Avoid this branch if you value your health. I ended up getting a nasty case of food poisoning from here when I hate their pizza. I was unwell for nearly a week. Would not recommend this branch in Mildenhall. Slow delivery as well.

Went here on a quiet Thursday evening. Received a very warm welcome from the manager who was friendly and chatty. We ordered one of the meal deals and it all arrived hot and tasty. Salad bar was well stocked. Waitress was efficient. We like ordering online in restaurants these days, it's quick and easy. However the only downfall with this is that at the time of ordering you're asked if you want to leave a tip. At this point you don't know if you want to leave one or not! We didn't have any cash with us so we left without tipping which was a real shame because they deserved one!

The pizza here is soooo yummy :))))) When the delivery man came to our house he was dressed up as a bunny troll :))) Yumm yummy I now have diebetes :))) 5 stars :)))

Ordered this for my mum for a treat. She had a little chciken it wasnt cooked properly and she was then sick. Food poisoning

Terrible customer service. Placed an order through UberEats which they accepted, however called me to say some items were out of stock. I understood this wasn’t their fault but asked for the order to be cancelled. 10 minutes later the order is still live on my app, I call the store who say they are “unable to cancel orders” and to contact support. I contact support who confirm restaurants can cancel orders and phone back, he then spends 5 mins pretending to cancel the order and saying it’s done. Another 10 mins go by and the order is still active, I call again and he says he’ll cancel it. Still no cancellation. Don’t order from here!

In shop, cash no longer accepted, no sale. Staff were polite in explaining it was a management decision, but as this is a franchise chain its unclear whether thats head office or store manager level? EDIT: CASH NOW ACCEPTED AGAIN. They lost too much business, lol. Cash is king.

Good place to eat before boarding the ferry. It is about a 15 min walk from harwich international train station. Just good pizzas. Although they are mainly designed for orders, you can also eat inside.

ordered online walked down from the premier inn 3mins down the rd got a half & half stuffed crust pizza the guys in there where nice and polite and made me a banging soft dough pizza

Awful service. Delivered order with items missing. Manager argued and would not refund or re-deliver or even try to sort.

I ordered a double spicy beef and sweetcorn. Four pieces of beef on one slice of pizza and it was lukewarm when it arrived. This is a double portion of beef apparently. Under the current management, avoid this place at all costs. An utter rip off. £10 for a piece of bread basically. You can count the beef on this pizza, an absolute joke.

Great Pizza, clean restaurant, kids enjoyed their lunch. Shruti was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come here again.
