The food we received was amazing our family (2 adults, 8 yearold and 7 yearold) loved our food. The only problems we had was some of the items I ordered and paid for are missing. Because there food is amazing I am guessing they must be very busy? Please still order from here, its really worth it, there garlic pizza bread taste amazing, but the best and most amazing item on the menu is pizza times warm chocolate cookie, they are so soft & gooey nobody can even match them let alone beat them.🍪🥰x

ABOVE and beyond! Ordered online, Denise called me to say I could have a large for the same price of a small! THEN! delivered, I thought an individual was missing, this could have been my mistake! She said she'd bring one back, I said 'don't worry! I'm happy with this. She bloody did though!! Blown away by this service! Oh, and the food is bloody delicious too!!!

I always order the tandoori hot one and today there was hardly any tandoori chicken on my pizza. disappointed.

Generous with the cheese. If your local then collection deals are unbeatable. Went in tonite for a pizza and fries and both were tasty. Feel like fries mitve been double dipped but i dont mind that tbh and pizza was spot on as always. Unbeatable for the price

Today I ordered two medium pizzas and I was terribly disappointed. frozen pizzas from the supermarket are better than these with pizza time I paid 20.99

Generally they are excellent. Pizzas are marvelous, generous with the additional stuff. 3 important things that need their attention, 1. Need to add Halal as an option to attract Muslim customers. 2. Occasionally, the rider can mess it up but obviously not their fault. 3.offer sides as such too, not as apart of deal. Most of the classic sides have 'not available' Infront of them.

Over half hour late, Pizza was flavourless, chips were like cardboard, the free Milkshake and the lovely delivery driver was its only saving grace. I’ve had worse but I’ve also had a lot better from here.

If I had the option to give them 0 stars I would , we have ordered here plenty of times over the last 3 years and over that time have had maybe 4 issues where toppings are missing etc , and instead of be apologetic for there mistakes they have gone to take my order claimed they can't take cash and when I've got money on my card they refuse to take it becouse theyve red flagged my address for the mistakes they've made that we've rang up for , the Scottish lady is soo rude it is unreal obv F,ing the manager who for the record is soo condescending lol screw this place lucky they don't get bricked windows

Went with the "Feast fit for a King" meal deal - 2 of the little sauce containers were melted in the potato wedges I ordered, 1 of them leaked. 1 large pizza seemed lacking in toppings and flavour.. it didn't taste like BBQ at all.. other than that.. it was good. But not great.

What can I say out of the 5 places I called they were the only one to agree to deliver to a lay-by near Corby which is such a great thing for me being a HGV driver. The food was amazing I’m now stuffed. Also the delivery driver is such a lovely person and a gem, thank you for your service is was amazing

First ever time trying from here, pizza nachos and cookies were absolutely lovely! Ordered potato skins but they were a bit undercooked still a little hard other than that the food was honestly lovely, will definitely order again! And thank you for the chocolates too 🙂

Waiting time is absolutely appalling. When you place an order it says 30-45 mins, waited for over an hour and 20 mins before I’ve decided to ring, been told there was a problem with their system but rest assured my pizza was in the making and should be with me very soon, then after another hour of waiting ,made another phone call to ask about the whereabouts of my food and been told they’re just cutting it and will send it over. Never had to wait for over 2 hrs for some pizza. Bit of a joke when it comes to getting it but the pizza is really good!

Lovely fresh pizzas. I love the fact they use 3 types of peppers rather than just green ones. Makes the pizza so colourful and inviting!

Absolutely delighted with my first order from pizza time. Really good communication and customer service, I had ordered a make your own pizza and there was a mix up with one of the ingredients on the site which they called me about straight away to rectify and then kindly upgraded my pizza for the trouble. Not just that but the food was piping hot and tasted wonderful which brought even more of a smile to my face. I would definitely order from here again.

Unfortunately some toppings were missed on one pizza and our coke was left behind but we called up and they sorted everything and gave us those delicious cookies and some ice cream as an apology excellent customer service 😋 thank you:)

I dont usually write reviews, but i am blown away first of all the food, it is always amazing and service is fab. I was especially amazed today because i had ordered something they no longer had, they phoned me and offered an alternative, plus something extra. When my food came the extra item was not there, which was fine. However, I was surprised by a lovely lady who came out of her way and delivered this extra item they had promised me. I did not even phone about it, that was so honest and kind of them. Thank you so much.

Absolutely the words pizza I have ever attempted to eat the pizza was not cheap and there was absolutely no cheese on it it was dry burnt and tasteless how the hell this place is open is beyond me I wouldn’t feed that to prisoners the chips were 2.99 they were clearly the cheapest French fries possible and not even a handful …. Avoid at all costs waste of money

I always get Pizza Time but this time it was AWFUL it was cold and hard. The Cookies wasn’t cooked properly. The Hot Dog Dough Balls were very dry and hard. I am not picky when it comes to ordering but this was horrendous.

My wife's pizza was perfect, mine was dry as a bone,like a re-heated one , over half the topping was burnt.Ate what I could , as was very hungry.Always had great food from Pizza time , I just can't believe they sent this out.

The pizza was very very cheesy I’ve ordered in the past and it hasn’t been that cheesy and greasy unfortunately my kids didn’t eat it! I ordered it especially for them as I was feeling unwell. Luckily they ate the garlic bread.

I had a Texan BBQ pizza, it was disgusting, really bad, the thing is I know Pizza Time can make a decent pizza, so why am I getting sent garbage?

Beware additional charges!!. Ordered the buy 1 get 1 free deal which looked good value at 16.99 until I checked out and they added another 3 quid on for service and delivery charges. Pizza was nice though.

Got a medium chicken supreme and it's lasted me 3 days. Still tasted good even after warming it back up in the microwave. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Ordered to be delivered at 17:40 for a reason and arrived at 17:00. Which meant we had to eat it and stop what we were doing otherwise it would’ve been cold. Food was perfect and order correct!

Don't bother, go somewhere that knows what their doing. Cheap chewy cheeses used. Dry, even over cooked a basic cheese and tomato. If u want to give your jaw a work out and still struggle to swallow the solidified "cheese" then its for u. Tastes like pizza did from a caravan site in the 90s. Always go pizza hut or papa John's, thought I'd try something a bit more local but just wasted 20 quid 🤮
