Kebab meat was very greasy, customer service was absolutely appalling and the boss was shouting at customers on the phone . I will never step foot in that place again

Very good friendly staff, pizzas very nice lots of toppings, very tasty, love their pizzas, garlic saune was so good, kebabs very delicios. Always will go back.

Pizza base hard as rock couldn’t bite into it, garlic sauce very watery and gritty totally inedible binned the lot

Ordered. two piazzas for delivery. The delivery was fine and spot on time but the actual pizza's weren't anything to write home about. The bases were awful, not sure if the were bought in or something but not very pleasant at all. Won't be ordering again.

Used this shop for years but last few times really disappointed. Latest meal was late with delivery Chips had been reheated and were as dry as sticks, and the Pitta breads I could have done the bottoms of my shoes with. Won’t be going back,had its last chance after it being the only one I would go to for over 25 years.

As previous reviews state, they don't deliver food and try and say they called etc etc, they then tried to charge me extra to deliver even though I'd paid for delivery on Just Eat, disgraceful service. This went on for almost 3 hours. Wont ever go back.

Won't recommend this kebab and chips was freezing and when I went to complain they called me a liar and put the phone down don't know how there still open I would never order from their again not just the food also the way they speak to you so disgraceful

They say new management but this is bull!!! Its the kids that are working in it, avoid avoid avoid ordered for collection and they didn't even start making the food till we got there despite having a it's ready notification off uber and food wasnt ready untill 15 mins after ariving to collect (clearly wasnt awear of the order untill we arived and checked the system), the chips was over cooked and pizza was tasteless and clearly I wasn't the only one that wasn't happy as when my partner was in the shop there was a number of received called of complaints will never order from here again first time and very last!!!!

Everyone please don't hesitate to come in this pizza shop, sorry for the inconvenience from the past owner but this time absolutely you will really like the new owner they were very friendly. One of the owner here is my man🥰. So try to come and taste the new menus again... Enjoy guys...

Amazing food and the owner great

Havnt used euro pizza since the last owner as it went down hill. I used them tonight under new management and they were beautiful. They make homemade chips and homemade pitta bread. Customer service was great and the kebab meat was top quality. I will defo be using them again. Definately worth every penny. Yous will do really well lads with quality food like that. Ill defo be back for more

Ordered food at 9.15 pm it finally arrived at 11 53pm . I was prepared to send the delivery driver away but my husband felt bad doing that. We wish he had . Burnt crunchy pizza both of them , no pitta bread with the kebab . Kebab meat way dehydrated and crunchy. Just awfully. Tried calling to complain no-one answered the phone

The place is under new management now they said, new guys running the place and Pizzas I got were brilliant, great taste. Chicken kebab was so nice, will always go back.

Woke up ill and I mean ill, shaking, sweating and throwing up. Good poisoning from lastnight. Shop was filthy, staff looked filthy, were picking their faces while making food, no rubber gloves on and I thought I was drunk and that's why my chicken looked pink but it actually was pink. Worst shop on the high street

Food was over an hour late no explanation why apart from they were busy but that only came when I rang the twice. I had no complaints with the food, was very nice but not happy with the service and delivery time. Would of been happy if they communicated the problem with delivery time

Absolutely horrible cheese smelt of the pizza itself was disgusting more grease came of pizza than in a chip pan the dough was soggy and barely cooked totally bland avoid like the plague

The worst takeaway I ever have…. I never review anything but I think this place deserved. The chicken was definitely outdated but on top of that the oil they use was black and the chicken basically can not be eating dried funny smell and funny color aswell… also order a wrap lamb but it came chicken instead… call them but they said because they don’t have lamb they give me a chicken instead and hangout the phone… I wish I can take a picture and show what I receive… please avoid this place, you will regret it for sure.

Never been more disappointed… we got a bbq pizza with extra cheese, there was barely any cheese to be seen & it wasn’t cut properly! Used to be our favourite go to for pizza, don’t know what’s happened if they’ve change chef or what but it was absolutely terrible to say the least. Also mozzarella sticks were cold & not stringy as normal. We loved the garlic sauce but that was all we enjoyed with our cold chips! Food quality has gone right down

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ordered food. Told 15 to 20 minutes. Phoned 40 minutes later and got told it was getting cooked next be another 15 to 20 mins. Asked him why say 15 to 20 minutes. Blamed the website but I didn t order it online. I phoned it in. Won t order from here again. I was quite a regular but no more.

Pretty poor, used to do a lovely pizza but went downhill. Kebab meat tastes more like dog food.

Was due at 10.50, still on the phone to the restaurant until after 11.30, they said it won't be long final delivery was out. Still no food at midnight. I went out and noticed it laying on the front door step..... Wife was asleep by then and son had gone to bed. Conpletely wasted and almost all of it ended up in the bin.

My pizza was burnt, not just a little bit but the whole pizza i was disgusted with it. Used to order regularly. But moved so stopped but as I was passing I stopped for chicken kebab and a donner kebab with chips. absolutely disgusting.. donner was so dry it was inedible. Chips were hard and the chicken kebab had so much garlic sauce it fell to bits and was slimy.. so disgusted by this I will never order again.

Chicken wrap was lovely. Garlic bread was ok and Kebab was disgusting. Cold hard and completely uneatable! Entire meal went in the bin. Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this order. One of the items didn’t arrive, the curry chips were so dry they were hard to swallow. The chicken wrap was also very dry. We also got 2 incorrect drinks. Wouldn’t order from here again.

There was a mix up with my order so by the time it was corrected half my food was cold.

Wrong food arrived and the food that was correct was stail and cold. I will not be coming back here ever. I have ordered from here a few times to see if things get better but unfortunately thats not the case. The only good thing is the manners of the delivery guys. Euro Pizza please take more care on orders.

Must be new management or new staff but the food quality has gone down hill drastically. As for the time, I get it can be busy but 9 o’clock in a Monday.

Normally love the pizza’s from here, but got a stuffed crust for a change & it was just horrible. It wasn’t mozzarella as it should be, but rather dairylea cheese (or at least that’s what it tastes like) I won’t be buying a stuffed crust again that for sure, it ruined our pizza 😢

Disgrace pre order at 5pm for it to come at 7:30 ring at 7:45 it’s still on shelf waiting for driver be freezing cold by the time it gets here never again

The last few meals we've had after using Euro for years have been disappointing. Half cooked chips, what seems like yesterday's donner meat and either the wrong cheese or stale mozzarella in pizza crust. So sad as this is always our go to take away restaurant...

Food is going down hill from here the kebab was hard shredded little bits, pizza was burnt garlic bread literally that hard it snapped and we won’t even talk about the state of the chips some stale some undercooked some soggy what’s going on! Food used to be amazing

Chips were rotten looked like they were cooked yesterday. Pizza was cooked for too long and kebab don’t even want to say I allways order from yous never have a problem but tonight I do I’ve had to order from else we’re as the stuff from here is in bin I wouldn’t even feed it too my dogs.

Delivery was 30 mins late which was probably the reason our food was stone cold. Pitas were soaked in grease, chips undercooked and chewey kebab meat. Normally really good aswel.

Saying delivered at 9.05 when in fact didn’t come until 10 o’clock.. food was cold, the red cabbage had leaked all over the bag and into the kebab so kids wouldn’t touch it waste of money.

Ordered from here loads chicken kebab is top notch. Slight gripe on this ordered chips got a salad. Didn’t ring up and complain as waited 1hr and a half didn’t want to wait longer but food is really nice

cheesy chip wrap 6.90 and a 10 inch chicken kiev pizza 7.90 with one tub of garlic came to 15.80 - pick up also worst pizza all bread ,tiniest bits of chicken garlic was sour and smelt of vinegar smallest wrap ever and just amazed at how expensive it was
