Missed three items from our order. Rude and no customer service at all

Went with ten others for my grandchildren twins 18th. birthday. Never been before and not that keen on pisa so had the ribs with a sauce and french fries. Really great. Will go back. Liked the big range of salads for a starter. Nice place.

Food was good shame about the service I was the first of 2 customers in the shop stood their for near on 10min before we got served and to top it off they served the other guy before me ! In my time in waiting they served up 3 donners before mine that where sat there the whole time I waited for mine Basically you guys have no clue on service!

I am really impressed with my order. It was delivered quickly and the food was hot, crispy and very fresh. I would recommend 10/10

rubbish Kebab They sell old rotten meat, they never wash their hands, it's a very dirty place

I rang up to place order over the phone to be told we don’t deliver to hotels because it is not in the Hinckley area and try to order on line and that was cancelled online through just eat. Will not be using these again

Lovely food with lovely staff, can't complain

Ordered 2 kebabs, one large and one regular the large shish was poor, it wasn’t large, it was much smaller than the regular , very disappointing

Just had food delivered nice and quick and it was delicious HOWEVER there was a chicken bone found in my lamb kebab which I nearly broke a tooth on. Looked like a wing that someone ate and the bone ended up in my food. No more orders from me which is a shame because I've enjoyed Perfecto for many years.

The portion size wasn’t just small it was tiny & i’d paid extra for a large mixed kebab. It arrived cold & the meat was hard & overcooked. Probably the worst kebab I’ve ever been served. So very disappointing.

Food was brilliant, portion sizes are a good size Highly recommend

hey. I live like 5minutes from the restaurant but the pizza what I ordered was literally cold.

Food from here is always correct, always hot and fresh, always on time, no matter how big the order is, without exception they do a fantastic job and the delivery driver is wonderful and follows instructions exactly when delivering to a multi-entry building. Well done guys!
