Fireaway Pizza in Kettering

Disappointing! Having ordered from here many times before and enjoyed lovely food we were very disappointed today. Pre-ordered for a set time but it turned up 45minutes early, toppings missing off pizza and food cold. When I rang they said we sent an extra box of chicken? They did offer to come back and collect it and redo but then it wouldn't have been here for when we wanted. Just thoroughly disappointed this time.

I went in to order Pizza, one of the guys who made my pizza wore gloves, which was fine. However then, he touched his dirty airpods that’s been inside his disgusting ears, then touched my pizza directly with the same gloves. Hygiene -1 in my opinion. When I came home, the pizza was oily and greasy, to the point where the oil they used leaked onto every surface possible, include my new car’s seats. Every bite I took, the oil is just leaks out of the pizza itself. I don’t know what they use to spray their pans, oil or WD40. I’m not sure if I will come next time. Dirty staff and no respect for food hygiene

I ordered later at night on Deliveroo as I work night shifts and nowhere else was open at the time. Food arrived and took over 20 minutes to be delivered despite being quite local to me, was missing the drink and I also received a cookie which was 2 weeks out of date. Mac and Cheese was so cold it was hard and lumpy, the wings were dire to say the least. Could give the benefit of the doubt that I ordered late at night, but that doesn’t excuse sending food out that’s 2 weeks out of date.

Just had a bit of a wobble with my order and the Brazilian guy on the phone was SO funny. Maybe the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Legend.

we normally order our pizza from a kebab place. fireaway kettering had a fantastic offer for 09/02/25 national pizza day and were helping people by giving away free pizza! top company for helping those in need in these hard times. highly recommend

Chicken was tasty, pizza was also tasty and well made, some different to normal ingredients

We had to call the restaurant as the online update said delivering your order from 17.25 but there was no tracker for the driver available - we called at 17.57

The food we received was really good but we had a part of the order missing and had to wait an hour for it to be delivered

Forgot my bottle of drink, driver said he’d return but hasn’t.

My calzone came cremated where a hole started opening up in the middle because of how crusty it was. I paid extra for sun-dried tomatoes of which I had absolutely none! Delivery late with no updated time when requested. Not recommended!

pizzas were very tasty the only thing that wasn't to our taste was the potato wedges

Customer service on phone was awful, food never arrived, even though app said was delivered and enjoy food. When tried to call just kept getting told it’s on way.

Absolutely shocking service! Waiting for delivery and still no sign unto 2hrs later. Will not use again and suggest you don't either...

One of the best place in town Sitting area is huge and the staff is so helpful Food is awesome U must try their chicken wings

driver delivered food to someone else and didn't attempt to call the correct number. also failed to ask for the just eat security code.

Driver couldn’t find the address and would ask me to come to him after not wanting to deliver to me

Pizzas we're excellent, will be ordering from here going forward, made in the traditional way, thoroughly enjoyable

Ordered on ubereats where the shop does their own delivery. If you are thinking of ordering don’t bother, they take an hour to deliver you a cold pizza and don’t answer the phone (despite calling 3-4 times)

Was very nice thanks, maybe the calzone was a bit overly greasy but it wasn’t that much of an issue, and the wings were fantastic. Will definitely be ordering again.

We love the variety, but this time the end product quality was awful. They didn't have vegan cheese or a suitable alternative (dairy intolerance), the wrong dip was sent and the pizza base was rock solid and dry.

We love this place! Food is always top notch, hot and fresh, great delivery times. Got a call to apologise for not having the cannoli I'd ordered and they sent extra for the inconvenience! A lovely surprise, very kind.

We ordered gelato rocks but was sent an ice cream tub and pistachio ice cream, called the restaurant to explain and they ignored to reply we are closing soon. Surely you ask before you send random replacements

It’s a nice place and the service is great. The people that work there are kind to young kids and are very welcoming.

First time ordering ,but definitely not the last ! Pizza's were amazing as was dessert . Only one issue the garlic bread we ordered was missing from the delivery :(

Original delivery time. 9:05. Asked for an update and was told 9.20. Asked for another update, guy on the phone was really rude: Driver was on how way and would be 4 minutes apparently. Another 20mins later the food arrived @ 9:45. 1.45hrs for 2 pizzas when I'm less then a mile from the shop is pathetic. They blamed the bad weather for the lateness and didn't refund the money. Pizza was of poor quality for the cost, won't be returning.

The food was so fresh!! Pizzas 10/10. Chicken wings 10/10 and chicken strips 10/10. You won’t be disappointed

Ordered vegan pizza. The cheese on the top was vegan however not on the base.. it was chewy like mozzarella cheese and definitely tasted milky. Very rude person on the phone assured me all is vegan which was a lie. The guy refused to do anything about the issue and continued to argue. Poor service seriously.. if you care about your restaurant then at least try to solve the problem and don’t act like customer is dumb and should eat what’s in front of him.. I will never order anything again from this place and will also advise other people not too.. People have allergies and this restaurant is taking a piss, they don’t care about cross contamination!!!!!!

Delivery was horrendous. Was supposed to come at 6 - got a phone call at 6:15 saying he was here, but was actually outside a pub 5 minutes away. Given multiple instructions and sent location, 20 minutes later was told he was at the shop opposite the pub. The delivery driver couldn’t follow instructions and went to the wrong address in the first place. After 11 phone calls and 55 minutes finally got the good

The pizza is literally own fire. Costumer service is excellent. The place has a vibe and positivity. Especially the manager Umar is an amazing guy and very helpful with our orders. Highly recommend fire away kettring. From pizzas to shakes and chicken wings every thing is really tasty and hot.

Tried it for the first time last night and left myself and my wife with stomach pains. 4.15am at the moment and been up the last 30 minutes. Pizza quality was poor, tasted like a cheap kebab house. Won't be bothering again.

I recently celebrated my birthday here amazing service, everybody was so kind. The food was amazing! The Staff especially were lovely Definitely Will be coming back.

Nothing less than the most exemplary food you can get. Everything is cooked to perfection and with artistry without compare, that they have a business in our little town is baffling, Fireaway punches above the rest without fault. Please never leave our little town!

The food was very good as usual, however someone put the chicken strips in the same bag as the milkshake, and unfortunately most of it was spilled inside the bag to the point where it was leaking.

Hot and fresh when it arrived. I got the Mexican pizza with Parmesan wings 🔥 toppings & chicken were decent quality, come before expected but driver was so polite. The deals are very good. Will definitely be ordering again.

Went out for dinner with a few friends and had a great experience. The minute you walk into this branch it goes to show how much thought has gone into it. They’ve ticked off all the boxes when it comes to hygiene, the kitchen is definitely well planned and maintained. The atmosphere is vibrant and not to mention the quality of the pizza is top notch, they’ve really mastered the art!! All the staff are very friendly and service orientated.

The store is bright and clean, you can see a rotating pizza oven behind the counter. Staff were helpful, food was good. Wish it was less … crispy for a personal taste. Image shows a gluten free garlic and cheese pizza, and one with tandoori chicken chunks and peppers (forgot the name)

DONT GO HERE ME AN A FRIEND TRIED THIS PLACE AND HAD BAD STOMACH PROBLEMS FOR 2 DAYS

Whilst they offer authentic pizza, the portion sizes aren't as big as Pizza Time or Just Pizza. Not value for money.

They forgot a third of the order and there was no way to get a refund without asking for a refund on the whole thing

Absolutely beautiful fresh, authentic pizza, chicken wings & strips are 10/10 the restaurant itself is immaculate, the staff are attentive, helpful and amazing at what they do! Definitely a place to try!

First time here after an initial hiccup the staff went above and beyond to put it right. Brilliant staff. Now for the pizza, hands down the best pizza I’ve had in in 20 years and the last being in menorca The flavour and light Charing from the flame oven was absolutely amazing and just simply the best. The restaurant seating area was immaculate Credit to everyone there absolutely the easiest 10/10 Keep the great standards and I will recommend and remain a customer Thank you all again to the friendly staff
