Came to collect me pizza ones arrived home the store made wrong pizza with different toppings I requested without chicken called the store about the issue and was told to come and collect it again they expect me to drive all the way down to the store for there mistake. Employee name VJ is disrespectful and doesn't have manner into how to talk to customer. Don't recommend

First time ordering from Dominos. I thought that being so expensive, it might be good. This is by a long way the most disgusting pizza I've ever had. The flavour profile is deeply unrefined and I can't bring myself to eat any more. £20 down the drain. Never, ever again. I ordered a half an half with a cheeseburger pizza on one side, which should never have passed quality control from a flavour perspective and I went for Mighty Meat on the other side which was a little worse than the cheapest local takeaway's equivalent offering. This company takes people for a ride. Shameful quality.

We ordered 2 large pizza yesterday the 11th of April around 15:00. When we went home and we had them as we are family of 4 all of was complaining from the tummy and we had to rush to toilet all evening I hope not that many people had this issue!!

Absolutely rubbish pizza, I have ordered tandoori chicken which was unbelievable greasy, I put half of my food directly to been. Wasting money, wasting time. Not gonna order any more from domino's cowgate, also not gonna order from domino's either.

I got delivery off the website the prices are quite high even with the deals but it does taste delicious I got the chocolate cinnamon dough ball but no chocolate sauce there and no litre drink also included in the order

Generally poor service. Food quality is lacking and delivery always takes a very long time. The tracker is totally off for delivery from this store too. Once the tracker says your food has delivered, expect to wait anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes more. Due to the delivery time the food is generally cold. Drivers are usually friendly but this doesn't make up for the negatives in my opinion.

App says delivery in 20-minutes; takes more like 90-minutes. Unreliable, can’t be trusted. Staff are not interested, they get their pay and go home, couldn’t care about customers.

Don't order from there. Dreadful service, and no body in there knows how to speak English.

First Domino's pizza I have ever had that I didn't enjoy, just a plain cheese pizza and it arrived on time but when we lifted the lid it was burnt, which I didn't really mind as I usually like pizzas well done but this one was awful, can't really describe it but it had a funny taste, even the base was not nice. Very disappointed 😞

Delivery hair cooked in bbq chicken wings offered a new order but after finding a hair I would not want food from there ever again wanted to come pick the hair up to examine it wtf that a joke saying none of them working long hair basically calling me a liar never even apologised untill half way through the call stay well clear unless you want hair cooked in your food

Worst staff I've ever dealt with even worse than dealing with police or a ticket inspector thats how bad they were they didn't realise the phone was still on and where talking about my wife who had spoken to them before me.... its a shame because domino's is the best pizza going and them divis from that shop let it down cheeky lazy little jobs worths

I have been to a lot of dominos in this country and I have to say this is the absolute worst! Food was stone cold and delivery was late.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. We have waited over 1hr and still no sign of our order. I’ve tried to call the store 6 times and each time it rings out. Not acceptable for an established chain. I would like a refund on order as it hasn’t arrived.

Firstly, the staff were not kind, they did not greet us when we came into the store, the most disappointing thing however is their food, you expect a high end chain like Dominos to produce good quality pizza but it was the complete opposite, their pizza was soo soggy, too much tomato sauce that the toppings were dripping of, and we requested extra cheese, this was not fulfilled. Overall, the pizza was not made to a high standard.

I have ordered from these a few times. Always fast delivery. The food is hot when it arrives. Always tastes amazing. Very happy with the base and ingredients. Easy to order app. 100% recommend.

Ordered a pizza but driver arrived late and at the wrong address as well! Cancelled of course and I was told my card will not be charged. And guess what?! I paid for a pizza that never arrived!

Sadly terrible Domino's this one. Ordered once from here, here's why. First time I ordered I thought, fair enough I live in a new estate, my house isn't even listed on the map yet, gave the driver very specific instructions to find my house, instead the dude keeps ringing me, doesn't talk to me and I hear in the background "help me, I'm a delivery driver" before the phone being passed on to a random bystander that tries to figure out where my house is.. turns out the dude went to Throckley. I live in Callerton, literally one straight road from my house to the store. This happened another 2 times.. needless to say the food came cold. Tried to order again, now my house does come up listed on the map.. but apparently not on their website.. the post code is there, along with a bunch of houses that don't exist yet, but mine isn't. Ring the store, ask how to sort it, the guy's reply is, oh yeah I remember delivering to you, write it on the special instructions, but if the food comes cold it's your responsibility.. considering I did that last time and your driver ended up in Throckley, no thank you. Also, they didn't have wedges.. what kind of Domino's runs out of potato wedges? There ain't no potato shortage. Never again, good riddance.

Never get chains, but really fancied their world cup offer at £10 a medium pizza and £6 for two sides. Arrived in great time, hot and fresh and certainly lived up to my expectations as it's been a few years since I get dominos

Worst domino's store in the history of human existence. The customer service makes me want to cook my own head in a pizza oven. I strongly recommend that everyone avoids this store. I love every other domino's store I have used.

Ordered at 1am, app said delivered at 1:30am so I rang the store and they said the driver was still on its way and to ignore the app. Pizza finally turns up at 2:05am, no apology from the driver (I don’t live far from the store) Driver grabs the 2x pizzas from the back seat, turning them sideways to do so. First thing he does is starts asking me where I’m from and starts listing random countries. Don’t really see how that’s appropriate? Just wanted the pizza, thanks. If only I’d have read the reviews before ordering. Won’t be ordering from this store again.

Ordered delivery. First time bought from Dominoes, ordered as Pizza Hut had closed for delivery. Only word to describe is inedible. The pizza was tasteless, the base soggy, it could of at least done with longer in the oven, but honestly don’t know if that would have helped. Ordered two and sides and both pizzas went in the bin. Oh, and it worked out more expensive than Pizza Hut.

Ordered through the app last night at 23:45. Over an hour later we were concerned to find that, according to the app, our pizza had already been delivered. After checking with reception we found this was not the case. We rang the store and after a long wait, were told the app was wrong and that the order was out for delivery. Half an hour passed and it still had not been delivered so we constantly tried to call the restaurant only for nobody to answer. At 01:30 in the morning almost two hours later, food was finally delivered and to top things off, it was cold. Never been disappointed with a domino's, that was until I visited this domino's. Might as well save yourself time and money and cook the pizza yourself

Worse customer service ever!!!! It says on the app that your pizza has already delivered but it hasn’t. I did try to contact them but no one answered the phone. Been waiting for 2 hours for the pizza to be delivered!!!

Ordered twice in a row and took two hours to come only from this store. Food was cold both times and said ‘delivered’ for half an hour😵‍💫

The food is as Domino's always is, you know what you're paying for. The issue I have had is that they have twice now notified me in the app that my order is delivered - which naturally has me panicked that someone else has collected my order being that I'm ordering to a shared address, and when I call to ask why this is they tell me the driver has not even left the restaurant with my food yet. This is the only branch of Domino's I've ever had this issue with.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered twice from here and both times it has taken well over an hour to arrive. When you ring they regularly don't pick and when they do they give very little care to what you are saying. Left off my dips that I paid extra for today and the driver just walked off when i told him. Won't be ordering again

We normally love a Dominoes, been ordering here for years and would always rate it. Spent payday money on it this week and it was disgusting - cardboard pizza, weirdly sweet garlic bread that kind of tasted like donuts, undercooked toppings, arrived lukewarm. We normally love cold dominoes the day after too but we literally had to bin it. We ended up doing a covid test to check if our taste buds were off or if the pizza was just bad. Our tests were negative.

Ordered to be delivered to my hotel in city centre. Prompt delivery and driver waited right in front of the hotel entrance door, wearing mask. Pizzas were tasty, including the vegan one.

We love Dominos pizzas but I am sometimes a bit wary of their hygiene. After almost devouring one from here on Sunday evening I wondered why there was an olive in my stuffed crust...till I realised it was a FLY! Half the staff cant even speak english some are great but most are usless. The night manager doesn't seem to know whats going and when i try to compain he walks into the office and hides. The girl who was making the pizza was the only reposible one

Ordered here on Saturday night/sunday morning and the food arrived an hour after we ordered, which is a stupidly long time for Dominos anyway and the store didn’t even update the app to say it was out for delivery! the driver then stood outside the hotel just staring at the door not even attempting to get out of the car. me and my partner had to go to him to collect our pizza, management were rude on the phone and the pizza was undercooked and cold as were the side orders too. couldn’t complain as the store refused to pick up the phone after it was delivered!

Never disappointed. Great customer service, delicious pizza and never had better cookies.

We ordered last night and it went fully wrong, we order from this place quite often and as we were disappointed with the service last night Idecided to ring up and explain the situation. For how bad the reviews seem to be on here I gotta say the person who answered the phone provided top service and handled the situation politely and efficiently, offered solutions and asked if we needed any more help. So heads up! The service is getting way way better, thank you guys

Ordered meal deal only brought 1 of my pizza. 20 min later still waiting for them to bring it. Not good at all would never order again from this store.

The staff at this place are sooooo rude and verry hostile if they are challenged . Also they verry ignorant and talk in own language and were swearing at me & also said they use same utensils to touch all meats and veg at same time. My overall experience is bad the last 2 times I used them . I would never go back.

To start we ordered the pizza at 11:40 and it did not arrive until 00:51, using the pizza tracker on the app it said the pizza had been delivered more than half an hour before that at quarter past 12. We even got in the car to drive to the shop and as we were doing that the delivery driver turned up. All of this after ringing the shop at least 8 times to find out what was going on - no one answered. When questioning the driver it was excuse after excuse, the meat and vegetables were sparse on the pizza and when we tried complaining to the driver about the pizza not being warm he proceeded to touch our pizza with his hands. Absolutely appalled and disgusted with this service and would not recommend anyone using dominoes-Cowgate (a 10 minute drive from us).

Awful!!!! Never go here!! Pizza had no heat to it! It was freezing cold, at first I thought it might of been frozen, I struggled to chew on the cheese and almost choked, they came 15 minutes late which made it after 3am so I couldn’t even call them! I had to stop trying to eat it after a slice and throw it away, I haven’t eaten today and now I can’t eat at all!! £15.80 wasted!!! Never again! This is the last time I order from cowgate as they have done this all 5 times I’ve ordered here!!!

Most of the time the pizza has been okay. The staff are a bit full of themselves unfotunatley. Sometimes you wait at the counter and they take their sweet time to come serve you as if they are doing you a favour. Pizza itself is okay though. Delivery took a very long time. Called the place, said it would be any second. The tracker said the pizza was already delivered. Dominos headquarters should look into this, this store is "cheating" the system with the tracker and delivery times.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff super unpolite and seemed more focused on chatting than sorting out orders. Ordered for 10.45, got there for 10.40 to find they hadn't even started cooking it. Didn't leave with my order till 11:05pm. No apology or anything. Turns out my order was ready but had been left on the side. Pizza was freezing cold so had to microwave it to actually enjoy it. Food was below average. Super disappointed, was looking forward to this all day

Dont order double decadence base from here as its very dry and no sauce in the base I pay £3 extra per pizza for it too. Think the cook is making the pizzas with WW11 rations as toppings are also very skimpy. Delivery driver sits in his car and phones you to come and get your order. Not very warm when delivered. Always use the 50% discount codes as pizzas are massively over priced.

very rude and abusive drivers.. they threw the pizza at us when asked about y they were late. Will be filling a law suit against them as when you buy something from them its a contract that they breached and violated. For more information ask the Citizen's Advisers.

Use this Dominoes regularly and every time we order they send the wrong order, even when we specifically state in the drivers instructions not too forget extra sauces and rocket! "We'll get it straight out" means "you'll be waiting for an hour if we can be bothered to deliver it" Avoid this store like the plague!!

Extortionate cost for pizzas x 2 and wedges. I ordered from Dominos for the first time tonight because I needed to cater for someone who is gluten intolerant, they told me I could order from here. NEVER AGAIN! Pizza was much smaller, bland and boring compared to our normal place (Freds) , cost more than double our normal price, and it was stone cold when it finally arrived. Could have choked on both the pizza and the price! Save your money and get a Goodfellas frozen one from Iceland up the road instead.....

First send the wrong order, then they agreed to make a new pizza as long as I returned the original, with apprehension. However, a total of an hour and a half later, I received a pizza with sauce all over the box and half the toppings fallen off. When I rang to complain to ask for the money back, the manager, Ali, refused, and asked for the pizza back again! This would leave me with almost 2 hours of wasted time and no food. Horrible customer service and produce from Ali.

Hit and miss, we order here regularly most times the food is nice but now and again it's not great, the nachos you hardly get any cheese or sauce and pay 3.99 which for that you would expect a lot of cheese and sauce. Also sometimes the pizzas come with loads of cheese and sauce and other times when you specifically ask for double cheese and sauce and pay the extra you end up getting next to nothing on it. Would be better just to order a pizza with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not have to pay any extra you spend enough as it is. Also they have a habit of delivering part of your order and 9 times out of 10 there is always something missing they do sort the problem but by then it's to late and Sides are nice but portions are not great.
