worst food and experience i have evr had. trued to charge us 17.50 for one cheesy garlic bread. then started laughing and taking the piss out of us saying we are ugly with makeup and stuff like that. nasty people and overall bad experience.

Absolutely disgusting Tried charging us £10 over what was on menu and then the staff was laughing at us trying to say about it. When i asked for the sauce i payed for staff proceeded to call me and my friend ugly and we need to try better makeup. DO NOT GO HERE DRUNK THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU

Horrible comida y un servicio horrible. Personal grosero haciendo lo mínimo y preparando comida apenas segura. No recomendaría este alimento a nadie.

He estado viniendo aquí durante años y siempre me encantó, vine anoche por algo de comida el hombre que toma las órdenes era encantador. Sin embargo subió cuando llamaron a mi número y el otro hombre literalmente me gritó en la cara. ¿NO ME ESCUCHASTE GRITAR TU NÚMERO? (obviamente no o habría subido y lo habría conseguido?) Dije oh perdón por no escucharte y me tiró la caja de comida al otro lado del mostrador. No volveré a gastar dinero allí de nuevo tan grosero y agresivo

Toon takeaway cuenta con lo que solo se puede describir como canciones hinchables y kebab travieso! Me encanta su cremoso ajo, que es mi tipo de ajo favorito. Su salsa de ajo es muy agradable, recomiendo encarecidamente la salsa de ajo. Si te encanta el kebab, entonces necesitas probar la salsa de ajo porque sabe bien a salsa de ajo. También probé el saco de ponche con mi amiga, ahora me duele la cabeza pero al menos tengo una nevera llena de sus salsas de ajo que recomiendo encarecidamente.

I had the best chicken shawarma here I’ve ever had in my life. Can’t stop thinking about how good it was, unbelievably tasty, huge, girthy, it was too much but I couldn’t leave any had to eat it all, honestly I’d travel the 300 miles to Newcastle just for another one of these. Amazing.

Cheesy chip wrap with garlic mayo should warrant a Michelin inspection. New pizza recipe last night was restaurant quality. Punch machine is rigged however. Edit - always check the number he’s put in the card reader

Sadly you had just one moron working there who didn't seem to understand the concept of pizzas modified to personal taste, despite this being advertised on the menu

It's definitely one of the worst kebabs I've ever had. chips was dry n rank. Kebab meat was like leather. went straight in the bin.

Worst takeaway I've been to should of known as nobody was in! Got ripped off paying well over the odds for kebab meat chips and garlic and was up most of the night dehydrated and tasting rotten kebab meat well into the next day! Defo avoid wish I'd read the other reviews before going !

Don't bother and save your money, go elsewhere, rubbish food, ordered a pizza and kebab and had to go back as he gave us wrong kebab, after noticing he gave us wrong kebab was told it was the right kebab then offered a salad on top of the kebab! Was not bothered when complaining, interested in serving other customers. Very disappointed will not be going back

Waited an extremely long amount of time for chips, order was then wrong to which he said it was right and instead of a refund gave us extra food we did not need or want. The size of the large chips was laughable only approximately 12 chips I am so disappointed, do not go here if it’s the last thing you do!

They always charge more than the price on the menu every week for cheesy chips and yesterday tried to short change me by a £1, when I complained he gave me the extra change Obviously they do this to all customers that are a bit drunk in the evenings

Rude staff that tried to intimidate me by congregating together when I questioned why my order was more than stated on the menu. I wouldn't mind but the food was poor and half was thrown away.

Omg !! Cheese burger and chips came with no salad even though menu board stated with salad a melted spot of cheese square on burger and 12 chips ...for £6 My friend ordered a toasted bun to go with her cheesy chips ...they gave her a wrap Really not getting how they can get away with this

Trading standards need to get involved. Staff don't listen to you. Tried to charge me £2 for some salt. Put cheese on a garlic bread when I specifically said without cheese then went and drenched the rest of my food in red cabbage and sauce. Whole order, around £20, went in the bin because they refuse to pick up their phone. Appalling business, appalling staff. There's no other way to say it

THE WORST TAKEAWAY EVER server was shouting at us n then finally ended up getting our order wrong anyway!! food was rubbish aswell, chips were half frozen and disgusting!

Got a kebab from here 30 minutes ago to takeaway ....food came very quick ..had a 1 minute walk back to my hotel ..food was lukewarm at best ...total disgrace of a place ..avoid at all cost

Had the Christmas tunes blasting staff LOVE IT, quality food. The wraps are the best btw. Pure vibes just sayin

Came here twice in two days. Doner Kebab is always a bit rough but this one tasted pretty nice. Chicken Kebab the night after was an interesting flavouring (almost Indian) but was good as well. Prices decent.

Toon Takeaway more like take the business away, RANSID! The chunks of chicken on the BBQ pizza was like chewing on a hemrroid. Couldn’t feed me this if I was dying.

Just wanted to say that your chips, chicken burgers, nuggets, pizza and drinks are amazing !! Best I’ve ever had in Newcastle !! Your staff were incredibly friendly and understanding. Amin served us exceptionally well and gave our food incredibly fast :)

I paid for food and it went through on my online banking. They told me it hadn't and that I needed to pay again, and promised me that I wouldn't be charged twice. Well both payments came through with my bank, and Toon Takeaway have been ignoring all of my messages. scam

This takeaway is the best in newcastle!! cheesey chips are unreal. Staff are great!! They made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well!!! they maintained social distancing despite lots of rowdy customers. Pizza is the best ive ever had!!! They made our night in newcastle what it was. Banging tunes and all. ❤️

Standard takeaway, perfect after a night out. Speedy service, food is alright but hits the spot. When a banger comes on the speaker the takeaway becomes a disco, it’s the after party nobody asked for but everyone loves!

Terrible food, rude staff and overall a waste of money. This place will give you gut rot and we as a group were disgusted with the staffs attitude. Putting a chip in a wrap doesn't count as paying for a chicken wrap with chips.

We stopped here on our way home so we could get some food. The pizza I got was cheap and of a decent size. And it was actually quite good, although it was definitely not as good as domino's! They also do quite a few other things ;)

Went about 1 in the morning and it was rammed. Dont go up to the counter till you know what you want or you will get a rude reception from the owner "WHAT YOU WANT, NEXT" haha mental. Order a house kebab and the disco lights start flashing. Chicken kebab is very good. This place is a zoo on a Saturday night.
