Ultimate Pizza in Greenwich

Late night and I have just finished work. My two teenage children are still up and though glad to see me, were looking for food. I placed my order with Deliveroo, as I did try and call the store directly to: 1) see if they were still open and 2) place my order of three chicken burger meals. As I was getting changed I had the screen on the order page to follow the process. I noticed first of all when the driver left the store, he went the wrong way. I thought he must be turning around. But as I watched the driver twice passed my road. I rang the store directly and said I think the driver is heading back to you as he's passed my house now twice. To say that the person who answered the phone was very unhelpful was an understatement. "You need to call him directly, there's nothing I can do, next time order directly with us"1) Why use Deliveroo if you want direct customers?2) I would have placed order directly had you of answered your phone. When I finally directed the driver to my house, (Standing in the rain I will add, when I am not supposed to be leaving my house) the driver insisted I do not know where I live. Telling me that this is not (name of my road).. I have lived here 20+ years and never been told that!Food was lukewarm. Burger was ok nothing special and slightly hard around the edges, chips I think must have been reheated a couple of times, they were quite hard. I did not finish them.

I never got my food. Do not order from here, I don’t know what else to say, I ordered one pizza and never heard back

Pedí una pizza hace una semana y no estaba a la altura y tuve que tirar la mitad.Ordené nuevamente esta noche, una pizza diferente con alas, papas fritas, pan de ajo y papas fritas. Pensando, podrían haberse equivocado la última vez o el que lo estaba haciendo probablemente tuvo un mal día.Le dio otra oportunidad, y claramente explicando, salsa extra con la comida. La comida llegó en 45 minutos. Olvidé traerme una bebida, por la que pagué en línea, me dijeron "la próxima vez que haga su pedido, se lo deduciremos". Antes de la entrega de mi comida, seguía llamando a la tienda, solo para asegurarme de que traían todo y las cosas correctas ordenadas. A veces se equivocan, la barrera del idioma o se ponen demasiado ocupados.Sin embargo, una vez más, la pizza no era estándar y estaba fría. Ni siquiera comía la mitad, las papas estaban grasosas, el pan de ajo, parecía empapado en aceite. Las alas fritas se veían negras y cocinadas.Yo diría que, cualquiera que esté considerando ordenar desde aquí, buscar en otro lado o dormir con hambre jajaja. No vale la pena, no vale la pena el dinero o el tiempo.Es horrible, manejar un negocio pero no mantener las cosas al menos como estándar.Esto no es personal ni nada sino una opinión honesta.Nunca ordenará de aquí otra vez.

so... i ordered from here on just eat, 11pm the food arrived at 12:20am and 1 hour and 15 mins after placing the order there was no sign of the food. Eventually the driver arrives, doesn't have enough change so i loose out on even more money! Then i come inside open up the bag and the food IS DRIED UP old and OVER FRIED!! I would never eat this nor expect anyone else to eat this. I rang and in replace they had the balls to send a 6slice pizza in replace - FOR TWO PEOPLE and i gave them back that old stale food. do not waste your time or money ordering from here!!I'm starving!!!

ordenados desde aquí solo comer, 1 hora y 15 minutos después de realizar el pedido, no había señales de ningún alimento. Llamamos al lugar directamente varias veces, solo para que el personal nos dijera que el conductor está "a 5 minutos de distancia" cada vez, y que nos cuelgan. ¡Afortunadamente estoy obteniendo un reembolso pero no pierdas tu tiempo ni tu dinero desde aquí! !

可怕的。訂購2個比薩餅，報價40分鐘。打電話給公司的比薩餅在50分鐘內沒有送達。我說話的那個傢伙掛斷了我的電話。回電話後，那個傢伙嘲笑我抱怨，我被告知比薩是別人付錢的，但是另一個在26分鐘內就到了。比薩餅45分鐘後到達，順序錯了，冷了。送貨員給了我們一個可憐的折扣，忽略了我們的抱怨。

Put it like this.. they did not make this with love. Pizza dry, barley any sauce, I'm not sure why I paid for stuff crust because that was horrible. Not even worth the money

Woke up to the delivery on my door step with a text at 4am saying delivered. Cant rate the food because never actually got a chance to eat it.

We ordered the food and we were told that it was meant to be delivered by 2 am, but didn't arrive until past 3 am. We tried to contact the restaurant and they were not picking up our calls. They had the nerve to come to our door at 3:10 with NO apologises for the late service or any explanations as to why the food was late. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!

Very good american style pizza. lots of topping and smothered in tastey cheese. I live 2.5 miles away and delivery is usually 40mins, whatever they quote you is pretty accurate though, and if they're busy they'll admit it and not just leave you hanging.

The food came really late, to the point of me not even wanting it anymore. It was alright when eating it nothing special but not bad. Just can't condone over an hour late food, especially when they just kept saying "5 more minutes" for the entire hour.

it was only on time because it was the delivery time was so extraordinarily long. I've never had to wait nearly as half as long ordering at this time of day in this part of london

asked for no sauce in burger and it turned up with sauce making it inedible

the delivery driver was so rude, he called me with such an attitude and asked me to get the food from him, after I asked him to come up, he said he hadn’t because I left a note saying please don’t use the buzzer (It’s really loud and obnoxious and it was 2am) , so I told him that’s fine I’ll open the door for him. He hang up on me as I was speaking and held the buzzer for 5 seconds, when he got to my door he just handed everything to me without care and walked off, so rude!

Horrible! Soggy chips, dry and tough chicken. Missing drink! Requested mayo in burger and got burger sauce. Called the restaurant to tell them and the guy said let me speak to manager and call you back! Still no call. A will he expecting a full refund!

I asked for BBQ lamb ribs but instead you gave me burnt spicy wings when I don't even eat spice so that was a waste of my money. I would like that £3.99 refunded ! !!!

Ordered a meal, received half of it and it was incorrect.

Rang the restaurant when the food didn't arrive 30 minutes after the expected time and the driver had not even left yet after getting an email saying he left 30minutes before that. Staff were rude and hung up the phone, bad customer service overall, need to Manage their time better, can't report on the food as it still has not arrived!!!!!

food turned up very late and part of the order never tuned up at all ,chicken turned up pink and inedible, rung restaurant 4 times and each time was ignored. never ordering from here again.

I wouldn't usually order from places like this but when your starving at 1am in the morning after a night out and it's the only place that would deliver at that time I went for it. The pizza was nice prefer it than Pizza Hut! Chips were squidgy how I like them. Wasn't keen on the chicken burger, quite tough but was cooked. I would order pizza & chips from here again if I needed to. :)

NEVER AGAIN. first time food was disgusting, only ate the mozzarella sticks. 2nd time food was 50mins late.. chicken burger cold and pinker than a 6 year old girls bedroom. if u have the option to order from else where, I would strong recommend doing so. what a joke. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but Jesus wept this was bad.

Do not order from this place, ordered at 2:18 they accepted and added 25 mins. Due to arrive at 3:30 but never turned up. And they're now closed. Luckily I was paying by cash🙄

Did not deliver all the food that was ordered but still charged for it. Delivery was very late. Driver had confirmed the delivery around the estimated delivery time but food had not arrived causing confusion which led to more food being ordered from another restaurant. Food then arrived half an hour later, creating more hassle in the form of cancelling the new order. Would not recommend

Forgot to deliver drinks with my order, and 1 hour after I ordered called me to say they didn't have one item I ordered.

Terrible service pizza was disgusting only consolation was the hot wings and the can of coke and I won't even bother talk about the garlic bread, 1,000,000 sure I won't be ordering from there again

glad i didn't pay by card this time food never arrived at all and it shows delivered!!! well i ordered very late but if they knew they wouldn't come they shouldn't accept order or answer calls to say it's coming! 2hours of waiting i ended up asleep! just glad i didn't pay by card!!!!

I'm not being funny for you guys to be late and still delivery the worst food I've ever paid for, you still didn't listen to ring me when you was outside and woke up my whole family, and your delivery driver didn't even care that he did. if I was you this isn't even the last option to take.

can't knock em ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with chicken dippers at 1 in the morning it turned up at 2, food was hot the pizza tasted nice they didn't hold back on the toppings or cheese & the chicken deepest tasted fresh & that's rare when ordering food that late, well worth the money.

Terrible never again. Got order wrong didn't bother to sort it out. Driver told me that I hadn't ordered a drink while looking at the receipt where it clearly said what drink I ordered. Ridiculous. Don't bother waste your time.

Basically spent £10 for potato skins cos that's all that was edible. Chicken was rock hard and dry.

Order was extremely late & when arrived it was very cold and food was hard! Absolutely disgusting food, had no flavour!! Ergh!!!!

The order was not correct, and whats worse is my boyfriend said the chicken didn't taste right, and 15 mins after stopping eating it he threw it all up. I don't know what the cI would like a refund please.onditions it was cooked in was like or if it was out of date but I am disgusted and will not be eating ever again from this restaurant or from just eat.

Ordered a selection of desserts which came in no time. Tasted delicious and the driver let me off a few pennies as I didn't have the correct change. Would 100% be ordering from here again! Excellent service. Quality and value for money. Thank you ultimate pizza :)

Food tasted very good and for an amazing price! Delivery was a bit later than what they said and they gave me a Coke instead lf fanta without realising... I recommend this place though as the food is so good for a good price

Ordered deep pan it was thin. Garlic bread was like a rock. Took over an hour to deliver and when tried to contact they didn't answer their phone. Disappointed.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and have not received my order. Very disappointed! I tried calling before closing time, it rang no answer. After 4am the line was busy! Disgusting service!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this restaurant. I waited an hour and a half only to check the progress of my order and to see it said delivered. When I attempted to call the restaurant it was closed. I am now out of pocket for the total of the order and left withNOFOOD! I will be taking my complaint further

The waiting time was an hour and by the time the food arrived the garlic bread was cold and didn't even taste like garlic. The chips were also cold.

Firstly my delivery time was for 12:20am and it got pushed back to 12:30 which was fine but when it got to 12:45 I rang the restaurant to ask where my food was and got hung up on. I checked just eat to get their number to call again and the status said my food had been delivered so I rang them again and after 15mins of being put on hold the person told me it had been delivered to another address and asked me to wait another 30mins for them to send me the order. I then waited 45mins for the rider to show up and was handed the food without even apologising for the wait.

Very upset with my order as it's the second time I've ordered from here and requested half and half of jalapeños and black olives and have received a pizza which I cannot eat as the request has been ignored regardless of the large capitals written all over my order receipt

Pizza base was soggy with the actual pizza being extremely salty. The hot wings were bland, breading was soft and chicken was pink. Requested ketchup and mayonnaise, which is pretty standard for an order of £14 (instead of paying an extra 60p for two small tubs of dip) and received neither. I wouldn't have minded if they had called me and made me aware that they would be unable to provide it as I would have paid the 60p for the sauces, but I was not alerted. Left with ten unseasoned wings and a box of dry chips with no dip. The slice of fudge cake I received was also stale. Terrible value for money.

Sent out the wrong pizza and received no dips that I paid for. Very disappointed.

First of all they forgot my bottle of coke, then the food was luke warm and the desserts were frozen, restaraint refused to compensate me and Just Eat only offered me a £5 voucher which then they disconnected the chat!

- The delivery was late - When calling the restaurant they were brusk & I had to call the twice to chase up my order. Which ended up 25 minutes late. - My expectations were low regarding food quality & I was still disappointed. With so much competition around, how can a business be so slack? 2/10

Delivery driver was rude when trying 2 tell him he was in the wrong block he spoke over me telling me your not opening your door wouldn't listen to me when I was saying how 2 get in my block the right way when I phoned up 2 make a complaint I got fobbed off not happy with this service and the way I was spoken too never had this before
