Victoria Kebab House in Nottingham

The portion size wasn’t just small it was tiny & i’d paid extra for a large mixed kebab. It arrived cold & the meat was hard & overcooked. Probably the worst kebab I’ve ever been served. So very disappointing.

TOOTH IN KEBAB AND NOW A SMASHED UP PIZZA. Absolute crap. Had a tooth in a kebab, pizza was smashed up in the box and when you call, they claim to not be able to hear you. DONT EAT ENYTHING FROM HERE!!!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Placed an order after the phone line was put down multiple times. Order came 1 hour and 45 mins later, when we stated we wanted a refund. Had to go to the shop to get a refund as they continue to drop the phone line on a £45 order.

Ordered food as a family. Food took 2 hours from order. Food came cold and was congealed. Staff constantly lied about service.

These guys do the best masala fish in town hands down. Always on point everytime im there. Keep up the good work guys 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have always used and given 100% everytime however nann bread was inedible due to grease and the kebab meat was like total rubber!

This is my first time ordering here and the service was abysmal. The restaurant had cancelled my order as they had no mixed grill. I called in after I noticed they were running late and they said they had cancelled my order but without notifying me. I waited for over an hour only to be told I had no order. Avoid at all costs!!!! Terrible service!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Delivery took 1h 25m and then was cold when it eventually arrived. Cheese naan cold - the cheese hadn’t melted at all. This was a Tuesday night at 6.46pm so no excuse they were busy. Seem to have been taken over by people that can’t cook as they used to be good.

We received someone else’s order completely different to ours, rang the restaurant but got told that the earliest they could deliver would be in an hour so we had what we received which was very average. I won’t be ordering again.

We've ordered two chicken doner but we received two mixed ones instead. We're generally happy with the service from the store since we've ordered from there before. Maybe things got mixed up because it was a Saturday which must be pretty busy.

Food was OK. I ordered Donner kebab on chips with salad. The meat tasted great, although, when I usually order from them, they give much more meat. But it was a very good kebab compared to the ones I have had from other restaurants.

Arrived early. Garlic bread was tasty but very oily. Wrong pizza sent, ordered Veggie feast but received mushroom with chilies instead which I could not eat. Chips were under cooked and bland. Pitta bread was soggy. Burgers never arrived. Pizzas seemed to be pre-made toppings were underneath cheese smothered on top of the toppings so could barely tell there was mushrooms etc. Kebabs were dry and oily with little taste. Sent wrong drinks. Found a whole random chili in my salad. Chicken nuggets were dry and seemed to have been reheated. Food and service needs to be improved.

I didn't want the cold food, the takeaway was forcing me to keep the food... Excuse was delivery car broken down!!

Worst experience ever. Buyer states comes with chips... chips didn't arrived. Called restaurant to ask for them to be sent. Was told no and hung up one... twice!! The chips we actually received were dry and about 10 days old. They wanted me to call just eat to complain like it's just eats problem!! Terrible customer service. Never order from here!!!

Def not the usual standard of drunken kebab I’m used to getting from this once only place for a fresh tikka kebab, won’t be going back for a while the standards just not there.

Arrived an hour late, cold and soggy. Kebab was nice but what have they done to their pizzas? Used to be fantastic deep pan but now hideous thin base. They are inedible and I won’t be ordering again until they go back to how they used to be.

The take away made the wrong pizzas for me and when I called the restaurant, the guy refused to admit that he made them the wrong way. He then started saying that he could help us another time but he’s too busy and that it’s our fault! I’m appalled that such a take away is allowed to function the way it is. Don’t order from here, there are far better take aways in Nottingham that know how to treat their customers better. Dont waste your money here!

I order from here on Saturday night and it was lovely apart from they didn't deliver my drink. So I thought I would order again tonight. I ordered around 5:20PM And my order came at 6:40pm so disappointed a bit from there. Than the gent said they had no cokes so gave me Pepsi which is fair enough. Than I go in to unwrap my food to find out they both had salad on when only one was meant to and it was really cold and there hardly anything on there apart from the salad I didn't even one so I was highly disappointed.

Perfect again!!! they even gave a free meal because they missed an item last time people off the word deffo recommend!! foods amazing

Terrible...... ordered the food at 9:10. Restaurant confirmed a 10:30 delivery. Called at 10:30pm and was informed it would be another 10 minutes. Spoke to just eat directly as the restaurant were extremely unhelpful

I asked for the delivery guy to not knock on the door and ring instead when he’s outside but he knocked so loud so my parents found out I ordered and I got battered for ordering so late. Thank you so much for that. AND I asked for sauce on my food but I didn’t get it :/

Food was terrible. The sfc chicken looked was over done. The food looked old and reheated. Pizza tasted off. The peri peri wings most were burnt the others were tasteless. The salad and coke were ok. Worst food that I have ever ordered. I have thrown away sfc chicken and the chicken wings. We only ate a little of the pizza. A refund would be nice or an apologise.

Presumably the big cola companies intended vendors to have such flexibility when developing and trademarking their products - my bad! Also the veg samosa was so greazy it was dripping out of the container.

Daylight robbery. I ordered a large mixed kebab that came in a burger sized box with undercooked cold chips underneath a pitiful amount of meat. Next the donor kebab with salad. Nope wrong again. Just some rubbery donor once again on top of some cold undercooked chips with no salad in sight! The mozzarella dippers were the only thing worth eating. So I call the restaurant to explain this humungous cockup and they hang up on me!! £14 down the drain. Never ordering from here again. Thanks for nothing.

I used to come here a lot, years ago it was amazing. Then it changed hands and now it's just good rather than great. It recently (majorly) flunked its food hygiene assessment and got just 1 out of 5 so I stopped going at all, but they have since improved and been reassessed and got 4 out of 5 so I've started going back but will be keeping a keen eye on their practices. The food always tastes great, portions are good and staff are friendly.

Put specific instructions for delivery, driver still went to where I told him not to go! Over half an hour late, food nearly cold, and did not put in the tub of mayo I asked for, no apology from driver, awful service and cold average food. Annoyed!

Rubbish food... disappointed. ..

After a night out nipped in here for a kebab, tikka cooked fresh to order with fresh naan salad and chilli sauce, probably the best kebab I've ever had sober, so tasty and cooked over charcoal.

When you have had a few only a Kebab will do. I always find the kebabs here great and the Chilli sauce is always good. Recommend this place when you have had a skinfull but also if you haven't. Very good

Literally poisoned me. Both me and my partner have been ill all day after coming across this place last night for a kebab. Even a bit drunk it tasted vile. The only good thing is the staff are lovely in there.

OK so when I went in here it was 2am after a days drinking so I was quite far from sober. But my God the kebab was delicious!! Exactly what I needed.

Used to be a good take away but seems that their standards have dropped recently. Over an hour wait for delivery and they're forever getting the orders wrong and refuse to do anything about it.

They will give you a take out but like many places will cheap out on simple stuff i.e plastic forks to eat the food with and some tissue's to wipe your hands with after the meal.....poor service how much money they going to save by cheaping out on a couple of disposable plastic forks and a few tissues......as for the fried chicken was way overdone dry and chewy..

Wouldn't even want to give you a star but had no choice never have I been so angry and discusted by the treatment I received my food arrived Ice cold and it was completely the wrong order and when I rang up the person on the other end of the phone was nothing but rude and vile said he doesn't care and hung up the phone !!! I'm so angry thanks to the helpfulness of Adriana from just eat who gave me a voucher of almost the full amount and couldn't apologise enough even though it wasn't her fault !!!

Food hot and tasty. I ordered apple pies, they rang to say they weren't in stock so offered me something else which is good service. Unfortunately my drink was forgotten and after a long 12hr shift at work and considering it was 1am I couldn't be bothered to ring and ask to have it delivered. Overall I would order from them again just please check everything before sending the driver

Terrible restaurant, don't use. Order was an hour late & everytime I rang the restaurant to find out where it was it just said user busy so started to think they'd gone home! The delivery driver couldn't find where we lived so spent 5 minutes on the phone trying to direct him, we were missing a whole kebab and all the food was cold. Don't bother with them, awful food and service. Just eat had to give me a part refund because even they couldn't get in touch with them!
