Absolute joke of a shop, ordered over the phone for pickup, didn’t get told on the phone if it was cash or card, walked in don’t carry anything on me apart form phone, got told it was cash only. Yous turned me away, absolutely shocking customer service, already made the food too hahaha normally come to yous quite a lot won’t be back for definite, fabios all the way

Not very good this time £13 ish we got hot and spicy palma chips on the side .... chicken to thin....to grease on some bits the topping came off ..disappointed....chips WHAT chips . Hard aswell.... chilli sauce was awful and ran off the chip when dipped.peppry.... 6 out ov 10 for your FOOD

fantastic mixed shawarma great portion and one of the best salad boxes had in ages fresh, crunchy and very tasty

The 4 star quality rating was purely down to the food arriving a little cool, but top notch bar that else it would have been a 5.

The delivery driver went to the wrong address so by the time we got it all the food was stone cold

Can't complain about the food.... if it ever get delivered. You order it through there site and blame it on just eat for it not coming through.

Alright, normally get some chips if I get the metro home and they do me. Have had a pizza in the past and that was decent.

Food ok but garlic sauce tasted like mint sauce. Wasn't pleased since I paid extra for it!

Kebab quality was awful and the garlic sauce tasted more of mint rather than garlic. It is also extremely overpriced, £5 for cheesy chips

I specifically said NO peppers on the Order (the kebab), but it was covered in them. I have an ileostomy, peppers are a definite no, they are dangerous. I think it is very worrying in this day and age with people having so many allergies that you simply don’t read a NO PEPPERS on the order. Sad, because you have lost any future orders from us.

We have ordered from Quality Pozza since moving to the area over 10 years ago however the last 2 orders have been awful. No base at all on pizzas, funny taste as though its a warmed up left over. Cold wrap and Parmo and incorrect sauces given. Will have to find a new Pizza take away unfortunately, its a shame. Hard earned cash wasted

Food was nice however the website states free garlic bread with cheese with orders over £14 which they did not honour as state that just eat has this wrong and it should be over £16

First time ordering from here and have to say the pizza and house kebab were amazingly tasty,kebab was huge and well worth the money. Would definitely recommend this place.

Deals are really good value for money overall. Expected delivery time stated was quite long (1.25hrs), but food came earlier than that. Pizzas had great flavour, not greasy or doughy, plenty of toppings. The normal crust is Italian and the stuffed crust is more like a standard. Chips are oven style rather than chip shop. Definitely ordering again.

The deep pan pizzas are pretty good for the price, would highly recommend

Chicken kebab not tasty. Lamb kebab in strange sauce., wasnt sure it was actually lamb. Chilli sauce fozen!!! 1st and last time i will order from this shop.

Lush well Recommend cheese stuff crust 12" Salami Special stuff crust extra but well worth it 👌 xx

Fast delivery food up to normal standard.

Missing garlic bread with cheese happened to be someone’s meal not just a side.

Food was 45mins late and to be honest wasn’t really worth the wait. Won’t be ordering from ever again.

Pizza was delivered on time, absolutely gorgeous, piping hot, lovely delivery driver, chilli sauce is the nicest i've had, would highly recommend, lots of different offers

The original delivery time on the Just eat app was 17:05, this changed to 17:30 and eventually came at 17:50, Food was delivered 45 minutes late and it was cold. As it was late, and they didn't answer their phone we went to the shop and the manager was exceptionally aggressive and he stated the delivery driver had 7 deliveries and it would be delivered when it was delivered. One of the pizza's was not as ordered and was inedible and was thrown away and the special chicken tikka only had 4 pieces of chicken with lots of donna meat. Your app does not give enough options for a complaint and your £5 credit to my account is at best miserable, insulting and insufficient given the bill was £52. I look forward to hearing from you as this service does not justify your reputation for delivering hot food.

Good choice of food options. I chose a pizza as they say they do the best pizza around and I wasn't disappointed. I also had a portion of chips and although they were deep fried they were not greasy at all. Check the price as they tried to over charge me.

Probably the worst most tasteless pizza and kebab I’ve ever had in my life two pizzas garlic bread and a kebab the whole lot in the bin absolutely disgusting what a waste of £25

Normally a very good takeaway but for some reason a total disaster tonight. Called them after an hour and half chasing up and it arrived after 2 hours. Food as always very tasty but because we were all so hungry it was totally ruined!

Simply THE best chilli burger in town. I’m officially addicted. Had slight hiccup with order missing item… it was brought immediately. Superb food and service. A really fantastic place to order hot delicious food. A***

Did a telephone order we have ordered with no problem before an hour and a half later telephoned the shop to be told did you order from just eat.......no.....did you order on line ...no I spoke to you ..who confirmed my address .. No longer going back ..just eat and ordering on line must be a lot better than loyal customers.. Ps still didn't arrive

Waited 1hour and 50 mins for 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread on.a Monday night. After phoning twice to see what was going on the owner laughed at us. He blamed the driver and driver blamed the shop. Never ordering from here again. Awful service and pizza wasn't that good.

Nice kebab but I saw the man clipping his toenails in the back next to my kebab meat? Didn’t taste them but just something to look out for?

My food arrived within 10mins of ordering I was very happy.

Delivery driver lovely, staff canny manager extremely rude and abrupt. Food over an hour late. Understand it's a busy time. Son phoned to see where food was, manager answered, son politely asked if it was coming soon? Manager screamed down the phone at him and was so rude, we could all hear him from the other side of the room. So rude. He's a manager of hospitality?!?! Clearly warmed our pizzas up in the oven. For the rudeness alone will not be ordering again from them. Delivery is the same price from anywhere local. Can't believe we were spoken to like that, absolutely shocking!

The food was due at 8.30, latest 8.50, I called at 9.15 to ask, is it coming or shall I order elsewhere, knowing it was busy as its Xmas eve, I was the other side of the living room to my mam who heard the abuse he was belting down the phone to me, 2 rotties in the house who bark if anyone walks by the door never mind knocks, but apparently they called us (no missed calls) and knocked twice, dogs didn't flinch, food is decent, prices are sound, customer service from the owner is out of order, will not use again !!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from here in the last 12 months and both times there’s been something missing from my order. The above is a shame as the food quality is good but organisation and customer service is poor. Kids had to wait an extra hour for their food to arrive.

Food was 30 minutes late and stone cold. Added to that the pizzas were not cooked properly the dough was soggy and the barbecue pizza was literally covered in barbecue sauce. I have used this place a few times and it is usually good but this was terrible I will not be ordering from here again

Believe that this place may have recently been taken over or under new management and I must say that there has been a huge difference in the quality! FOR THE BETTER!! Sent the wrong drink again. I asked for Diet Coke got Pepsi I am diabetic I have asked the driver to request a refund for this

Food was alright, ordered from here a few times, was disappointed that I'd paid for a 1.5l for a bottle of coke, that I was still charged for, and only received a standard can of coke. Thought it was more trouble than it was worth to ring up and complain, not sure I'll order from here again

So, we've not had a kebab from here for a couple of months, but we were regulars. Before now the quality and portions were ace!! Full tray of meat with a separate tray of chips. Today we got half a tray of meat (quite dry) with chips filling the other half..... Has it changed hands?? You've just lost a regular 😩

Pizza was cooked to perfection as expected from Quality Pizza.

Its the best home delivery pizza with consistent quality on the coast, tried them all and its the only one that my kids will willingly eat the crust every time. All round decent takeaway.

Well where to start. They have amazing delivery drivers. The food is always pipping hot. The quality of the food is Quality. Its now the only takeaway we use. There just phenomenal. 100% Recommend.

I ordered 2 pizzas for myself & my son. They delivered mine & forgot his. By the time they cooked it & delivered it I was finished mine. Not a very good experience for eating together as a family!

We got house special kebab and late breakfast pizza delivered. Couldn't fault them . Food was tasty and kebab was big. Delivery was quick and driver was friendly and courteous. Thank you to quality pizza

Food arrived freezing cold I ordered a shawarma wrap the wrap was soggy and fell apart the meat was not shawarma it was just lumps of chicken in a sauce overall not nice and very disappointing won’t be getting from here again
