Tried to not give me my food and make me pay again because they thought I was drunk

I met my friend and treated us to lunch I can’t say I was impressed with the food I had a chicken wrap it was bland and dry it had a little salad with it but was very dry, my chocolate fudge cake wasn't much better, my friend ordered a sandwich very little cheese on the sandwich disappointed really, there wasn't much choice available for an alternative as they had ran out. The staff had made a comment about carrying cups directly to the table apparently this isn't allowed we were told that hot drinks have to be placed on the tray to be carried to the table ridiculous! I used my hot chocolate to help wash the sandwich down since it was dry.

Orbed mixed kebab with extra pitter got half mixed kebab with wrap bread and only half the Porsche. Every time they get the order wrong not going again 😕🙁☹️

Came in 1hr before closing and told me not taking orders

Ordered a bargain box the pizza an chicken parmo was missing they replaced it with a cut burger strips an two small pieces of chicken the rest of the order was fine

I was hired as a delivery driver, but on my first shift, when I arrived at the store, I was told that I would have to handle all sorts of tasks, including cleaning the floor, washing items in the sink, and restocking the fridge with drinks. I told the manager that I was fine with most tasks, but cleaning wasn’t part of my role. it’s a cleaner’s job, not a delivery driver’s. They expect one person to do everything, which is unfair. If Domino’s doesn’t revise its criteria, it could negatively impact their standards. At last the most wrost thing is that manager showed me rota there was only mention shift start tome and i asked him when shift finish time he said in all shift manager tells go home anytime once the rush finish.

food was late missing my dips stuff crust and onion rings rang the restaurant to be told it was 15 minutes away 40 mins later rang again to be told it was nearly there then arrives with items missing total disgrace

Food turned up 45 minutes late and was stone cold. Always used on a regular basis and never had issue. But very disappointed in last couple of visits. Sadly Won’t be returning again.

worst food and experience i have evr had. trued to charge us 17.50 for one cheesy garlic bread. then started laughing and taking the piss out of us saying we are ugly with makeup and stuff like that. nasty people and overall bad experience.

I was home alone on my day off from work and decided to take advantage by ordering food to my house. My usual takeaway apps weren’t working so I settled for a Domino’s, if I had known what I was about to experience I would have just cooked instead. I ordered a large Cheeseburger pizza so I could share some with my husband and daughter upon their return, but I couldn’t possibly put them through that. The pizza had a very funny taste to it, the tomato base tasted far less than fresh and the burger sauce was practically acid. I had two slices before stopping and my stomach was so heavy for the rest of the day I may as well have eaten a rock, probably would’ve tasted better. Oh, and despite it being a weekday at 13:00, the pizza took just under an hour to arrive even though I live less than a mile away. The pizza, along with my short term happiness, went in the bin. Next time I fancy a pizza, I’ll be sure to not order from Domino’s.

I have order many times, and have to say the last few times for delivery it’s been disappointing, was late. The Parmesan was like it had been shoot together, and gone through the oven a few times, wafer thin is an understatement, cheese burnt to a crisp, had no belchmel sauce on, if it had it was little. Garlic bread burnt and cold, has was the chips and donor meat. The salad was very little.

We got pizza delivery as we have had many times. The pizza tonight was dry with hardly any topping which was only in the centre of the pizza. Will not get delivery again. Better to go and collect then do your own quality check!

Order was incorrect they sent 1 pilot of chilli sauce instead of 4 pots of garlic sauce. The chicken pieces were burnt on the underside and tasted awful. This was a collection not a delivery. Will certainly not order again
