Driver nice and polite food nice and hot apart from fries

After paying 22 pound I assumed I had a large pizza only to discover a individual pizza was ordered. I can’t believe the cost. I thought dominos was bad, this is robbery. And to make it worse I have to go out now and spend more money on food as I’m still hungry

over 10 mins standing at the restraunt still .

We visited the Silverlink branch today with a few of my son’s friends to celebrate his birthday. Lucie recognised us from previous visits and was lovely as always. Definitely our favourite member of staff at that branch! But they’re all so lovely and welcoming. She kindly took our order herself as I wasn’t keen to use the app that day. We had the buffet which was delicious as always and was continually refreshed with more food so we always had a great choice of food to choose from. Lucie took the cake we’d brought to sing happy birthday with and brought it out later with lit candles and sang happy birthday with us. We had a wonderful visit and can’t wait to return. The atmosphere is always lovely and makes you want to return.

Pizzas and desserts were great but starters tasted cheap. One of the best Pizza Hut pizzas we’ve had. SO EXPENSIVE!!

Came during school holidays for a buffet. Staff were amazing (Brooke), however the pizzas were very limited for a long time and had little out for how busy the restaurant was.

Pizza Hut Silverlink is the best in the north east! The servers are lovely and friendly! Manager was chatty and polite. Buffet had so many options I honestly didn’t know where to start!

Pizzas arrived and looked like they had been dropped/ squashed and both were cold. Delivery driver had walked into close, no sign of car think they’d had trouble finding house.

Esto fue cerca de principios de febrero, pero, originalmente no íbamos a entrar, ya que salimos de compras, eso es todo, pero mi amiga cayó fuera y de la nada un chico muy agradable corrió para ayudarla a levantarse y comprobar si estaba bien. Él llevaba el uniforme de la cabaña de pizza que charlamos durante unos minutos antes de que tuviera que dejar su nombre era Marshall y con los pequeños gestos / servicio como ese tuvimos que entrar y ver cómo era. Y no nos sorprendió que fuera un lugar increíble para ir. El servicio fue increíble tan bueno como la comida! Sin duda recomendaría aquí!

What truly touched me was when my youngest dropped her favorite toy, and Brogan didn’t hesitate to wash it off for her—something so small yet so meaningful. Her patience, warmth, and genuine care made this the best dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Great service is hard to come by, but Brogan delivered the BEST service I’ve ever experienced. Shocking experience won't ever be back and would never ever recommend to anyone. To start we entered the restaurant stood 10 mins to be seated no staff in sight and there was only 2 customers already in the restaurant the lack of customers should of been a sign. We were greeted by a member of staff who informed that no cash is accepted on the premises and it was card only, normally I'd of left but was late in the day and we were all hungry. So after almost 20 mins of standing we seated ourselves. After about 10 minutes of being sat at our table we were asked to order on the app.. I asked if the waitress could take our order as I didn't have the app I was looked at very rudely as she agreed to take our order. Not sure what I'm paying for If I'm seating my self taking my own order and serving my own food. We ordered the feed a family deal for £49.99. Waitress left and then returned about 2 minutes later. She said 'sorry we don't normally do this but can I ask you to pay now just we've had problems with our card machines and I'm afraid they may go offline when you've finished your meal and have to pay' I was absolutely astounded and toatally offended as I suspect we had only been asked this due to our appearance and the more than £50 order. The few customers that were in wernt asked to do this? Any way we had a drink waited for our meal it arrived quiet quick within 10 mins, the garlic bread sides were stone cold weren't even room temperature and our pizzas were warm not hot dunno how when there was no other orders and about 6 customers in the restaurant including ourselves. The pizza we ordered were meat feast sizzlers and they were the blandest pizza I have ever ate no spice no flavour a vast mixture of meats and they all tasted the same and tasted of nothing not fresh no flavour. The only part of the meal that had any flavour was the pizza dough we didn't try the salad as it looked very suspect didn't stay for dessert due to sheer disgusting service and experience even though we had already payed for them. Was asked once by staff when our pizzas were left to the side of the table if our meal was alright and could she clear the mess away. Never even seen any other members of staff and the only one we did see in our 1 hour visit was more focused and more bothered about cleaning the restaurant and getting ready to close bear in mind we arrived it 7pm there open until 10 felt very uncomfortable at out table when the restaurant was practically been closed around us as we ate 3 hours before there even due to close. Over all was the worst dinning experience I have ever had will never ever return to pizza hut as customers again would get a nicer pizza and service and better value for money from any single one of your local takeaways. The overall experience from food to service to being insulted by the staff was a 0 out of 10 hope no one goes to experience the same. Please eat else where

my delivery got to me about 15 minutes late or just under 15 minutes late and my food was warm at best by the time I got and was quickly going cold.

£40 for two small pizzas, definitely NOT value for money + delivery charge + service charge which I don’t understand because I’m not there to be served??

Came into Pizza Hut this morning and couldn’t be happier with the service! Your manager Katie is such a patient young girl! She was able to keep my daughter truly entertained while helping me with the QR code as I’m not the best at all that, helped me pick the right deal for me and made sure I was happy with the food throughout my visit, even helping my daughter with the activity booklet at the maze part. The buffet was so fresh and she even asked what pizzas I would prefer as it was only us in at the start. Had such a bad experience at the metro centre Pizza Hut but this has truly changed my view on Pizza Hut and I will be driving back next week as a new weekly treat I think! Thank you for having me!

No había estado en pizza hut durante años, estoy seguro de que nunca fue tan malo como nuestra reciente experiencia familiar. Nos dieron a mis 2 niños una pizza y los adultos tenían el buffet. Las bases de las pizzas eran más gruesas que los colchones de espuma con memoria ( que probablemente serían más satisfactorios al paladar ) poco cocidos , demasiado pastosos y tuvimos que buscar las coberturas que eran bastante pobres en el mejor de los casos . Terminamos raspando las coberturas de lo que había y dejando las bases pastosas atrás, nuestra mesa era como un cementerio de pizzas. Los refrescos eran planos e insípidos y el lugar era sucio y necesitaba una limpieza al vapor. No me hagas empezar con la pasta , no se la daría de comer al perro , si tuviéramos una , la RSPCA me arrastraría sobre las brasas . Estuvimos allí una hora y fui el único tonto que se atrevió a traerlo de vuelta a la mesa, debe haber estado sentado enconado esperando a su próxima víctima desprevenida, Mi hijo mayor Oliver 9 ciertamente no preguntó “por favor señor, quiero más” Mejor no mencionar la barra de ensaladas , lechuga dorada , remolacha ennegrecedora , col en vinagre , la única gracia salvadora de la experiencia fueron los jalapeños ( de los cuales me comí demasiados que volvieron a perseguirme después ) Con todo, una experiencia horrible para la familia , los niños no podían esperar para salir de allí , y pagamos generosamente por el disgusto . En pocas palabras Demasiada masa para demasiada masa

We often visit Pizza Hut at the silverlink Wallsend. It’s fabulous for an allergy family super safe staff who understand and go the extra mile. We are a nut allergy and coeliac family. Lucie goes above and beyond for us all. So a massive Thankyou to all the staff for always looking after us xxxxx

My order did not turn up despite correspondence from the Company sayingvit had been delivered.

Staff are lovely, food was nice but the whole restaurant just feels so grimy. It's clearly in need of a really good clean. It wasn't busy yet there was visible dirt and debris all over the floor and all the surfaces feel greasy. You can see dust and dirt in the decor. The toilets are filthy, smelly and dark, with some stalls nearly out of toilet paper. If that's the state of the part of the restaurant they are happy for the customer to see, I do wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The salad bar was extremely depleted when we arrived, with only the stale dregs left for many of the items. We asked for one specific item to be replenished and we ended up asking again as it seemed out request had been ignored. The salad bar did get replenished half way through our meal, but it was after the hot food had arrived so we didn't feel like we wanted it as much as that point. Meal for 2 adults and a child came to £55, which involved getting our own drinks. It feels like a lot of money to sit in dirty surroundings, eating the scraps and leftovers from the salad bar.
