Poor customer service and not to mention the fees for paying by card!

the food was cold by the time i got it but that's the drivers fault.

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce tasted horrible, and the cheese was just as bad. After just one slice, my stomach started to hurt so badly that I had to throw the rest of the pizza in the bin. A complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

never again will I be ordering from this place absolutely rotten I wouldn’t feed it to my neighbours dog never mind my own neighbours

Was cold and very over cooked looks like the chicken was weeks old couldnt even chew it pizza bases were very hard unable to eat

Food was mainly good, wrong cake sent and no garlic. Order was late although shop did call and apologise as had no kebab meat ready for my order so changed pizza to different one and gave chicken kebab instead which I appreciated. I didn't however appreciate being hung up on several times when trying to explain you have sent me the wrong dessert. Normally on time and good x

Ordered off just eat waited over, 2hrs for pizzas, delivery driver shoved into my hand made me drop one and other was cold very unhappy

No good telling me order was delayed then activating the delivery map for me when there's no tracker. Pizza and chips were lush just let down with the delivery. Waited well over an hour for a pizza and box of chips and cheese

I went there today again as i had pizza from them yesterday. The pizza was really nice yesterday a guy from karachi was chef on that day. Went there today again and today there was some different chef and he made us one of the worst pizzas i have ever had. There was only few pieces of chicken like there is no chicken. No vegetables nothing. It was just sauce and cheese like seriously wth. Never going there again. I paid £7 for a medium pizza which was named as tandoori chicken but what i got in return was a sort of margarita pizza 👎

Food was really late and the food disappointed the milkshake didn’t taste of kinder bueno at all they was icecream floating around the cup . The parmo was pink and was really thick . The chips were really nice and the garlic only good thing . And the cans of pop were warm . The pizza was also nice did ask for 2 tubs of garlic ONLY received 1

Great food. love ths place. I tend get a meal deal but I got a 16" and some creamed cabbage. Delicous. But I have some pointers. I was full quick thinner dough options (save 4 u) cabbage bechmel topping with cheese on bechmel. Then the customer mix.

The fact that we ordered a millions cheesecake and a pizza for it to never come is after a long day and work had been done I don’t want to put in the effort of cooking after a long day please do not trust this restaurant with your food cos you will just be left hungry and disappointed

Got to the shop the guy said oh we thought was delivery so waiting for him to return didnt do fresh was cold. The lebab meat was like cheeing a belt the pizza was more a calzonge after been thrown about. Garlic was like water

States a 20 inch pizza clearly they didn’t pass maths as it’s a 10 inch either that or you have dementia kebab meat dryer than a camels toe

i am completely disappointed, i ordered my food at 1:30am and never received it. i called the shop multiple times and was told my food was about 5 mins away, 30mins later i still did not have it so i called again only to get hung up on. they put the order through as delivered on my app. i have never been so disappointed in ordering from somewhere.

Ordered food at 12:15..came at 2:15. Chips were like house bricks. Kebab was alright. The pizzas were the worst pizzas I've ever had in my life. Woke up with stomach in knots and feeling sick. Delivery driver was about as happy as shmegal off lord of the rings. Tried fobbing me off with garlic bread for being to long.. was that rubbery could of rubbed pencil marks out with it. Will never go there again spent 24 quid to put it in the bin 👍

not as good as the pizza's in the toon but its the best pizza just outside of the toon working through the day and night, people giving this hard working chap a tough time. put some respek on this man and his workers. i tried to give this man 6 stars but coudlnt *****

Enjoyed the food presentation wasn’t great but I don’t expect anything else from a parmo burger with bech sauce and garlic allover, nice parmo. Too much paprika on the chips though so went in the bin.

Food was beautiful as normal.and they went that extra for.me with my special request for my son, thank you so much i really appreciate it xx

The doo on pizza was soggy and they put peri peri on the chips which we didn't asl for other wise was perfect

DO NOT BUY HERE!! Horrendous! Ordered around 3am after work as it was the only place open. Ordered the parmo with two portions of chips and this is what I received. The parmo was hard and grizzly and seemed like the leftovers were just stuck together with some cheese on top and the chips look like someone has gotten to them before I did considering it was supposed to be two portions! I will never order from this shop again and would never advise anybody buy from them.

accepted my order on food hub but after 2 hrs never delivered called but no answer as I am a kitchen manager inwould never do this to a customer that pays there wage utterly useless and never use these again

I ordered my food after work around 1:40 am on Uber eats the delivery time was said to be 2:30/3 am so i waited and it got to 2:30 and my order still hadn’t arrived so i requested a update and nothing was sent to me. I tried calling the phone but it just ended straight away around 3:30am my food arrived cold and undercooked as there was fresh dough still on the pizza. Me and my friend had a taste of the pizza and it was disgusting. I will never order of there again.

Open it up and it was freezing clearly driver has no local knowledge I left clear instructions where my house was and how to get to it due to loving on walk way. Don't think I will be ordering again sorry

Mixed kebab was absolutely smashing! Milkshakes were lovely for the price. The pizza on the hand wasn’t the best. Tasted very cheap and plasticy.

Have been using here for ages for collections as no where else in town is as good, but decided to try a late night delivery to the far side of Billingham. My expectations were on the floor being so far away and at 3am but it came earlier than they said it would. Was warm and unlike some Billingham takeaways actually found my house and rang to let me know he was here. Was nicer and warmer than most local takeaways in hours. AND they actually read your order notes. Spot on lad too would recommend.

Love this place. Cheese feast and got a hot and spicy meat feast with bbq base which was amazing! Delivery drivers are always really respectful and kind. Great place. Will be back for cookie dough too! Forgot it this time but too full anyhow.

Ferraro cake had been in the fridge for days and tasted as such was soggy and tasteless and the bonoffee cake is still frozen solid as it was when it was delivered absolutely disgusting service and quality

received the "on the way" update 20 mins after the order was meant to be here and then it never even came, I called about 7 times and no one answered.

So I waited over 60 mins before calling for the owner to say 15mim waited 15mims called back said the order was out with driver baring mind should of been out with driver long time before that rang 16times ever call ignored then when it came order came wrong wanted hot shot parmo got normal parmo wanted tandori Donner pizza got pizza with chunks of tandoi chicken not even on the pizza Donner meat was solid as a rock chips a salty as the sea dont eat here absolute joke of a takeaway

missed main item on my pizza they said they would replace it and they give me a 12in pizza when I ordered 10in so thank you 🍕 pizza is unreal thank you 😊

Paid for a parmo and handed it to me. Got home it was a week old pizza which was solid and stale and cold. Was absolutely fuming. What a disgrace.

the food was really tasty and the chilli was hottest ive ever tasted! the only thing tht let it down was its not good value for money i got a chicken fajita kebab which only had about 6 small bits of chicken and 2 tomatos .... if the made the portions even slightly better it wud be perfect
