Called in for lunch with the kids after visiting the arcade next door. The menu looked and sounded good, but perhaps we should have been suspicious that the place was empty on a Saturday lunchtime. The serving staff looked bored and disinterested, and service was very slow. Despite the place having very few customers, we waited an hour to get our food - albeit because our order had been ‘lost’ between the service counter and the kitchen. We did get an apology for this, but we got the impression that nobody really cared. When the pizza eventually arrived, it was underwhelming. Not terrible, but the dough was slightly undercooked, and overall they were not as tasty as you might expect given that it’s all the company makes. As we were leaving, some other customers were being turned away because the kitchen had run out of pizza dough. At 2pm on a Saturday. Perhaps they were the lucky ones. We won’t go back.

13-14 Nile StreetOrder food every week from this takeaway but tonight received my food within 15 mins and my burger was raw still my bun was like slop unable to pick it up and after ringing the shop only to be told to take a picture and send to a mobile absolute joke certainly won't be giving them any more custom !

62 Church WyNormally good, but just had a kebab meat pizza and paid for chicken as an extra topping . What i got was chicken instead of a lot of kebab meat so it wasn't really extra

44 Park ViewOrdered from here for years, thought we would get a family takeaway with the kids. Spent £44 which is a lot in my opinion, chips from the kebab were missing and the chilli dip was (only reason we ordered was for that chilli dip as nowhere does it as nice ) I rang to which they said they would drop it off in 20 minutes. Well that was just pointless the food would be gone! Poor communication on phone & not very polite. Won’t be ordering from here. They’ve lost our custom.
