the food back!

Terrible food and service Sat waiting for half hour other people getting their orders I asked and my order was found in carrier bag at the bak of other food order got home food was nearly cold as been there for as while and part of order missing! Will never go there again!

Ordered with just eat. Awaiting time 45-60 mins arrived after 2h with mixed up pizzas. Meaty instead of margarita and hawaian on menu with turkey,delivered with cheap ham.. enjoy if you like cold.

Ordered 2 pizzas (BOGOF) & a half pounder burger meal to be delivered they said on the phone £17:49 we thought it was abit dear considering one pizza was free but just got on with it as we was hungry. When the delivery driver got here (not late surprisingly) he tried telling me it was £20 I asked how? And has he got a menu for me to check prices he said he hadn’t.. he told me to ring Napoli back up and I said forget it just give me the money back and take the food back after trying to rip me off. He then spoke to Napoli himself and said it was the ‘other delivery drivers fault’ it’s not £20 it’s £17:49 I said I don’t care I want my money back! For trying to rip me off! Never using these again!

One pizza was lovely, the other the ingredients tasted a bit cheap

The people working here should be ashamed. I stood there and was ignored for at least 5 minutes until I walked out the door, then, and only then did they try calling me back. I don't think so.

Had the 2 pizza for 1 and garlic cheese mushrooms and chips. Reasonable price on time and hot. What more can you ask for. I'm glad I tried it will use again. Would recomend trying the takeaway there. Well done guys.

Delivered within 20mins of placing an order on Saturday night, estimated time wait was over an hour so been really happy to have it so early. Food delicious, no issues at all. Driver nice and polita. Highly recommend!

I ordered a large chips and sauce that I didn't receive... I also ordered a meat pizza and Margherita pizza as some of us are vegetarian and ended up with 2 meat pizzas... Not happy with my order today and as a regular this shouldn't of happened Will order again as never had a problem before.

I love it from here normally this time so disappointed, ordered 2 spicy vegetarian got normal so rang and he said no I haven't seen any so it's a good job id ordered through just eat as he was making out I was lying the Base was so hard on all 4 pizzas like they'd been stood out, delivery driver is so lovely though but don't know if I'll order again now and I normally order weekly.:(

Had a mixed Kebab meal, great portion size, fast Friday delivery on this occasion. Typical warm soggy takeaway Chips brought back to life by small drizzle of oil in a Frypan 3-5mins :)

Tasty food, slight hiccup with our order but after a quick call they were polite and speedy to correct it and deliver our missing item, will definitely order again

Food was fine, but was ordered for when my daughter and her friends were due home from prom and it was delivered 45 minutes early which meant I had to keep it warm until they got home.

Love napoli but not sure what's happening at the minute..... Ordered half pounder in stead of quarter and both cane as quarters even after paying the extra. Buns were hard. Delivery time is usually as quick as anything which I'm always impressed with. However last 2 or 3 orders are getting later and later . I hope normal service resumes asap

As time as gone on this pizza place as slowly got worse got my order for the whole family completely wrong ordered stuffed crust which they missed so got some extra chips cause of this one pizza we asked for Bolognese when we got home found out it was chilli con carne rest of the food was luke warm onion rings where over cooked so dont bother find some where else to eat and save yourself the disappointment

Never again. Sorry guys. Dry, without taste. Nuggets - from shop, frozen and very bad! Burgers with small amount of salad (close to none), meat - from shop, frozen and very bad! Chicken maybe..... hope you will improve... till then sorry no food from you for me.

We had the chicken kebab meal and the donner and chips with the jalapeño peppers cream. It was a very lovely meal that was delivered piping hot and before expected delivery time. Highly recommend:)
