Absolute was of time accept the order waited 2 hours just fir them to cancel it should be closed down about as much use as a chocolate fireguard completely useless avoidddddd

So I waited over 60 mins before calling for the owner to say 15mim waited 15mims called back said the order was out with driver baring mind should of been out with driver long time before that rang 16times ever call ignored then when it came order came wrong wanted hot shot parmo got normal parmo wanted tandori Donner pizza got pizza with chunks of tandoi chicken not even on the pizza Donner meat was solid as a rock chips a salty as the sea dont eat here absolute joke of a takeaway

Paid for a parmo and handed it to me. Got home it was a week old pizza which was solid and stale and cold. Was absolutely fuming. What a disgrace.

The order was totally wrong u sent me a cheese pizza instead of Bol pizza the park chicken was hard the cheese pizza was burnt the milkshakes u sent u only got one off them weight the food was not nice at all and was not worth the money we spent.

It had taken 1 hour and a 45 minutes to get to my house and I had to phone them up 10 times before they answered there phone couldn't understand what the man was saying because it sounded like he was far away from the phone so basically this is poor customer service

Ordered food at 00:19 rang back several times due to it being 1:45 and the food proceeded to arrive at 2:20 stone cold not even edible tried to ring back the pizza shop 12 times no answer rang back the 13th time got threw and they said they can’t do nothing they are busy and the delivery was not very polite at all tried explaining the situation and completely engorged us and walked away clearly has no respect for anyone at all would not recommend this place to anyone worst customer service ever and the food is just another level !!

Food didn't arrive used to love this shop but when I looked at reviews after not receiving my order I realised I shouldn't waste my money on this place, your food never turns up and the owner seems to be a prick to everyone that says they never got their food either.

Hot shot Parmo was burnt both the bottom and top of it. Absolutely not spicy in the slightest. Chicken kebab was burnt. Donner kebab was black and crisp. Wouldnt even feed it to my dog. Couldnt Pay me to eat here. Absolute state of a chef who made the food, seems like the just grabbed someone off the street. So so disgusting.

Decent Kebab and chips and cheeseburger but the banter with the owner was absolutely second to none. Lovely bloke and a great sense of humour.

Thought they have had issues with us before when we ordered by phone but that wasnt the case love the place i ordered food and only had notes which the driver did not have change but allowed us to sort it through bank transfer great food and customer service

DO NOT order from this place. Ordered once in the past; pizza was undercooked & doughy - arrived cold. Owner of business constantly has a go at people on JustEat, Facebook, etc - anybody who dislikes his business/food gets shouted at. Tried to order again today, accepted my order, made me wait 20 minutes - then decided to cancel my order. No other places open. Decided to close their shop 45 minutes early, lovely stuff.

Came on tonight with friends and got food. Banter is on point. Food is lovely. I got the small munch box and really enjoyed it, thank you.

Absolutely disgusting i asked for thin base pizza in the comments box more than once. And when it arrived hour and a half later it was stone cold. And the pizza was very thick. The two pieces of pizza i did manage to eat made me bad the next day. And they refused to refund me. The guy that responds to just eat reviews always shifts the blame on the customers. I advise you stear clear of this establishment.

Went in smashed, got a BBQ base pizza, garlic sauce and a parmo - absolutely unreal. Nice blokes behind the counter. Ordered us a taxi when both our phones had died. Good value for money and all that. Big up lads. Cheers for sorting us ❤️

Slowest Pizza Delivery Shop in Boro!!! Cold Food, Poor Attitude There's no excuse for poor service... simple as that, waited an hour and 25 minutes for delivery, food was all cold, attitude of the staff very poor, the people who run this clearly do not care, terrible management, food was basic and was meant to come with salad, came with one slice of cucumber and a few onions. Ordered for the family after a busy day with no time to cook, totally pointless!!! Needless to say I'll never use this Pizza shop again, save yourself the MASSIVE wait and order from a more reputable pizza shop, Boro has plenty.

Worst experience with a pizza shop in my life ordered food over 2 hours ago and kept saying it was getting delivered and then arrive with a cheeky delivery man who was very rude and spoke in a nasty tone and to top it off a cold pizza

After waiting for my food for just over an hour for the beginning of the delivery slot(03.35) I'm still waiting for it to arrive 06.26. UberEATS has kindly refunded me but will take up to 10 working days to clear but it comes straight from my bank account when I pay

The order came on time. The delivery driver was polite and lovely and the food was georgouse.

If could give zero I would. Not only did my son's order go to the wrong address, it was also the wrong town. When the order turned up, items were missing. Telephoning resulting in the phone not being answered or ending the call. Finally got hold of someone who said that the missing items would be sent. They did not arrive. No refund offered.

Good taste with affordable price

The guy running the place was very suspicious. I was stood at the counter, waiting for something which should have taken minutes and (despite the place being empty) he kept insisting that I take a seat. When I (literally) stood my ground, he kept moving a ceiling-high mound of (empty) pizza boxes around his counter to block my view. I guess he thought that, whilst on my phone, I was filming him (I was just checking my social media, as most people do when static, with a minute or two to spare) but this guy kept realigning his empty boxes across my viewpoint. He then had the temerity to make out I was acting weird, for standing at the counter (waiting for my order) Definitely something dodgy going on? Never going back again (wish I had been filming, he was obviously up to something that he didn't want the public to see?)

I ordered a pizza around 11pm-12:30am. I waited outside in the cold. Call the number to find out what was the hold up around 1am. They said they will take care of it. It's now 1:54 and no pizza. Called multiple of time to get a update and just wanted my refund. No answer. So this place actually gets zero star. Because I didn't get a pizza or a refund. Thanks for NOTHING ‼️

Bad experience. Money fraudulent. Charging double from your card saying that the payment wasn’t gone through. Bad pizza. No chicken. Not cooked well. After the meal, stomachache. Disappointed and disgusting.

If my pizza was cooked it would be a 2 star but the customer service was horrendous, didn’t answer the phone at all, rang 5 times, food came undercooked, by that I mean it was doughy and chewy and too top it off we requested Pepsi max and got REGULAR PEPSI

Ordered from here a few times usually love the pizzas however this time I waited 2 hours and at the 1 hour 45 mark I tried to call them to ask why it said my order had been delivered when it hadn't they have there phone turned off not responding so I asked for some money back on just eat what do you know they reply instantly on text which i knew would happen pizza also came freezing cold too the weather is not an excuse if you couldn't deliver my food correctly you should have never taken the order

when I hear 2 words chicken parmesan I think of Middlesbrough so whenever I’m here I have to try different parmos from different takeaways and whatnot so I decided to try this. Cant say I’m impressed in any way but I’ve definitely has worse parmos in my life but this one was fairly average and a nice thick bit of chicken with quite rubbery bland béchamel sauce with a nice cheese on top chips cooked to perfection. I’m giving this play 3 stars 1 star for the chip, 2 the delivery was quicker than expected and 3 the delivery driver was very nice and respectful. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this place if there is a nicer place open this place is a last resort and it’s a average meal all round.

I ordered two meal deals, both 12" pizzas. The same day, I ate 2 slices and waited about 5 to 10 minutes, i had an ache in my lower and upper abdomen, alongside with some diarrhoea. I assume it is because of food poisoning. My fiance wanted to make sure it was the pizza so he ate half a slice, and fell ill, with the same symptoms. I'm sorry the pizza shop, but this is the last time I'm going to allow you to make me ill. This has happened twice already.

Never arrived. Ordered from here about 2:30am on uber eats. It got to 4:10am and it said it may be delivered soon. Checked the place on maps and found it closes at 4 so they ran down the clock on me here. My order is still going as of now and I cant cancel because its closed and I cant say my order hasn't arrived because its stuck on will be delivered soon. So don't order from here.

I ordered at around 12:30am and the app said “expected between 12:40 - 1am” I waited until one and the timer just kept increasing so it said “expected between 1:05 - 1:00” it then said my order was out for delivery so I waited until 2am before going to bed. I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 parmos. The only good thing was 1 of the pizzas. I got old Donner kebab which was a let down it looked and tasted mushy. Reassessing if I will order from here in the future. I only got it because it was £4 for 16 inch

Would rate -1 if i could!!! Ordered food and after an hour and a half of no sign and my 2nd phone call(which was answered by ur delivery is on its way! Before i could get my words out) i was met with pure attitude!!! So because of this i cancelled order to then be bawled at ''well dont order from us again" lmao i mean as if i would after tht!!! No wonder it only has 2 ☆ wow just wow!!!!

Took two hours to get here. The delivery driver shouting because he "took 7.1 miles to get here". "He was going to bollock the owner when he gets back because they dont deliver here". .. If he didn't get lost by his own admission it wouldn't have been so long. Pizza cold & soggy, not surprising because the box was in a plastic bag. Once I put it in the microwave the pizza was actually quite nnice.Sort your delivery driver out because someone is going to end up digging him with that attitude. I won't recommend going here especially as I've just seen their food hygiene record is only a 2.

So I had some friends over for new year, and we decided to order 4 pizzas from my just eat account, costing me a total of £31.20. We ordered at 00:58 and the app said that the food would be delivered at 2:15am. We understood that we might be waiting a little longer as obviously it was new year and everywhere was likely to be busy. It had got to 2:30am and the food still hadn’t arrived, despite it saying it had been delivered on the Just Eat app. Therefore I went on Just Eat and clicked the ‘my order hasn’t arrived’ yet button, at which point the delivery time changed to 3:00am. AGAIN we waited till 3:15 and AGAIN Just Eat had said the food had been delivered so yet AGAIN I pressed the my order hasn’t arrived’ yet button. At this point the Just Eat app suggested I should try calling the restaurant, however I had already rang like 12 times while waiting for the pizzas, with no answer every time. So I tried ringing again with surprise surprise NO ANSWER. Now it was closer to 4:00am and the pizzas still had not arrived so I pressed the ‘ask the restaurant for a refund button’. At the end of the night I WAS NOT GIVEN A REFUND and the pizzas NEVER came! I checked my bank balance a couple days later and the money had gone out my bank despite NO pizzas being delivered! So I went into the restaurant to ask for a refund. The man who spoke to me was extremely rude and unsympathetic and actually mumbled rude comments about me under his breath! The rude man told me that he couldn’t refund me as it was Just Eats fault and that I should ring them. So I went back to my flat, rang Just Eat’s customer service and got through to a more understanding man. He explained that usually they only deal with complaints 48 hours after ordering. However, once I explained that I had only waited to make sure the money had come out my bank, he told me he could provide me with a full refund but he just needed the restaurant to confirm this and answer some security questions. The man told me he would try get in contact with the restaurant and ring me straight after. In total this guy rang the restaurant 4 times ringing me back each time explaining he couldn’t get through. Therefore I went into the restaurant to explain and asked if they could ring Just Eat back. The other members of staff told me that only the boss (the rude man I initially spoke to) could deal with refunds, that he wouldn’t be in till later that night or 4pm the next day and that Just Eat should ring him then. I rang Just Eat back to explain what had happened and got through to a different man, who gave me a ticket number for the incident and said he would ring the restaurant and call me after. I never heard back. So the next day I rang Just Eat again and got through to a woman called Gladys. I read out my ticket number and asked what was happening. This woman was useless. She told me she couldn’t do anything because the restaurant wouldn’t refund me. So all in all thanks to the incompetence of the staff at the pizza shop and the Just Eat staff, I have not been refunded and have had £31.20 practically stolen from me. So unless you want to pay for nothing or have your money stolen - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Very dirty and has a 1 star rating by food hygiene

Tried it once and quickly made it my regular. Pizzas are amazing and the parmo pizza pie is potentially the best thing ever created. Had a couple of orders during peak times where parmos arrived late and over done so generally order earlier on. Staff are lovely, the owner is very friendly. Can't fault it.
