ISE Food Court in Kettering

Just had a couple of pizzas, spicy wings and onion rings. Was delicious and arrived hot 😀

Cannot order on Uber eats because they’ve got large and small as required fields for kebab, if you try to order a small it needs you to also check the large box.

My colleague recommends me this place and i have tried their Chicken Shish Kebab and lamb Shish kebab which i can say its was so delicious 🤤 you can feel proper Flavours. Definitely Recommended Thanks Guys for your Service

been using here for years but slowly going down hill sometimes food not that hot and tonight waited 2 hours tonight for two kebabs which is ridiculous.

Terrible soggy food delivered roughly 8 minutes drive. Turned up cold and soggy Owner says food is fresh and is a 20 minute drive 🤣 do not recommend

We placed an order at 7:20pm and the food did not arrive until 9:20pm. Whilst I understand it is hot and a lot of people have probably ordered. A 2 hour wait for a relatively small order is ridiculous! What’s worse is when you ring to ask where my food is, you either can’t get through and get sent straight to voicemail or it just rings and no one picks up. The delivery driver was extremely apologetic but it is not his job to apologise for other staff being inadequate. We shall not be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking... ordered food at 8pm for a 9pm delivery. 9 15pm rang them . Apparently they attempted to delivery.. bullxxx. Rang them . Abuse from the owner.. reported to trading standards. Do not go there.

Me and my whole family are regulars for ise food court. They have been great. Food is always tasty and hot. Always nice and understanding. We love their food. Would recommend to anyone. Our favs are the burgers/ chicken and kabab wraps.

Have always ordered from here and never had a problem but tonight my kebab was cold I called them and was really polite for the manager to threaten me and say if I send my food back il never be able to order again and I will be blocked :o never been so shocked in my life

Placed a large order for daughter friends and it arrived on time, pipping hot and delicious. Can’t fault the food or delivery.

All frozen chicken is put in microwave to defrost before cooking .The donor meat is microwaved from the day before to sell again at 5pm very dirty inside . If food goes back to the shop the owner washes it then re-uses it for other orders when u complain about anything the owners are very rude over the phone PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY FOOD FROM THERE

Ordered at 19.23 still waiting for my food at 9 i rang and asked where my order was I rang a hour and half ago and they blatenly called me a liar when I got the call log and time right in front of me!

Your place was recommended to me by a workmate. Great delivery times. I had a doner and lamb shish mixed kebab. My popsie had a regular doner. My lamb shish was burnt. I couldn't eat it. The lamb doner meat was OK but a tad greasy. I may have caught them on a bad night. Thank you but we will continue to use our regular take away

When this was Vicki's pizza, I would go as far to say it was probably the best takeaway pizza in the Kettering area. The pizzas were seriously amazing, their veggi hots, meat feasts etc were fantastic and great value for money. But then it changed to ise food court...and I hate to say it the food just became inedible. The pizzas are now awful and the chips....they have got to be the worst takeaway chips ive ever had. You have to literally drown them in vinegar or ketchup just to eat them. Seriously they are god awful. I live 5 minutes away and the delivery is terrible. After waiting an hour and half for my delivery, I heard a commotion in the street, I looked out my door and saw an old couple full blown shouting at each other. Turns out it were my delivery drivers. Ive ordered from ise around 4 times and each time I say never again and I dont learn my lesson, this time I have. Ive gone back to using Boston diner in Kettering. Their Chicago chicken is amazing.

Friendly service and food has been pretty much perfect, hence this has been a regular choice every now and then.

We have previously had pizzas from Vickys which were lovely. Thought we would try again from Ise Food Court. Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. We're told up to an hour even though we are only 2 minutes away. Pizzas arrived after 55 minutes. They were burnt round the edges, hard and very dry like they had been cooked and reheated which is what I suspect happened. Very disappointing and won't be ordering again

Ordered online for collection, after collecting got home to find several items missing and one item badly overcooked, tried phoning 7 times to get it rectified but unable to get through. This used to be a great little takeaway but standards and customer service has declined terribly, won’t be using again.

Ordered pizza and cheesy chips the other day. Can categorically say it was the worst takeaway I have ever eaten. Pizza was as dry as anything and tasted as if it was reheated. Chips were overcooked. Whole meal was tasteless and had to throw it away! Avoid!

Your service is so bad. We ordered food at 5.39 with a 1hr slot. 2 1/2hrs after the order was placed, the food is still not here! This is the first and the last time I place a £47 order with you. And certainly won’t be recommending you to others! And I pay extra for cheese and there’s none, missing a starter as well! chips are also Luke warm.

Our go to take away, good quality food and very accommodating and friendly staff. Good menu choices for everyone.

Really disappointed, we was told food would be 30-40 mins after 1hr and 15 mins called to chase to be told it’s on way. Food finally arrived cold and the pizza had obviously been thrown around the car as was all squashed up the side of the box and they forget our chips. It cost £19 for a broken calzone and a squashed pizza! Such a shame the standards have dropped so much! Not so much as an apology when chasing food or up on delivery and when we tried to call back to find out what had happened to the chips they didn’t even answer the phone.

Have just received my order from the new look pizza place. Was not disappointed Hot food well seasoned and well cooked. Delivered with a smile and even a phone call to check my order. You can order by phone or online and the choice is huge. Glad I tried this place again and will definitely be using in the future

I’ve eaten at Vicky’s for a long time and always enjoyed the food. NEW OWNERSHIP Well shocking it’s the first ever donor kebab I’ve needed to eat with a spoon, looks like it was cut up with a blender , greasy pita and the shish was .... errrr different, prices have also changed with the new menu along with the delivery costs. You might want to check I hope it’s just a one off I’ll not be giving them the second chance. I do hope your food is better and they learn quickly

Wow... Massive choice of Menu with a 5 out of 5 for value for money. The Pizzas are something else and you can tell the dough is freshly prepared. We were feeding 5 people and ordered 2 large Pizzas (on Mondays buy 1 get 1 free), 3 kebabs, 1 garlic bread pizza and 2 large portions of chips. Total Cost was £29 and it was delivered within 40 minutes with a free bottle of Pepsi. The salad and sauces came separately from the kebabs so you could mix and match exactly what you wanted. Needless to say we couldn't finish it all, so it was Pizza for lunch the next day. Highly recommend to all.
