The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in East Midlands

I ordered food from Domino's Nuthall road, Nottingham on 17th October 24 and had a very bad experience with staff members over the phone. They didn't deliver food on time and my food was late and when received it was cold so there was a serious quality issue with the food. I tried to cancel the order over the phone and asked for refund but they refused to cancel it and when asked to speak with manager there was no one around. Instead of resolving the issue the staff member said if you want to put the complaint in you can but there is no management around to speak with you. I won't order food from Domino's again because it's the worse customer service I’ve ever received from the staff members.

Good food the chicken pizza need more chicken not 5 pieces

Food delivery Was disappointing as the toppings were scarce very thin sliced vegetables so I can now understand why there was 50% off, The tater tots looked I'll they were so pale and undercooked. Won't order again.

Just had a couple of pizzas, spicy wings and onion rings. Was delicious and arrived hot 😀

Got served a raw pizza, as for it to be cooked more and it came back still raw :)

3rd time I've ordered and they've missed out toppings. 2nd time 4 were missed. Why can't you get it right?!. I'm sick of calling you up about this. First 2 times they've sent out replacements but I'm sick of having to do this.

Went there for food last night, it wasn’t until we’d ordered and paid that they said it was takeaway only! Thereafter the food was terrible; ordered a fish burger - despite the pictures, it had no cheese in it.

I couldn't give zero for service but it was appalling when I phoned the person was very unprofessional the delivery driver an old woman was rude and unprofessional I had to leave my granddaughter walking down steps on her own to answer the woman at the bottom of the steps she could have fallen and hurt herself. I will not be using pizza Uno again I will go elsewhere

having a young child wanting food ..I order for 6 30 and still not here at 7 15 xx app saying its been delivered not happy

I hadn't been for a while but wanted to try this place again. I'm glad I did. Loved all of it and will be back regularly. Very nice staff too.

Not good, asked for a lamb doner with salad, left with a tray of done meat with salad, went back demanded a refund which I eventually got.

Driver Basically threw the food at my girlfriend.which then turned out to be wrong.had one bite of burger which was just a lump of gristle.when my girlfriend phoned up to speak to them was just met with abuse.what a waste of £15.would even feed this to my dogs

Only recently used this place since changed owners, now the food is good and pizza is not swimming in grease. Definitely recommend this place, I've only used collection so can't comment on delivery .

Garlic bread size of a finger and sent a pizza box! Can't afford the foil bag ! £3.80 !!! Second Garlic bread sent! Cold! In a box again! Time to microwave!! Won't let send second photo!
