Order through just eat , food never came and man I spoke to on the phone from the restaraunt told me it's not there problem I didn't receive it and hung up . How rude!! I would think twice ordering from there !!!!

Te food was better overall, it was the last time we ordered from them. The jalapeño & cheese bites are miniature, my Cypriot pizza has only one feta cube on it. It supposed to be a deal but turned in to rip off…

Order here at least once a month as it’s my closest takeaway. Best of the three big pizza places in my opinion. Plenty of toppings and not greasy. Staff are always very pleasant when we collect. Order is always correct and piping hot.

Not only that, the Kettering branch is one of the best Papa Johns in the Northamptonshire and London area, But Jolly is also one of the friendliest people I've ever met.

Took two hours for 1 pizza and turned up stone cold

I have been going to this kettering one for some time now for last couple years and last couple months or so they have sent my order out its no where near the same ingredients they use for there pizza doe anymore and the chicken poppers have changed for a fact no where near the same taste as last ones and they send out horrible sauces instead of the original papa johns garlic sauce and they make up prices as they go along and also never ever spoke to anyone ruder then the man in Kettering store absolutely shocking everyone avoid this kettering papa johns by all means !!!

Do not order from here unless you want the driver to shout at you and the manager to huff and puff at you. Absolutely disgusted with this papa johns in Kettering! This has happened a few times I have definitely learnt my lesson and will also tell others not to order from here to!

My order arrived an hour and 50 minutes early. I requested it for 10:30 and it came at 8:40. I can’t select anything other than 5 minutes early

Still awaiting my refund after them delivering the wrong pizza ordered gluten free butternut squash base) they sent a regular thin crust. then tried to send me out another one which never turned up. So I asked for a refund. To then be told they will send it. I then got hung up on called 2 hours later to ask about my refund which the reply was I’ll call you back in 5 minutes it’s now been half an hour and still no call back!!

I ordered a GLUTEN FREE base (Butternut Squash) and was sent the wrong one, I rang several times for the owner to hang up on me and exclaim that they didn’t understand. I have a gluten allergy and they will not sent me the right one, and it’s not the first time they’ve done this. Avoid at all costs and will be reported further.

Pizza was fine except it had NONE of the additional toppings I'd paid for on it. Trying to report this there is NO WAY to report missing topings. This is patently a RIP OFF designed to bump up the price of the pizza, won't be using these COWBOYS again

Food is good. I'd recommend just ordering from here and taking away. There isn't much seating in here. Only a few bar style seats.

Ordered for collection, got home order was wrong... However upon questioning and calling the store a lovely lady answered well mannered and understanding of my circumstances she got a fresh got one sent out even though we were outside of the delivery radius. Amazing service great recovery from my POV.

But delivery driver said she knocked twice before she didn’t! Got our food though but her attitude stank. She also didn’t use the app to say she had even picked up food and was on her way? But both myself and my girls were looking out the window. Very poor and rude!

I am so so so so annoyed! A train was missed waiting for a pizza and MY ICE CREAM with this deal was never delivered with this order that was an HOUR late!!!!!! The driver was rude and I was told to come to just eats for my money back. So angry.

the garlic pot was spilt everywhere when i got my order all over the box and pizza. was very messy and just ruined the pizza all around.

Simple and tasty pizza. I liked it. Preparation time was also fast.

I expected the food to be better for the price. This is double what you'd pay from many others. Rubbery base with no much toppings. The garlic sauce was too runny.

When food was delivered it was all squashed to one side and was more like an omelette than a pizza. Delivery driver seemed really moody and when I spoke to the restaurant about it they didn’t care

It was originally delivered to the wrong address, I asked for it to be re ordered and delivered again, however it was delivered in 10mins from Kettering to desborough after complaint!! Therefore was not fresh doubtful I would use them again

Order at 8:30, said it’s was due at 9:05-9:25, rang the restaurant at 9:30 said it’s coming. 10 still nothing rang again said she’ll call back. No call back, rang again 10:10 and said they’ve made fresh and it’s coming, didn’t turn up until 10:25 so hour late. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered an extra topping of jalapeño peppers with the additional cost of £1.70, but the pizza arrived without them. Disappointing, otherwise everything else was delicious.

Food was great, delivery time was spot on, only one problem we payed £5.10 for 3 extra toppings and they were not on the pizza, we will definitely be ordering again, but hopefully next time we will get our toppings

I ordered at 16:52 The shop is five minutes drive away. At 17:55 your site told me my feed had arrived IT HAD NOT. I rang the restaurant to see where my order was, To be greeted with a guy that could barely speak any English and seem to have no idea what was going on with my order he told me he would ring me back he never did. My food arrived at 1818, I complained to the delivery who told me that he was trying to ring me which he hadn’t made any attempt to because my phone had been in my hands all time. After settling down to eat my food discovering it was stone cold so I’ve waited over an hour for stone cold pizza that I paid £35 whole I am not happy at all and would like compensation immediately

Pizzas always nice and hot but shame about the service over the phone. Never straight forward as the lady takes other people's orders and enquiries at the same time which is rude and frustrating when having to wait and repeat yourself.

The cheese that you use doesn’t have any taste and pizza as well never will waist my money here

We ordered at 6:00 pm with an estimate delivery between 6:40 to 7:00 pm. At 7:23 pm came around and no delivery I called the restaurant and was told it would be delivered in 15 mins (by 7:38 pm), but my order still hadn't left Papa John's. Still no delivery at 7:50 so I called again. A lady told me that my pizza was on its way and probably stuck in traffic but that she would call the driver and call me back. One minute later the driver called to say the post code I provided took him to the wrong address. I gave him instructions on how to find my address. 10 mins later I received another call from the driver asking for directions so I stayed on the phone as he drove up to my address at 8:15 pm. Then at 8:45 pm the Papa John's store (female employee) called me back to say the driver was "upset" and scold me as if any of this was my fault. She told me I could go directly through them next time and I should give instructions to my house on the JE app. I told her I've ordered Papa John's through the Just Eats app at least 5-6 times and never had an issue with delivery or the driver finding my house. I will NEVER order from this Papa John's again!!!!

Once upon arrival, i was welcomed and they took my order professionally as expected, i walked home and the pizza was freshly made (as i watched through the glass window they provide) Tasted great!

3hours it took for me to even get through to the restraunt, after 26calls! When I finally did they told me they hadn’t started the order but will throw in something for free, this was a £55 order and to make up the 3hours and 45minutes late was give a dairy free ice cream. I’ll repeat that. DAIRY FREE. after all the pizzas and sides and what not have cheese on it. I’m absolutely appalled

Nice pizza each time but wait times are over an hour now, I can get domino's in 30 mins so it's just not worth the wait
