Been going here since it opened and have rarely been disappointed, by far the best in Gainsborough, much fresher and authentic than your Dominoes rubbish!! And after all those years going I think I’ve just had the best one ever!! 1/2 Bolognese Piccante 1/2 Stagioni… 👍👍👍 five stars again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Currently working in the area and decided to get a large doner kebab and chips. Got back to my hotel to be met with 3/4 pieces of doner kebab.. definitely not a large potion size. Called up and they sent a chicken to apologise. Half way through the meal I realise that the chicken is pink. Simply dangerous and terrible service

Would not recommend ordered food and it says delivery in 45-60 minutes more like 90-120 minutes very poor service with no apologies.

Lovely staff, always really friendly and chatty. Food always hot and freshly made. 100% recommended Great prices too. Given a cake and a can of coke on my birthday!

AVOID!!! Total waste of time calling, they make out they can’t hear you when they’re busy🤦🏼‍♂️They leave you on hold and then in the background you hear a non descriptive employee passing the phone back to the original clown (Boss Man) that answered the phone…and he hangs up while he’s flipping pizzas 🤢

Piccante is the best pizza shop in Gainsborough, pizza chef k1 is amazing and such a welcoming and lovely man, food is soooo nice and tasty. Pizza is lovley!!!!!!!!!! Couldn’t be any better

Used To Come Here All The Time,Even Got To Know Us And Got To Know The Delivery Driver. Sadly It Started Going Down Hill,And The Burgers Just Weren't Very Nice,And The Salad Was Virtually Non Existent. Shame Really. Will Not Be Going Again. 😔

Waited over 1hr30mins for delivery, when delivery came food was cold, 1 of the items was just thrown together, iv tasted better quality tesco value pizzas. Picture shows what is supposed to be a meat feast, garlic sausage replaced with garlic butter, salami tastes like it's packaged from aldi, even thrown bacon on there which isn't even in the order description. Used to love food from here, havent ordered in a long time but fk me il never be ordering from here again !!

Due to a road closure, the driver of Piccante walked half a mile to deliver our food! The food was still hot as well which was a surprise. Not only that, because my hands were full, he also shut the door for me. Such a gentleman. This is always our go to and we definitely will not go anywhere else in town. 5*

Excellent pizza at great prices. Very quick to prepare too. recommended when you are in a hurry and need some tasty nosh.

Just had my first delivery it wá late and cold had to microwave it its my first and last from here if you order go and collect i had to ring them they said 10 mins i reckon it was done but waiting for delivery but it was all cold never going thete again waste of money

Just had 2 x 9in pizza and some southern fried chicken fillets and as I am not a great lover of pizza take away all I can say is that they were first class. Fresh ,hot on arrival and no loads of phone calls “where are you” as they drive past at 60 mph. Highly recomended

Lovely pizzas with plenty of choice for toppings and the burgers were good too. Ordered online which was quick and simple. Will be back again soon.

Ordered food last night, BBQ chicken melt burger, chips & cheese and 2x 8 hot wings. All normally great and no issues however last night was totally different, the hot wings were over cooked and hard the chips & cheese had onion in them and the bacon on the burger was half black. Very disappointed in this occasion, not normally this bad

A pretty wide range of pizza toppings and sizes are available. All at a reasonable price too. Just give them 20 minutes and they will knock you up a tasty pizza to take away. Give it a try

Gorgeous kebabs, food is always hot and on time, drivers very friendly, staff and owners are lovely. Wont go anywhere else for my kebab etc, Fantastic!!!!

We ordered a kebab and chips at 1900 it wasn't delivered until 2045 and was then the wrong order. It was our fault that the order was wrong and we shouldn't have opened the bag with the wrong meals. I'm sorry but I'm not superman and I do not have x-ray vision so how the hell are you meant to check your order. The delivery drivers are inconsiderate and foul-mouthed. if you enjoy Jeremy Kyle then order from here if you enjoy a decent meal and good service then order from anywhere but here. Never ordering from here again

Desde su traslado locales me siento la comida ha ido un poco 'cuesta abajo'. Me siento los tamaños de las porciones no son tan grandes como solían ser y a menudo el personal maleducado en el teléfono. Parece que constantemente formación nuevo personal, lo cual es bastante molesto cuando un cliente habitual. Recientemente me he estado pidiendo a los demás a formas.

I especially love their Chicken Chilli wraps and spicy chicken wings. Recent moved to a new establishment the food is still as great as ever, friendly, helpful staff too.

Never disappoints, excellent choice, we usually opt for the wraps and spicy wings but the menus is extensive with a choice for everyone.

Having used picante for around 10yrs we was unhappy tonight with are delivery meal.As usual we ordered the sizzler burger only to find they had changed the burgers from lovely meaty soft burgers to hard tough ones, please take note and change them back to...

Good from picante is always fresh and yummy. We find if we get delivery it is always hot and in great condition. We have used it for a few years after trying other take aways in town. This is the best pizza takeaway in gainsborough. Would definitely recommend.

Again a Pizza delivered , supposed to be a meat feast , was crap.We have many deliverys from them and can be hit and miss but this was the last straw .It was hard , tastless and for me who eats everything , rubbish .Pizza Piccante, whoever cooked this on Wednesday 12/11/14 wants sacking as you have lost our custom .No good being friendly if you send this stuff out like this .

Terrible. You want to eat at home and if given an expectation of delivery then it's really late real potential health hazard have been ill before and tried not to tie it to restaurant but late cold food means germs and bacteria. Reported it to management who just shouted at me telling me I was being unreasonable Will be advising environmental health on Monday

We often have our take out from here. The food is served fresh a very promptly. The only downfall is on the odd occasion when we do have it delivered it comes not quite so hot and we only live down the road!
