delicious chicken kebab hot and fresh

Must of changed hands recently as food has changed. Everything was extremely greasy right down to the chips and the kebab meat is tougher than the rubber soles on my trainers. Absolutely disgusting food

Pretty average pizza shop. The walls inside looked like could do with a clean, saw a huge moth near the TV. Not sure if it was alive or stuck to the thick, brown grease on the walls. The TV wiring was all over, not even sure a box on the fridge was plugged in or not. The food is okay. Nothing fantastic about it. The lady who served us was friendly and professional. But the other staff, all guys, just looked miserable and judgemental. One guy was even wearing sandles with his bare feet. Not sure that's a great idea when working near hot fat. The wait times can vary. My donner kebab was ready in a couple of minutes where as my friends pizza took around 20-25 minutes. Which is a longtime for a pizza. Overall taste was good. The chips had their fair share of black n bruised parts which I don't eat. The pop was cold. But the kebab was good. Had a slight spicey kick to it. Nothing over powering though. Would I visit again? If everywhere else was closed, probably. Would I want to? Probably not. Overall score 1 out of 5.

The food did not show up at all I called the restaurant twice first at 11:05 I was told he would not be long he was on his way that I called back at 11:20 and she said he’s delivered it to the address I said that not possible because there’s no one in i was told me pizza was handed to someone stood next to the house the driver did not ask the name absolutely shocking. The girls who took the phone call said “ the driver had been delivering for us for 12 years he knows what he is doing” clearly not

Just a few chips in donner, like three bits, pizza are you guys holding back on your tomato sauce? Come on guys their was barley a tea spoon of tomato on the whole pizza!! Food got delivered on time, abit of a tip instead of asking for one!!! Make the wrap 2 mins before sending food out! Yes the wrap was cold.

When my food did arrive I was missing items off my order. The food which was cold and was covered in grease and was uneatable the quality of food for the price should be amazing yet I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog! Disgusting

Well the chicken was very dry I have ordered this before time and time again and it was always good but not this time. I even called them and did not even want to help at all.

we have ordered from here alot and usually really good but was disappointed today. Chips were all hard and went in the bin, as did the garlic mushrooms. Burger wasn't great either. on plus side, garlic bread was really nice.

Worst pizza I have had from here, had to reheat my pizza as it was so cold as it was out for delivery for far too long. Absolute joke.

Ordered food from here yesterday. Normally cant fault them but this time our food was an hour late on delivery we waited 2 hours from ordering our food to receiving it and when it arrived it was cold

I haven't even received our food and it's told me it's been delivered beek waiting ages and nothing has come tried ringing no answer so I'm wondering where my food is And if whoever has it enjoys it!!

Ordered 1 chilli chicken kebab & 1 garlic chicken kebab, both of the chickens were plain chicken had no flavour at all plus a couple of the mushrooms had soil on them, we are really disappointed as it cost £22.30. Sorry won’t go back

I did not receive full order garlic bread special was missing

I ordered burger and chips burger was on point but came with about 6 chips, delivery was 5 mins late but the delivery driver apologised so i’m not bothered about that.

Nice as always and I appreciate you’s ringing me up to tell me there’s no chocolate cake left. However you’s still got this wrong….. I was told there was strawberry cheesecake so I opted for that….. What’s in my container?? A lemon cheesecake. This is why you should never get an autistic person’s order wrong. Thank you for this being my last order.

Food arrived, chips were cold, pizza had mushrooms on when I asked for it without so couldn't eat it, shish was just balls of fat and awful, tried to ring the shop to complain but phone is off the hook.

Everything was great apart from 1 thing being wrong. This is a huge thing for me because of my autism. If I ask for chocolate cake I expect chocolate cake. If it’s unavailable then please ring me to tell me to avoid a mental meltdown. It’s highly annoying ordering 1 thing and getting something you didn’t order. If this can’t be met then you’ve lost a valuable customer.

Order that we received last night was muck cold was very disappointed

Rank, rip off food. The £8.65 Spaghetti Bolognaise was literally a can of supermarket spaghetti bolognaise (that you can buy for £1.89) transferred into a foil tray and topped with cheese.

Not been here for years, but the three times I've had pizza from here, I've been really ill, to be fair you'd think I would have learnt the first time I was ill but I didn't! Horrible place!

Came half an hour before the time just eat said it would. Obviously we weren't in so just left it on the doorstep.

Food was really cold. Some chips soggy, some still frozen.

I was very pleased with my order. I ordered pretty late at night but all the food tasted fresh and was piping hot by the time it got to me. Will definitely order again!

My son has a few food aversions as he’s autistic & the lovely staff at pizza addict always accommodate our requests for no sauce on his pizzas, food is always hot & fresh when we order too!

Friendly staff. Order prepared fresh while I waited, kebab was lovely & got loads, best garlic sauce in shields.

Not one to write reviews to be honest, but my god I couldn’t not. Never again will I order from here. Pizza addict ? I think I’d have to be some sort of addict to keep coming back here, First and last time. I ordered from here tonight and the chips were missing from the donna kebab. ( easy mistake to make fair enough) We called the shop to explain to be asked if they could give them to us next time instead as it’s busy ? Really? They then agreed to send missing chips out and ended the call. Then got a call back two minutes later from the woman on the phone saying the chef said we were lying as chips were under the meat😂😂 they weren’t. it then took them 35 minutes to send out the missing items by this time the pitta was soggy in grease and food was cold so just ended up getting binned. What made it worse, whichever woman we spoke to was so rude and disgusted by her customer service. Can’t get the staff these days obviously. Pizza addict have made me feel like an addict as what I have ate had made me feel dirty. Please stay away from this place if you want nice food !!

Terrible pizza, base was hard, not enough garlic on the Kiev pizza, when I called and said I ordered to check delivery the guy said it was on its way without taking any details.......how is that possible. Way better food places to eat!

Food and delivery was good but asked for cheesy chips with chicken and received just cheesy chips no chicken on. Mozzarella sticks were lush.

No curry sauce. Which annoying as it’s not cheap.

ordered food at 11:45 and it’s currently 2:12 and food still hasn’t came, shop shut at 12:30. To add to that i received a text message to say it was on its way at half 12. Don’t know where it is or what the major delay is but i would like full return but will persue this further with a phone call when the shop opens tomorrow.

Besr pizza ive had in a long time

Ordered two pizzas. One pizza lovely and the other pizza a garlic bread special with salad without the salad! Phoned them three times for them to say it was on its way! So I asked for a refund on that meal they said they could only refund the salad! Eventually after 1 hour I thought my salad had arrived it was a refund of £1 for the salad, no salad what a joke!!!

Originally said delivery would be over an hour which seemed excessive then delivered 30 mins early which I wasn’t ready for…no notification of earlier delivery and actually got text saying food was on way 20 mins after they had delivered. Food was ok but chips were cold

The person on the line is disgusting, I called to claim that my order has not arrived after 2 hours and what are you doing? I hang up the call.

Disgusting service woman on the phone was rude and disrespectful and took almost 2 hours for my food to come. Once it got here it was stone cold one of the worst takeaway experiences I've had

Depending on when you order, it might take a while to be delivered, but it's well worth the wait. Enjoyed it very much.

asked for no mushrooms on ze pizza, and there were mushrooms so :( aside from that, the chips and pizza (tho only one of us could eat it DUE to ze mushrooms) were very good.

I order from here because they have the best cheesy chips and garlic mayonnaise however my cheesy chip wrap was all little scraps .. crunchy and not at all satisfying.. I was really disappointed.. the pizzas were lovely as always

Lovely chicken kebabs & fresh salad

Pizza came but forgot rest of order, they went back to get and by the time they came back pizza was cold, it was also over cooked and hard, the chips were like warm and scabby!! No garlic in the wrap as requested 🤷‍♀️
