What a miserable, horrible, person that delivers your meal to your door. Customer service and bad attitudes DO NOT work. It costs nothing to be sociable to customers, after all they pay for your service. Oh well I won't be paying anymore for your terrible delivery service. Shame really as the food is good.

Tried here earlier the 21/07/22 kebab wrap was stinking farmfoods chips fried asked for said said was same price with wrap with chips and Salad didn't get salad asked and tried to charge me £2.90 for salad rip off and foods stinking

Ordered pizzas got them home thought they smelt like sick. Called the shop Eddie wasn’t in spoke to someone else explained about the pizza and was basically told there was nothing wrong with the cheese he had already made over 200 pizzas with that cheese! Basically told we could take the pizza back and he would make fresh ones with the same ingredients WTF is the point in that!!! Well done Chellos £11.50 worth of pizza straight in the bin. Wont be back which is s shame as we have been customers for 30+ years! Shocking customer services with an arrogant attitude has let you down !

I was at the bingo with the wife and kids and we fancied a bite to eat. So we went to this kebab place and it was muckle lush. Propa lovely donna kebab and the chips were mad Peng. The man delivering was nice and called me a great bloke and handed me the pizza/kebab. Overall quality meal, I loved the garlic bread special and donna meat, garlic mayo was incredible. 10/5, would shag again. I went in for a Donner and they only had Sharons Traceys left, it’s a disgrace I’m off to write a petty ill informed letter to the local paper about how everything is the councils fault.

My friend ordered some cheesy chips and Bolognese and whilst eating it noticed that's it was dry mince meat mushed up with no tomato sauce and smelt like dog food the only thing that looked fresh was the melted cheese but even then wasent nice cheese. I definitely don't recommend chellos anymore and would have a few year ago but it had obviously lost interest in serving nice food to a good standard.

I have used Chellos for more years than I can remember, but unfortunatly won't be using it again for some time to allow it to improve. I believe it may have recently been taken over by new owners. I ordered food for delivery allowing 1 hr 15 minutes for delivery. However after 2 hours from initial order, food had not arrived. I rang up only to be told they had been busy and waiting for a driver to arrive. While I appreciate food and delivery takes time. I don't agree 2 hrs is acceptable. I do hope they get sorted and resume the service they previously supplied.

Me and my partner used chellos what can I say other than I will not be doing so again.we used chellos as my partner likes the jacket potatoes which we ordered along with a pizza what can I say it took 2 hours for this to turn up I called twice I was told the first time it was on its way 20 mins later I was calling again to see where our dinner was the reply I got was they was busy n then hung the phone up terrible people skills would not order from them again

Order come to £29 99% of places would of giving a free bottle of pop never mind the food will be worth it I thought I paid £3.20 for a portion of kebab meat....i could of put it in the palm of me hand, I also ordered a garlic bread special which had even less kebab meat on it joke of a shop I'll never go back i have giving it 1 star only because I have too

Great place to get a takeaway. All freshly prepared and all the servings are large. Kebabs are made freshly to order and pizza's freshly cooked. The chilli and garlic sauces are very tasty and the salads are fresh and crisp. You will need to park in one of the nearby streets as there is not much parking next to the shop.

Waiting an hour and a half for food- on a Tuesday night!!! Staff extremely rude on the phone, even hanging up on my husband for asking where the food was! The staff even then cancelled the order because my husband kept ringing to ask where food was. Never known such un professionalism. Wouldn’t order from here again!!!!!!!

Ordered a chicken kebab x 2 chips x 2 and salad. Hardly any chicken, chips next to nothing, and salad very small. Do yourself a favour, don't order Here, try the Continental at Newbiggin. At least you get a decent portion size from there. Chellos you don't deserve the custom !

Load of piss nearly 2 hours delivery and freezing when it did get here used chellos for years but the muppets that are in charge now should be in dole que MUPPETS

Staff were rude . The food was horrible ,cold and over priced . Will not be returning . They tend to put deliveries and phone calls before customers in the shop .

Standard pizza house, nice onion rings, canny crack, very decent indeed. Parking easy enough also...

They do an excellent garlic bread special and the garlic and chilli sauce is to die for. The pizzas are really tasty and and great variety. And fast delivery service too.

This is my favourite place for a garlic bread special with extra cheese. The food is fresh and hot and the delivery is good well worth a try.
