The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South West

Went out for a birthday meal and was super disappointed. Having to own a smart phone to be able to order was bad enough, but they couldn’t even accept a valid voucher card. Just go to Pizza Express instead.

Avoid. Avoid. AVOID. As I type this I've just been left on the phone for 10+ mins, after being told our order had already been delivered and they're checking with the delivery driver. 1hr 40min and counting, nothing received. Almost 1hr since the latest estimated delivery time. UPDATE: After 12 min they hung up on me. Just rang back and told the driver couldn't find the house (despite very clear instructions & being on a main road) and it will be an extra 25mins (over 2hr total), which I struggle to believe. Astoundingly dreadful service and customer service. Still worried about the food, should it ever arrive.

The woman who works around lunch time and the chap who rides a motorbike are such an absolute pleasure to deal with. Wrong order came through when called to rectify terrible service spoke to multiple people no one could deal with the situation ended up hanging up

Ordered vegi supreme and 2 portions of chips. Domino's took our money and told us it would take 30 minutes. Received a call after 15 mins to say they didn't have the toppings for that pizza. (No onions, no tomatoes, no mushrooms and no garlic!) We agreed to alternative toppings. The pizza did not arrive for another hour and when it did it was cold, there was only one portion of chips which were also cold. My cousin rang Dominos and very politely expressed our disappointment with this service. She was greeted with a complete lack of concern or interest, no apology, no offer of a refund. We are frankly astonished that a company of such renown has provided substandard food, substandard service and clearly does not care about its customers. We would never recommend Domino's based on this experience and it is apparent from other reviews that we are not the first to receive such appalling food and service. We expected at the very least a partial refund.

The guy is preparing my food with no gloves on, where is the health and hygiene rules?!

Do not order from these idiots again. Not only do they get your order wrong but they tie up the bags to tightly that you cannot open them.

I visited this Pizza Hut to make an order during a very busy Saturday evening and the staff (Chris and another team member whose name I didn’t get but also wish to thank) were the most friendly and helpful I could have wished for. The pizzas were delicious, hot and cooked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut for both the quality of food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Thank you!

Horrendous experience I became severely ill for three days after eating the chicken from this place in November. They then ignored my complaint email for weeks, did not refund me or offer any kind of acknowledgement despite this chicken being the ONLY thing I consumed that could have given me food poisoning, and it had a very strange taste/ texture when I ate it. I have since learned dominos source their chicken from Thailand (probably to cut costs) which I’m sure is not raised to the same welfare standards as in the UK. I then got an email weeks later denying any wrongdoing with zero sympathy for my situation and felt as if I was being accused of making it up. Appalling and disgusting customer service and as a result of this I am boycotting dominos FOREVER. AVOID!!!!!

Delivery arrived stone cold...online order system is miss leading as it gave the impression I was ordering 2 seperate kebabs. I couldnt see the 2 lumps of lamb and kofte for the mountains of lettuce..wrap was cheap and falling apart.. never again - you ruined my Valentine surprise...

What has happened to this takeaway? It used to be so good. Used it tonight and the first order was wrong, ordered a medium and large, and they sent 2 mediums. Waited for a new order of large pizza and it came like it had been trampled on (see picture) would not use this takeaway again

Sat 4th May 2025: Me and my husband were hoping to get a dominos, it was 00:30am and your store should be open until 1am… the doors were locked and the staff could see we were trying to enter and they just stood there and laughed at us. This is completely unacceptable - 1. You should still allow service until the hour you specify (1am). 2. Your staff should be kind and considerate instead of plain damn rude and ignorant. I used to work for Dominos in the Redruth store, so to see that the staff now have no manners or sense of customer service is disgusting. Please pull your finger out, because you’re only loosing customers and precious revenue.

Nice pizza,reminds me back home

Ordered through deliveroo and have been waiting for 2 hours and have called the store twice with no response and deliveroo support even called the store but no answer. This is ridiculous and I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon. I can see other reviews having this same problem with this store.
