Pizza Hut in North Tyneside

Great family-friendly atmosphere and yummy food. Our server, the lovely Lucie, was amazing with my little boy :-)

We went in this evening as a family of 5 (1 being a newborn) and we were greeted very warmly at the door and taken to a table that had lots of room so that if the baby was asleep in his buggy he wouldn't be disturbed. We were served by Lucy and we made loads of amendments to our food and she listened and all our food came out just like we had asked. The staff were very friendly. Our food was fantastic, presented well and lovely and hot. We also had deserts which were to die for. The manager who I believe was called Andy came over to check we had enjoyed everything and he had a little chat with us, he was amazing, we also witnessed him helping his staff and getting stuck in wherever needed. The atmosphere was lovely music on but not too loud and with a little something for everyone. We will definitely be going back.

Came for tea one evening, food was great as always, very fresh and tasty, salad bar was stocked well and all very fresh too, our server Katie was fantastic, very friendly, polite and helpful, she made an already great experience even better!

Came in for the buffet this morning, was greeted by Katie who talked me through the menu, the buffet and all the deals, specifically the fact you can add fries for just 2.99 with the buffet which is such amazing value! Katie was constantly checking on us, grabbed us sauce and clearing any dishes away, whilst asking us about our day. Considering this is a chain restaurant the service was perfect, felt so cared about and looked after. Will definitely be back!

Delicious food , lovely and hot staff were friendly and welcoming and made an effort with my kids which was nice . Will deffo be making this a regular place to eat thankyou and even brung some pizza home

I recently visited here with my mum as a celebration meal. We were greeted by Katie who then served us for the evening. She was very helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and allergens. She ensured that we were looked after brilliantly and made sure that our food was to a very high standard. This was by far one of the best experiences we have had and was definitely impacted by the dedication, and care by Katie.

Wanted to leave some feedback for Lucy at the silver link Pizza Hut. We booked a massive table of 16 for our daughters 12th birthday (it’s her favorite) and upon arrivial the service from Lucy was amazing. We arrived to a birthday banner where we were sitting and once they’d confirmed the birthday girls name a signed birthday card from the team - which she absolutely loved. Absolutely nothing was too much for Lucy she even swapped a pizza for my niece who had ordered the wrong thing. Honestly I could not fault the service we received and Lucy really needs recognizing by Pizza Hut and by her manager. This was 5* and made my daughters birthday even more special.

I was in a few days ago with my daughter s the food was lovely our waitress was a young lady called lucie she was absolutely lovely very helpful and polite we will definitely go back

First time ordering and last time. Melts were missing the dip and the fries say nothing about seasoning on the menu but were so peppery they were inedible and got binned. Cookie and ice cream were nice but ice cream portion tiny. Not worth the money at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Came for the lunch time buffet on a Friday lunch time - food was lovely and the service was brilliant. Our server's name was Elisha and she couldn't have been more accommodating! Nothing was a problem! We will definitely be back :) thank you Elisha!

Just been as a family of 5 for the 1st time, only 1 child eats free…. Cost £60+ for a terrible meal. Most pizzas are thick base with a folk full of topping on. Will never be back EVER 🤮

Do not order! I love Pizza Hut.. Chillingham road is amazing.. this place is disgusting pizza wasn’t even cooked had to go in air fryer on arrival cold and looking like an uncooked fridge pizza from a supermarket! Do not waste your money!

Ordered two pizzas via their website. On arrival the staff were mega friendly and asked us to take a seat in the bar space while we wait. Pizza was ready for the time suggested on the website. Both pizzas were hot and fresh. I’d forgotten how good Pizza Hut is. We will definitely be back

Had a lovely pizza as usual and our server Luce was so helpful with our order. We didn't want to use the app and she happily helped us with our order. Pizza Hut please don't go down this route, it really takes away from the restaurant experience. Thank you Luce, you were great

Food is always spot on. Great table service from Lucy. Unfortunately the restaurant is taking the direction of self serve instead of someone taking your order. Not a fan.

Poor service, likely owing to reduced staff since more delivery drivers are collecting than people eating in. Notwithstanding, food was actually quite good.

Kids loved it here and so did I too be fair - food was spot on and plentiful. Missing a star due to the price of adults meal. Next time will go on a lunch time.

Super average. Place was dirty. Only girl who seemed to be working was a young lass with dark hair bless her. My friend asked one blonde girl for a bowl for the ice cream and she was clearly irritated being asked a simple question.

my order hasn't been delivered, the driver has marked it as delivered and he hasn't delivered it. he called me to ask me how to get in and asked me to come out but he was no where to be seen. he then asked me if my address was behind asda over a mile away from where I live. I text him to tell him where the entrance was to my address as I am inside a gated area and he has now blocked me and stated the order has been delivered

Came in with my friend today, shared a large pizza and fries. Lucie, the waitress that served us was so kind and made our experience better. Lucie’s service was very quick. We will definitely be returning again.

I brought my daughter in for her 14th birthday with a few of her friends, payed for them then left them to enjoy their food, the staff were amazing I left them in the capable hands of Derek who took their order (from myself because they are a bit socially anxious) while James and Lily looked after the girls, The manager running the shift I didn’t catch his name but he had a top knot hair style seems to get the best out of his staff, the girls said they had great fun due to the atmosphere produced by the staff and the professionalism of the workers plus the self serve ice cream factory was a particular favourite of theirs, I’d defiantly consider having another birthday at Pizza Hut again excellent experience all round

Could not fault our visit here! Took my daughter and friends for her 9th birthday and the service was the best I’ve experienced, all the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful birthday for her. We don’t often visit Pizza Hut but will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Ordering was quick and easy with phone and no waiting for bill or anything at the end. Prompt service. Food was nice as expected and salad bar always a nice addition. The only things which let it down were that we could not use our Blue Light discount on the set meals and that the orange cordial is incredibly watered down!

Small girl serving us messed up our order and didn’t even seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t take a payment very well, I think spending more time training staff would be beneficial for the overall experience. The food is also too expensive for what it is, especially in these times.

Restaurant famous for having PRINCE ANDREW as a client. - what could go wrong? Children take care if visiting here ...😵‍💫 Anyway as I was stuck in the area I didn't have much choice so went to have dinner.. first thing I was told was ' WE DON'T ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT'.. Decided this is an unnecessary situation that inconveniences diners.. I chose to go elsewhere and won't be back to this food chain.. EVER Restaurants that decide for customers rather than the other way around are doomed to fail..

Outrageous to charge £50 for a 14 inch pizza. When I rang Pizza Hut they said this was down to Just Eat's 'extra charges' and buying online directly from them would be cheaper. Only had 2 pizzas and 2 sides for that cost - disgusting. We could have gone out for a three course meal for that! Will not order again.

A very quiet Saturday night and half empty restaurant with no atmosphere. Was meant to be a nice meal out chosen from the birthday boy. Turned into feeling unwanted guests after the food arrived. Plates taken when 3 still eating and continually asked what could be taken, then hurried again with the limitless dessert as there was a need to clear the table? Bizarre customer service.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Used cheddar cheese on my pepperoni pizza - chips were uncooked and garlic bread was stale and hard. Would not recommend this branch of pizza hut STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Staff very nice and friendly, dont like the fact you have to now scan a code on your table and place your entire order online yourself it should be an option some people are not good with digital tech especially older generation and some people may just want to get out and have a screen time break , because of this we wont be returning unless this policy changes to consider everyone.

It's always quite hard to rate a chain of restaurants as they are all pretty much the same. The only real thing that let this Pizza Hut down was the mess all over the floor, it was clear that due to lack of waiting on staff that cleaning of the floor was not high on the agenda. There was a specific table where there was bits of pizza and salad all over the floor and it was directly enroute to the drinks station so it made it quite hard to avoid.

I am not a pizza lover but my grandson wanted to go as he loves pizza. Was my husband and I 1st time there on 4/4/24 would like to say what a lovely experience. A lovely member of staff called Luke helped to make that visit a nice one he was also pleasant helpful and good fun what a lovely man he is an asset to the place. I can honestly say we enjoyed our visit. Good job our son and his wife were with us as we didnt know how to order online whilst sat at the table. But I'm sure Luke at Silverlink pizza hut would have gone out of his way to show us. Thanks again Luke for the excellent service.

It was ok. Three of us ate there and had funny insides for the next few days. That have a buffett and salad bar and the chips alone cost £5 (below avarage size portion). As I said, it was ok but I'm in no hurry to return.

We booked on line for an early lunch at 11 am. Duly arrived to a very warm welcome and were informed that there would be a very short wait until the 1st Pizza’s would be out on the buffet and true to their word, a few minutes later they were being dished up . Beautiful fresh pizza with excellent service .1st class in all respects! Friendly helpful staff, beautifully clean restaurant and lovely fresh pizza , pasta and salad. Faultless in all regards. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Delicious food. Came when it was promised and still hot enough to eat without heating. The cheescake was very tasty however I felt for the price of a slice that slice was a little too small . I would order from here again

Both items are cold and the cookie dough is a mess and absolutely tiny. (Pizza Hut charge £7.39, I wouldn’t pay £2 for it) I won’t be ordering again. Pizza crust is so light too, looks like it’s not cooked properly- the dough
