The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

The price you pay for dominos you really do expect to get what you pay for, order missing garlic pizza, bottle of pop and garlic dip, total price of missing items £9. Not good enough. Can understand why this place has such low reviews. Personally if I was a manager of a food place I wouldn't be happy with anything other than 5 star reviews, obviously whoever runs this place couldn't care.

Easily the best service I’ve ever had from a takeaway! I messed up my order and the guy personally delivered it in 15mins despite me putting it through as collection and him being really busy. He was so friendly on the phone and on delivery. ALSO the pizza was absolutely amazing. Large portions and really yummy so the value for money is insane. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

This is the best kebab I’ve ever had and the best tasted dinner meat to die for , and in a nan break all cooked fresh , pizzas I’ve had also and just the best , I travel the world and love kebabs and spicy food and this place never disappoints when I’m back in north east I head here !

Again ordered after complaint and the manager was clueless. Took my order and couldn't even get my order right over the phone this place is a joke and manager was argumentative when I rang to raise the issue. 3 weeks in a row wrong toppings. Avoid at all cost as they are a laughing stock of franchise

Pizza nice enough - but it was cold. I rang the store and the shift supervisor said it was within the delivery time window. He kept repeating this - but it certainly wasn’t ‘piping hot’ and this made it very mediocre. He said I could write to customer services (which is what I will do) and after a pause, he hung up on me! Disgusting and RUDE!

Next time your resident delivery driver in the blue Focus cuts me up I'll put his windscreen out. No more deliveries for you.

I have ordered here on a few occasions before. And on more than one occasion the food is over an hour late with no explanation or apology. To make matters worse when i rang to ask where it was and then speak to the manager he was very rude and abrupt with me. him saying what did I want him to do! I said that as a customer it shouldn’t be me doing that he should be the manager explaining the problem and ultimately apologising for it. I can’t imagine if you were in a restaurant that a manager would come over and say that. I ordered food at 5:15 and I’ve juat been told now at 6:20 it will be another 15-20 mins late . This is definitely the Last time I order food from this place!

Just bought bag chips , waited for chips to cook so should have been lovely and fresh. The chips were disgusting not cooked enough hard inside and tasted like oil needed changing awful taste. I will never return thought I would give it a try pleased it wasn't a large order as went in the bin.

Last time I use this chip shop, hard stale tasteless chips. Cold gravy, the best thing was the ready made microwaved pie and overpriced cans of pop. Oh and they prefer cash for obvious reasons ;) Never again Below average

Bought tea tonight for here thought we would try this place again we were told it was under new management what a waste of £20 all went in the bin rubber chicken under cooked pizza avoid at all costs

first walked in and stood at the front waiting to be served for around 10 minutes. 4 or 5 workers looking at me, i then ordered something which was 4.99 on the menu and 6.99 was put on the card machine. one i corrected the worker, she started making pizzas for delivery when every other worker was doing the same. took another 15 mins to get a small dessert made. won’t be returning.

Called in for lunch with the kids after visiting the arcade next door. The menu looked and sounded good, but perhaps we should have been suspicious that the place was empty on a Saturday lunchtime. The serving staff looked bored and disinterested, and service was very slow. Despite the place having very few customers, we waited an hour to get our food - albeit because our order had been ‘lost’ between the service counter and the kitchen. We did get an apology for this, but we got the impression that nobody really cared. When the pizza eventually arrived, it was underwhelming. Not terrible, but the dough was slightly undercooked, and overall they were not as tasty as you might expect given that it’s all the company makes. As we were leaving, some other customers were being turned away because the kitchen had run out of pizza dough. At 2pm on a Saturday. Perhaps they were the lucky ones. We won’t go back.

Went in to pick up an order completely blanked by the pink haired member of staff at the till, turned her back and just walked off.

Be careful- I've had pizzas that have clearly been made for a long time then reheated- either non-delivered for other orders or made in error. Horribly dry base and the topping like bullets. Only buy if you're at the shop and can watch them make fresh - and unhygenically. Perhaps they are allergic to soap or water but they merrily swap various jobs from handling raw ingredients, cooked product, handling change (and scratching body parts at times) with no thought given to the possibility of cross contamination.
