Wanna say a big thank you to all the staff here. Our daughter is a very fussy / picky eater and they have helped her massively by actually talking to her and asking her what she would like to eat, and even made a pizza with a vegetable face when she asked 🤣 it’s these little things that make a difference and make us come back and visit.

Ordered two pizzas via their website. On arrival the staff were mega friendly and asked us to take a seat in the bar space while we wait. Pizza was ready for the time suggested on the website. Both pizzas were hot and fresh. I’d forgotten how good Pizza Hut is. We will definitely be back

Had a lovely pizza as usual and our server Luce was so helpful with our order. We didn't want to use the app and she happily helped us with our order. Pizza Hut please don't go down this route, it really takes away from the restaurant experience. Thank you Luce, you were great

Food is always spot on. Great table service from Lucy. Unfortunately the restaurant is taking the direction of self serve instead of someone taking your order. Not a fan.

Poor service, likely owing to reduced staff since more delivery drivers are collecting than people eating in. Notwithstanding, food was actually quite good.

Kids loved it here and so did I too be fair - food was spot on and plentiful. Missing a star due to the price of adults meal. Next time will go on a lunch time.

Went there with the kids, excellent service from the staff very friendly and attentive. Food was piping hot and the kids loved the buffet, would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately card only now. I'll never visit again. Cash is king.

Food was nice but expensive for what it was. Not great being told as soon as you get the that , there's the q code to order on line, if you reallllly can't manage I can come back later to take order. Did manage via web but a pain, it also asked if I wanted to give a tip. Errr I've done all the work! Not a good experience

One pizza missing from the order

Super average. Place was dirty. Only girl who seemed to be working was a young lass with dark hair bless her. My friend asked one blonde girl for a bowl for the ice cream and she was clearly irritated being asked a simple question.

my order hasn't been delivered, the driver has marked it as delivered and he hasn't delivered it. he called me to ask me how to get in and asked me to come out but he was no where to be seen. he then asked me if my address was behind asda over a mile away from where I live. I text him to tell him where the entrance was to my address as I am inside a gated area and he has now blocked me and stated the order has been delivered

The service was great, got my food quickly and the waitress that served me, Lucie, was really lovely. I ordered pizza and fries, which were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning!

Came in with my friend today, shared a large pizza and fries. Lucie, the waitress that served us was so kind and made our experience better. Lucie’s service was very quick. We will definitely be returning again.

We came in for the buffet on the 26th June 2024 and were greeted at the door by Derek who was very pleasant, He asked about allergies and explained the QR code and took us to our table. We were then greeted by another Member of staff Luke who said he would be our server (he also helped us with the QR code as it was very hard to navigate he was so patient and helpful) we went for the buffet which was very nice food was hot and very tasty and well topped up, the salad bar had a lot of variety and again well topped up and very fresh. We also ordered refill drinks which again had a good variety to choose from and the drinks area was very clean. Luke was very attentive and checked that everything was OK a few times (but not overly attentive like most places) and he was so happy and friendly he made us laugh alot he's an absolute credit to the company (we have been a fair few times before and seen him like this with other customers too) the atmosphere is lovely was very relaxed and staff always nice, music not too loud and we didn't feel rushed like we do in most places. So overall an extremely enjoyable experience and we will be back again soon. We'll done pizza hut silverlink 😀

I brought my daughter in for her 14th birthday with a few of her friends, payed for them then left them to enjoy their food, the staff were amazing I left them in the capable hands of Derek who took their order (from myself because they are a bit socially anxious) while James and Lily looked after the girls, The manager running the shift I didn’t catch his name but he had a top knot hair style seems to get the best out of his staff, the girls said they had great fun due to the atmosphere produced by the staff and the professionalism of the workers plus the self serve ice cream factory was a particular favourite of theirs, I’d defiantly consider having another birthday at Pizza Hut again excellent experience all round

Pizzas are particularly thin now but loaded pepperoni was nice

Could not fault our visit here! Took my daughter and friends for her 9th birthday and the service was the best I’ve experienced, all the staff went above and beyond to make it a wonderful birthday for her. We don’t often visit Pizza Hut but will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Ordering was quick and easy with phone and no waiting for bill or anything at the end. Prompt service. Food was nice as expected and salad bar always a nice addition. The only things which let it down were that we could not use our Blue Light discount on the set meals and that the orange cordial is incredibly watered down!

Tasty food and lovely delivery driver.

Small girl serving us messed up our order and didn’t even seem to know what she was doing. She couldn’t take a payment very well, I think spending more time training staff would be beneficial for the overall experience. The food is also too expensive for what it is, especially in these times.

Restaurant famous for having PRINCE ANDREW as a client. - what could go wrong? Children take care if visiting here ...😵‍💫 Anyway as I was stuck in the area I didn't have much choice so went to have dinner.. first thing I was told was ' WE DON'T ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT'.. Decided this is an unnecessary situation that inconveniences diners.. I chose to go elsewhere and won't be back to this food chain.. EVER Restaurants that decide for customers rather than the other way around are doomed to fail..

Outrageous to charge £50 for a 14 inch pizza. When I rang Pizza Hut they said this was down to Just Eat's 'extra charges' and buying online directly from them would be cheaper. Only had 2 pizzas and 2 sides for that cost - disgusting. We could have gone out for a three course meal for that! Will not order again.

A very quiet Saturday night and half empty restaurant with no atmosphere. Was meant to be a nice meal out chosen from the birthday boy. Turned into feeling unwanted guests after the food arrived. Plates taken when 3 still eating and continually asked what could be taken, then hurried again with the limitless dessert as there was a need to clear the table? Bizarre customer service.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Used cheddar cheese on my pepperoni pizza - chips were uncooked and garlic bread was stale and hard. Would not recommend this branch of pizza hut STAY WELL AWAY!!!

Staff very nice and friendly, dont like the fact you have to now scan a code on your table and place your entire order online yourself it should be an option some people are not good with digital tech especially older generation and some people may just want to get out and have a screen time break , because of this we wont be returning unless this policy changes to consider everyone.

It's always quite hard to rate a chain of restaurants as they are all pretty much the same. The only real thing that let this Pizza Hut down was the mess all over the floor, it was clear that due to lack of waiting on staff that cleaning of the floor was not high on the agenda. There was a specific table where there was bits of pizza and salad all over the floor and it was directly enroute to the drinks station so it made it quite hard to avoid.

I am not a pizza lover but my grandson wanted to go as he loves pizza. Was my husband and I 1st time there on 4/4/24 would like to say what a lovely experience. A lovely member of staff called Luke helped to make that visit a nice one he was also pleasant helpful and good fun what a lovely man he is an asset to the place. I can honestly say we enjoyed our visit. Good job our son and his wife were with us as we didnt know how to order online whilst sat at the table. But I'm sure Luke at Silverlink pizza hut would have gone out of his way to show us. Thanks again Luke for the excellent service.

It was ok. Three of us ate there and had funny insides for the next few days. That have a buffett and salad bar and the chips alone cost £5 (below avarage size portion). As I said, it was ok but I'm in no hurry to return.

We booked on line for an early lunch at 11 am. Duly arrived to a very warm welcome and were informed that there would be a very short wait until the 1st Pizza’s would be out on the buffet and true to their word, a few minutes later they were being dished up . Beautiful fresh pizza with excellent service .1st class in all respects! Friendly helpful staff, beautifully clean restaurant and lovely fresh pizza , pasta and salad. Faultless in all regards. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Just went for the lunch time buffet at the silverlink pizza hut, food was amazing and fresh. Like who works there aswell was so friendly and funny like talking to a friend 100% would come back.

Delicious food. Came when it was promised and still hot enough to eat without heating. The cheescake was very tasty however I felt for the price of a slice that slice was a little too small . I would order from here again

Both items are cold and the cookie dough is a mess and absolutely tiny. (Pizza Hut charge £7.39, I wouldn’t pay £2 for it) I won’t be ordering again. Pizza crust is so light too, looks like it’s not cooked properly- the dough

Expensive price for poorly heated oven food (soggy chips). Dirty toilets and dirty ice cream section. Felt uncomfortable due to being watched by staff, however nobody actually coming to serve us / clear tables and bring deserts. Uncomfortable evening. Wouldn’t go back to Pizza Hut again.

One of the pizzas came with mushroom on even though I specifically asked for it without mushroom resulting in it going to waste as my kids refused to eat it

38 pound for a pepperoni pizza and a tiny slice of cheese cake expected it to be the nicest pizza av ever had n tbh had nicer froozen pizza and the cheese cake certainly wasnt worth the 7.50 either absolute extortion will never be ordering ever agen in my lifetime and will also be telling everyone i know the same. Beautiful pizza, salad bar. Fresh and in my opinion the best pizza you can get at the moment in the area. However it is very pricey, cost £60 for 3 people. Ouch! Staff sat us at table but didn't seem to want to serve, they would rather you do it on the app. Which they push on you slightly. Overall experience 3/5.

Mac Attack pizzas was great. I had Mac & Cheese pizza along the side of cheesy bites with bacon and it was lovely. Staff was very friendly and communicative when needed. Plenty of options for bottomless drinks from cola to tango and with flavours

£65 for 2 pizzas and some desert. Don't mind paying over the odds if the foods decent. The pizzas where on par with frozen pizzas from tesco. Surprised the place is still open to be honest. Good service

Such a shame this place isn’t what it used to be it just felt dirty the ice cream area and drink area was awful, the staff were great very helpful and polite so no worries there. Also the card only is so ridiculous we told our daughter she could go here with a few friends after the cinema but a parent explained it was card only I find that hard to understand why can’t people just pay in a way for services how they like? QR ordering when you’ve came out for a meal might aswell sit at home and have it delivered from the app? Don’t think we will be back

I don't find the pizzas are not as good as they used to be and poor value. The service is very good but this feels like a tired business.

We are from Bristol. Having travelled to Newcastle. This was the best Pizza Hut we have ever visited. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing too much trouble. Had a fantastic time. So chilled.

Havnt been for a while, had the buffet and refillable drink. Food tasted nice. Selection of pizza not as large as previous and salad choice reduced. Luke P was our server and was excellent, checking on us and clearing unnecessary plates

Came here for buffet lunch with my husband & 2 little ones. Staff were so lovely and attentive. Offered to put our little boys pizza in a box because he didn’t eat it. Lovely service will return again.

£30 for a sharing pizza. Ordered 2 (buy one get one free) with extra Mozzarella. One was fine but the other looked like it had had most of the cheese removed. Both pizzas tasted completely different with one just tasting like bread, tomato purée and pepperoni. For £30 this is disgraceful. Delivery time was great however, very speedy. Would have been good if there was any cheese on one of the pizzas.

The whole service was exceptional the Mac and cheese was very tasty 😋. The staff especially Lucie was fantastic and very attentive.
