The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

We went to this shop after a night out. We arrived and paid around £24 for our order and didn’t even get it as one of the workers walked out while the other one was crying in the back room which was visible for all the customers. We waited about an hour for 2 donor wraps which we never received as they turned off the lights and said they were closed after many people had already paid for their orders. So please avoid this place at all costs. Also the worked seemed to be either high or drunk behind the counter as she seemed extremely distant from her work and even told my friend after waiting for an hour already that he would have to wait for longer because he was being “cocky” which is extremely unprofessional so would 100% not recommend this place for food at all.

Still waiting for the food ordered 2 1/4 hours ago (and the app says it’s delivered). No vegan cheese left so was asked if we could have dairy on a vegan pizza. No offer to refund the extra money paid for vegan cheese, and nothing else offered as an apology. We’ve tried calling multiple times for an update but there is no answer on the phone.

Delivery driver kept calling me son. You deliver pizza, just pass the pizza bro. Food standards are slipping and for the price of the pizzas the quality of toppings and sides is bad value for money.

Undercooked £40 worth of pizzas with barely any cheese. Worse still, despite acknowledging the poor quality of the pizzas, the company claimed that I am not due any compensation because I didn't call the store... for an online delivery order.

Completely got the order wrong from what we asked for and had a bad attitude when we questioned the order. Quality isn’t great either and food isn’t hot, just warm at best

they ignore you completely when you walk in the door. After maybe 2/3 minutes one might look up and grunt at you. if you were not from the area and used to their ignorance you would definitely have left. would not recommend no food is worth that ignorance.

Toon takeaway boasts what can only be described as bouncy tunes and naughty kebab! I love their creamy garlic, which is my favourite type of garlic. Their garlic sauce is very nice, I highly recommend the garlic sauce. If you love kebab, then you need to try the garlic sauce because it proper tastes of garlic sauce. I also tested out the punch bag with my friend, I now have a headache but at least I have a fridge full of their garlic sauces which I highly recommend.

We have used this pizzeria for a long time, mainly because it is close to us. The food is not wonderful. Once again we had an incorrect order delivered even though we are on their computer as a repeat order. I always ask them to cut down on jalapeños which is also on their computer. The last 3 we have had were inedible. We will not use them again due to the above reasons.

1 star is too much…. Absolutely disgusting service. Went and collected our pizzas to be given the wrong ones. Was told that we would have to wait another 10 minutes for our order. Partner phoned the store to rectify the situation and was fronted by the phone being put down on him. 10 minutes waiting for the pizza to be them finding the pizzas had the wrong stickers on them and a dominos box claims to say ‘warning! Hot’, the pizzas were of a tepid temperature. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour from staff. Will not be returning.

Smallest tub of garlic I have ever seen. Not enough to share for the food we ordered. The kebab meat was dry and the chips cold. Pizza getting thinner. It’s a no from me.

Ordered thin and crispy base but this was wafer thin, like a cracker and cold. Toppings were sparse. Loaded fries were inedible, they were undercooked, the cheese was not melted and basically the whole thing was cold. The jalapeño Nachos were burnt and toppings were all dried
