The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Ordered from here countless times over the years. Today I had their ‘driver’ ring me up giving me attitude, shouting and demanding I go down to collect my pizza! He even threatened to drive off with it. Excuse me? I pay £3.50 for delivery I expect to get delivery. Shocking customer service! Clearly need to recruit some new drivers who can actually do their jobs.

This place was great why did it suddenly permanently close today???????????????

Food awful, service awful! The man behind the counter kept staring at my friend making her uncomfortable. I ordered a cheese garlic bread which is advertised at £8. The man behind the counter was acting strange trying to hide the machine from me and he even said £8 to me before he asked for my card but the sneaky individual actually put £12 in to the machine so I was over charged but only realised once I had returned home. Makes you wonder how many people he over charges on a daily basis! Disgusting!

The app wouldn’t process the order, after trying multiple times with different cards (and payment showing pending on bank accounts) we rang to check if it had gone through or see if we could order over the phone. We were told we couldn’t and to try the app. Manager was very unhelpful.

Deli very man shouter. Why shout? Cery cheap, my children were asleep and he comes in flat yelling. I say dodgy old men should nit work ass deli very driver. Got my food. Pizza frozen like the movie, dont know what they doing. DONT ORDER!! Save your money. This isnt a resturant this is a charity.

Was late and left at reception with no indication it was there. So by the the time of consumption it was cold

So last night 31.9.23 we ordered a crocodile calzone and a few dips etc (they are extremely nice) after an hour the delivery driver rang us and told us he couldn't find our address so he was taking it back to the pizza shop we tried to ring the driver back and the shop numerous times to find out if it was coming or not and had no answer. So today 1.10.23 we've rang them to see if they could try and redeliver it to be told because I have left a bad review on just eat they can't now send us any food. Customer service at its finest there!

Spent a fair bit on a few pizzas on Uber eats never turned up and tried to ring the restaurants they didn’t care and put the phone down on us twice, rude management and poor service

Tracker says delivered when not even close. They're cheating their delivery numbers. I wish I never ordered, even though there was a good deal going on. Going to stick to Papa Johns.

Bar staff just have no idea what’s going on. We went here for an event (otherwise would not have been my choice) £18 for a double vodka with soda water + just tonic water, no alcohol. So either the tonic water was £5 or my double vodka soda was more than £13 (which is my Shoreditch standard). They made my drink with water, not soda and had to make it again. Only Guinness on tap, no other beers - just a strange set up. Would be so easy to make this a decent bar.

El servicio al cliente es pobre, las áreas de mesa no están limpias en absoluto, incluso la máquina de agua estaba dispensando agua turbia que no estaba feliz de dar a mis hijos. El proceso de pedido le hace pagar antes de que cualquier alimento en su mesa solicite una propina de servicio antes de saber lo malo que será el servicio. No se espera una buena cena, pero esta cabaña de pizza está sobreviviendo puramente con su reputación de los años 90. Bastante triste ver lo malo que es hoy en día

You couldn't pay me to eat one. Can proudly say I've never had one in my life. Rating on the company and the vile staff. Noisy, inconsiderate staff. Waking us up at 3-4 am every morning. Some crazy woman screaming and laughing stupidly loud, and some Dominos pizza bloke who shouts his head off constantly. Filthy back entrance, dangerous driving and poor management! Puzza staff urinating against wall (near trays, yuk). Delivery of supplies by a huge Dominos lorry at 3am! Environmental health will be receiving my logs and videos as I go - I have quite a collection.

Used to love dominos but I have no idea what's going on prices for this are near on fancy dining it's so darn expensive now and to top it off they're now rationing sauces I got a large pizza then other day and the sauce pot included got me 2 dunks max before it ran out which is nowhere near enough I then ordered a garlic and herb dip and that never arrived but I was still charged the £2 Meanwhile the CEO raked in billions during COVID I don't understand the deals either as when you consider delivery it adds up to the same price as if their was no deal so many additional charges and surely delivery should come out of the manager no? Anyway pizzas decent but company is getting far to greedy and stop advertising sauces if you aren't gonna deliver them or if you're gonna ration it like that My guess is they're going up to see how much people are willing to pay but I'm done for now won't be using this company anymore I did shopping today nearly 25 items and it was less than a pizza from here
