Ultimate Pizza in Greenwich

Was late and left at reception with no indication it was there. So by the the time of consumption it was cold

Saw the guy just sitting in his bike for 15min doing nothing

The food we received was completely cold and uncooked. The food was in edible.

You forgot the sauce i ordered and the pizza had so much cheese it was sickening to eat.

The pizza was absolutely delicious, so as the side orders. All of the food received was immaculately presented, fresh and smelling heavenly. I regularly order from this restaurant and they never disappoint. Great food, great service and always polite drivers, too. Totally 5*

Order was over an hour and a half late. After the original estimated time had passed the just eat app showed the order as ‘delivered’ so I called the restaurant who said they’re very busy so orders are getting delayed but it would be there very soon. Another half hour later when nothing arrived I enquired on the app and it suddenly changed to a later estimated delivery. The restaurant appears to have fiddled with the app to make it appear like orders had been delivered when they hadn’t, chancing it that the customer wouldn’t complain and they’d get away with it. The revised delivery time was also exceeded. When the food arrived it was cold and really poor quality. I’ll never order from here again and would advise everyone else to not make the same mistake. Terrible food and terrible service.

I have not received my food today

The chicken burger was very tough the chips were cold and soggy. All the food was cold. This has happened to me twice and i will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered two pizzas a meat lover 12 inch and a Hawaiian 12 inch both with stuffed crust the Hawaiian did not have any ham or any pineapple on it.

2 out of 2 last times, the delivery guy told me that the door wasn't opening and I had to go down. I understand that 5th floor can sound scary, but there is a lift in the building.

Nice pizzas! Ordered from here a few times and it always bangs. I tried the stuffed crust last time and felt like there could have been more pepperoni inside the pepperoni stuffed crust for me but my partner enjoyed it so maybe I’m just being a b**** x

The pizza is exactly the right balance for a takeaway pizza - not trying to be gourmet but not really greasy and heavy, and the chocolate fudge cake was surprisingly moist and very tasty. Every time I've ordered here they have got the order right and often delivered earlier than estimated. Great place!

We also called up and asked for garlic dips with the pizza as they always forget and they insured they would remember the dips and give us some extra food arrived late and there was no dips, when we rang up the store to complain he said he would ring back in 2 minutes but never did

Pizza was great but the chicken wings are so gross and pink

Chips that came with order were rock hard and dry, as if they were fried three times. Really not happy. Guy snapped on the phone, “I’ll send you another one”.. Also, chicken wings are dry and tasteless. Delivery time is great though. Don’t expect cheese in stuffed crust to be melted. Very average.

Few issues with the delivery but the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out and the delivery guy was lovely, especially as it.was a filthy night weather wise. Pizza was great and very tasty. These have been our go to guys for pizza for the last year. We've never had a bad pizza and would definitely recommend.

Late night and I have just finished work. My two teenage children are still up and though glad to see me, were looking for food. I placed my order with Deliveroo, as I did try and call the store directly to: 1) see if they were still open and 2) place my order of three chicken burger meals. As I was getting changed I had the screen on the order page to follow the process. I noticed first of all when the driver left the store, he went the wrong way. I thought he must be turning around. But as I watched the driver twice passed my road. I rang the store directly and said I think the driver is heading back to you as he's passed my house now twice. To say that the person who answered the phone was very unhelpful was an understatement. "You need to call him directly, there's nothing I can do, next time order directly with us" 1) Why use Deliveroo if you want direct customers? 2) I would have placed order directly had you of answered your phone. When I finally directed the driver to my house, (Standing in the rain I will add, when I am not supposed to be leaving my house) the driver insisted I do not know where I live. Telling me that this is not (name of my road).. I have lived here 20+ years and never been told that! Food was lukewarm. Burger was ok nothing special and slightly hard around the edges, chips I think must have been reheated a couple of times, they were quite hard. I did not finish them.

Arrived quickly, food was hot, tasted good. Apart from the coleslaw which tasted out of date. They forgot our 8 spicy wings. I called and the woman I sooke to on the phone was very polite and offered me the option of adding to the next order or waiting to get them. We decided to get them 35 minutes later we got 12 bbq wings.

Order a deal with 1.5L drink. First the delivery person forgot it, after I contacted the restaurant they sent me the drink. But it was 1.25L and not 1.5L.

Driver gave my order to the wrong house and they took it lucky for me I was paying cash but still I never got my order.

You didn’t give me my drinks. Not happy.

Not good pizzas. Not cut properly! Had to tear apart. Crust was like biscuits even though it was thin base, should of read reviews first.

Food quality is not very good and didn’t feel the best after eating. Food also arrived late, a regretful purchase.

I ordered a chicken lover pizza and was delivered a ham and pepperoni but after waiting for too long couldn't be bothered with it and throw away the food

Drinks missing, restaurant said they’d get the driver back immediately. After hour nothing so got a refund from just meat. Hour and half later drinks turned up. Food was so greasy the cardboard boxes had split so food was coming out into paper bag around it which was also wet with oil from the chicken.

My order and things missing and restaurant refused to send it , the food tasted old !

Burnt garlic bread and old wings

The chicken dippers and 3 pcs of Chicken were bland however they gave 3 different pieces of chicken which not everyone knows to do. The Pizza wasn't 20 inches and was definitely undercooked and had the stuffed cheese that tastes like dairylea dunkers but all this is subjective taste problems so I've given it five stars.

When my order arrived the fillets were hard and cold. The bun at the bottom was rock hard. Called the restaurant and fair enough he was helpful and apologetic. He happily replaced my burgers. However on the second attempt I asked the driver to please wait while I check the burger, but he just drove off. They were soaking. I don’t know if it was boiled, but now everything was soggy. Fillets tasteless and inedible. I would like a refund for the food please. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from them again due to the quality of food.

Ordered for the first time and they sent the wrong order. They did rectify by sending another smaller pizza but I don't think we would order from them again.

Chicken pieces are still good but chicken fillet burger has dropped its quality and this is the second time.

The food was not what we ordered. Extra toppings were added that my partner cannot eat... Also asked for mayo and was given BBQ instead. New management is stated and advertised but never have any issues with old management.....

Pizza and garlic bread was so soft and delicious.

The food was tasty and I did enjoy it. The only thing I would say is that it could have been cooked a little longer as the pizza was slightly so soggy. When I received the pizza in the box it was all messy and I had to unwrap it. But all good besides that.
