Domino's Pizza in Northumberland

1 star is too much…. Absolutely disgusting service. Went and collected our pizzas to be given the wrong ones. Was told that we would have to wait another 10 minutes for our order. Partner phoned the store to rectify the situation and was fronted by the phone being put down on him. 10 minutes waiting for the pizza to be them finding the pizzas had the wrong stickers on them and a dominos box claims to say ‘warning! Hot’, the pizzas were of a tepid temperature. Absolutely disgusting service and behaviour from staff. Will not be returning.

Arrived late on and chose a small pizza - hot and spicy. Pizza was freshly made and suitably hot and spicy. Wouldn’t say it was outstanding - but filled a gap for £8.

The service was great and the pricing was top-notch, but my only complaint is, why yall put sauce on my pizza?

Tried to cancel order , with in 2mins of ordering.. tied again 2mims later got told no.. value to money Cramlington PRONTA PIZZA is much better quality .. for half the price

Absolutely disgusting service . We ordered at 17.50 and it turned up over an hour later cold . When we complained they offered to remake it and send it again but this never happened !!!! When we phoned back multiple times from different numbers they never answered so basically walked away with our money for a sub standard product. I am now currently waiting for a reply from head office before I take it further as from reviews on here this downstairs seem to be a one off !!

Long time since i ordered from dominos. Ordered the winter deal for delivery. Added a dessert came to 25 pound. Brilliant service. Order came on time. Philip the driver was excellent customer care service. Only problem the quality of the food has dropped. Pizza was pepperoni. Was wanting melting cheese dribbling down my chin. Never got that. The garlic bread was tiny. Cheese was like plastic. Potato wedges soft and not crunchy. Cookies were ok still hot melt in the middle. The chocolate pizza delish but a little sickly. Unsure if ingredients are the cheapest or high cost ingredients meaning less ingredients but was very disappointed. Unfortunately won't be returning.

I personally believe nothing is wrong with this establishment. The staff I saw were nice and fast, as they should. Plus the glass window is a nice touch so you can see your pizza being made. As for the food quality, what can I say that hasn't already been said? It's dominos, and that means some of the best pizza you'll ever eat.

We visited on Sunday night after my husband had run the Great North Run, looking for some carb overload. When we arrived no one was keen to serve so we waited for a bit. Once served he advised us it could take up to half an hour, now we weren't in a rush as from Scotland down for the half marathon so we said ok we can go for a drink next door while we wait. We headed back after 40 minutes and again stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes, another customer was in the process of asking for a refund as she had waited long enough. When I asked if ours were ready I was told they are in the oven, after 40 minutes a joke. Now I didn't say anything at the time because at the end of the day its not the workers fault, Dominos clearly need to have more staff in this location, seemed to be plenty attending to the deliveries, someone on the counter at all times would be good and maybe some customer service training. Think in all we waited at least 50 minutes, there wasn't even an apology, most establishments would offer you a refund and your food if you had waited that long.

Went in last night to place an order but the staff didn't seem interested in serving me, busy standing around talking and fiddling with their caps. I got bored of them looking at me and waiting to finish their social conversation so walked out. I have been a frequent customer and ended up going to another chain pizza store local rival which to be honest was better. Last two Ive had from here have been less than impressive. Won't be back, no need for rude disinterested staff, even loyal customers like me will end up moving on.

I frequently feedback the toppings are not enough. Example Chicken feast large, 7 small strips of chicken. 22 sweet corn kurnels. (Yes I counted the sweet corn). The taste is always great, but toppings fall way below expectation. I don't see why I should have to pay for extra toppings, when the standard toppings are simply missing! Service and turnaround is always good, no issues to note and there are regular deals to be had.

I just believe this store needs a change in management the staff always look depressed and cx service could do with some work but overall they do make mean dough balls and the pizza was areet so can't complain

Food was cold and very greasy wouldnt advise. Find it hard to believe it could ever be cold as a few of there drivers use our stretch of road like a racetrack

Always very fresh and my 10 year old loves the margarita pizzas with stuffed crust and loves to watch the pizza being made

Delivery was quick and the women who delivered the food was just so nice...nice to too a friendly face delivering your food for a change. Pizza is always hot and tasty

Me and a three friends went for a late night snack and fully enjoyed the taste of the pizza and sides the drink was more than enough for us all but cups would've been better it is definitely the best pizza around the Cramlington area...

Very rarely use dominos but we got a managers deal and the service was very quick and friendly. Was faster than most pizza places nearby and the food was lovely.

Just had a pizza delivered tonight and was not at all impressed. Pizza had hardly any cheese, was overcooked and only luke warn when it arrived. We usually just use a local pizza place that is half the price and the quality is far superior....

Mi amigo y yo fuimos a Domino's después de un par de copas. Pedimos una pizza grande (rancho bbq) apareció en la pantalla diciendo que sería de 9 minutos. Lovely Pizzas, my kids love them. Not cheap tho unless you get one of the offers. Delivery is always within the time you are told.

We ordered a pepperoni passion, half tomato base and half bbq base. This is a usual order from us at other branches. It was difficult to tell by looking which side was which, not a problem we've had before. It tasted pretty much the same...

Very tasty pizzas, and good delivery service, but crikey - so expensive! We try to restrict our orders to Tuesday when the 2 for the price of 1 offer is on, but even then the price is high for what you get, considering supermarket pizzas...

I ordered an hour ago just a four piece pizza and 7 chicken strippers and it's already been an hour so we ring up and they say another bloody hour !!

So I order from these guys once a fortnight usually... Lately I have stopped ordering as it is always screwed up. Either extra dips missing or it looks like the delivery guy threw it around in the car on his way... Irrelevant of the delivery...

We ordered our two pizza's online and received them within the hour. We got two medium ones and they did smell nice on arrival and arrived on time. You are just paying for the convenience as they are not good value for money. Tasted nice...
