The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South East

Ordered via Just Eat. 2 hours later, the pizzas hadn't turned up. 3 or 4 of us tried to phone to query this; the phone connected and we could hear voices, then they hung up. Eventually one of us got through and they said they had recalled the driver and were re-making the pizzas. One of us got in his car and collected them himself. No apologies, no explanation, and they have delivered to our location before. Won't be using Dominos again in Chineham. Can't wait to see if the outlet reply to this.

So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, my boyfriend ordered a meat feast pizza and they messed up his order sending a pineapple and mushroom instead, he phoned up to ask for the correct pizza to be sent out and the woman on the phone told him his only course of action would be to go through Uber (which he had ordered through), to which he replied no worries but could he still get the correct pizza and her reply was “no” and then hung up. So rude, especially for a mistake on their end. Do not recommend anyone ordering from here.

Used to always get a good curry when it was in Hersham but since it moved to molesey it’s 50/50 whether good or not. Also they would to offer a 10% discount but not anymore and the prices have jumped up since lockdown, very disappointed will not order from here anymore which is a shame as we have been customers for many years.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some pizza deals. Food arrived and the pizza deal you ordered come through wrong. Ring them to try and resolve, to be told it's my problem I didn't select large from the drop down menu. I replied with when it states any large pizza for £9.99 delivered then you automatically believe it's going to be a large. The man then come on and shouted your problem next time ring and tell us and not order online. No resolved problem. Now lost a loyal customer as won't be returning to them. Shocking!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Chips was cold,,, all the chicken was dry! Like it was cooked days in advance! Chicken burger was so over cooked and cold! Can of coke was out of date!!!!,,, I will stay well clear of this place in the future!!! Not even busy there!!! No excuse but just laziness

Confusing Screen, I got the wrong pizza.

Is it the greatest pizza you've ever had? No but bang for buck it's a damn good pizza - I Iive very near so I pick it up hot! (£9.99 for 15" collection deal)
