Grill And Chill in Leeds

So last night 31.9.23 we ordered a crocodile calzone and a few dips etc (they are extremely nice) after an hour the delivery driver rang us and told us he couldn't find our address so he was taking it back to the pizza shop we tried to ring the driver back and the shop numerous times to find out if it was coming or not and had no answer. So today 1.10.23 we've rang them to see if they could try and redeliver it to be told because I have left a bad review on just eat they can't now send us any food. Customer service at its finest there!

the worst service we have ever received, infact we didn’t even revive a service as they took our money no food arrived within 3 hours and nobody is picking up the phone this business is a fraud

If I could give a 0 I would. When my order came I was missing my mushroom bhajis, I phone them and they said would get it out to me, 20 minutes later still not here so phone again and was told 10 minutes. Over 1 hour later still no food, tried phoning on lots of occasions and they wouldn’t pick up. Will not be ordering again.

They would not give me my money back as he said I have cake he expected me to have cake and said he would not replace the food I’m the box

Nice food but needs to be a bit better and hotter not as spicey but hotter not warm

Poppadoms were very salty and the mixed grill had way too much donner and was very bland ot tasted like it had been boiled along with the chicken and seekh kebab! Food is all in the bin not happy at all!

I don’t think any mushrooms were in the mushroom bhajis at all. Both those and the onion bhajis were very dry, hard and burnt

Chicken tasted bit funny like it was packet chicken or reheated. Hard to say but not very enjoyable. But the wedges were gorgeous. Everyone else enjoyed theirs though. Charged £2 for delivery but no collection available. I only live up the rd. So I was a bit gutted as my 10% code was useless once they added delivery charge.

Ordered a set meal for 2 for £12.50 and enjoyed every minute of it ...we had chicken organ Josh with boiled rice chapatis onion bhajis and samosas.

Food not good this time. We all felt a little unwell.

Food is on point from here ordered a few times and been lovely each time will be using again

meat was too salty, the so called salad consisted of onion and cabbage, wedges were soggy and I've not received the extra chilli sauce I paid for!!!

This is the second time I ordered from them. The food looked amazing but was definitely over salted. It would have been the best jafrezi I’ve ever had but I couldn’t eat it :) next time I will order in the house so I can try it before I pay.

Burger was slightly burnt and chips was cold and dry and but other than that everything was good

I gave the rating based on the food I received that was correct. Sadly this is not the first time I have had an issue with Grill and Chill sending the wrong item. In this case the Fandango burger (Go Wild) instead of the (Stay Mild) version was send. Called the restaurant who sent a replacement straight away. Good service. When the replacement burger was sent it was one with egg and bbq sauce, again the wrong burger. I contacted the restaurant again and then had to contact just eat for a refund. Pizza and garlic bread was nice, though a little cooler than I would have liked.

Ordeno regularmente desde aquí, así que no estoy seguro si el lugar ha cambiado de manos pero la calidad de la comida ha disminuido mucho. Regularmente recibo la envoltura caribeña del Caribe y ahora ni siquiera puedo comerla porque ¡la salsa de Jerk es WAY TO HOT AND SPICY! Es como un vindaloo! ¡Ya no está en papel para envolver y en papel de aluminio! La porción de pollo se ha reducido a la mitad. La mayonesa no existe y la lechuga parece tener una semana de antigüedad. ¡Incluso los batidos se han convertido en leche con sabor! O eso o se han dejado sentados por un rato. Las papas fritas estaban viejas, frías y lo único sub-decente eran las hamburguesas de los niños, e incluso así no pude abrirlas para poner ketchup debido a la salsa. Muy decepcionado. Aunque el personal es lo suficientemente amable, no creo que vuelva a ordenar aquí, me temo.

Half my order diddnt turn up. We asked the delivery guy where it was he told us we did f order it and do take it up with the shop. The food that did turn up was cold. Called the shop was told they were sorry and they would Segway if out asap. Waited over an hour still hasn't come. Absolute joke wont order again

Asked for plenty of sauce on wings because sometimes certain takeaways leave them dry! And are tight with sauce, but when these came they were just how I asked and they were amazing and loved the onion rings , only downfall was we only got 3 onion rings and then randomly got 3 chicken nuggets but hey ho !! 🤗

Kebab meat looked a funny colour and smelt funny, so that got thrown away. Ordered a chicken strips kid meal the chicken was fatty. Cans of pop didn’t come with are food had to ring up and ask where they was. Was a waste of money won’t be ordering from there again.

FABULOUS curry. Alot of places use a horrid curry gravy & just chuck cooked meat in. This however was tasty, really good flavours. Would personally want to see takeaways charge more for curries & up their quality. Well done.

Pizza came luke warm as opposed to hot. Wings were fab!! Pepsi (can't stand) not coke, but overall.good.

The restaurant replaced the meal after it arrived cold. The drink was forgotten on the first order delivered too.

The worst take away I had !!! Mozzarella/jalapeno stick where over fried tasted old and fried again to be warm... pizza extremely greasy, worst burgers we had , no taste in old hard bun I’m not person to waste food , but everything end up in a bin ... would never order again from there

Kebabs from here are very good ,fresh salad very well prepared . 10 out of 10

The chicken tasted a bit odd and not very nice, spicy chips were just plain chips and the pitta bread didn't fit the chicken in. Shame as it looked so nice.

I dont leave reviews very often, but this is the worst takeaway I've ever seen. Took 2 hours to bring me cold food and hardly 7.50 of kebab!!! Absolutely shocking!!!

Primero hablemos de curry. Hacen un curry muy bueno, pero en ocasiones debido a los tiempos de entrega no siempre es tan cálido como se espera cuando llega. Si recolectas tu pedido, estarás contento con el producto, es un muy buen curry. Ahora pizza. Bueno, para dejar de avergonzar a su curry, que por lo demás es bueno, debe ser una base de pizza nueva o sacarse del menú. Si quisiera una pizza encima de un supermercado de pan, habría ido a Morrisons e hice la mía.

Food quality was -10. Ordered two chicken quarters and one of them was standard size and the other just a dry tiny leg. Took nearly 1hour to arrive at 12 noon when the place had just opened. Poor quality service. Won’t order again from here...

The driver couldn't be bother to go up to the 1st floor, every other restaurant the drivers do. Was the 1st and last time I ordered from this place. food was alright nothing to complain other than the curry was spilled all over the other bags with food.

Got a takeaway which was delivered in 25 mins. Chips were slightly cold on arrival and the burger was quite salty but the prices do reflect the lower quality food. Would eat from here again but it’s nothing special

Although good food i ordered 2 childrens meals chicken burgers.and a pizza.the food was great all except the childrens CHILDRENS burgers were coated in the spiciest stuff i have ever tasted my 4 year old nearly choked!!

I ordered short crust and got deep pan pizza, said no to chillie sauce and it was put on and the food was only just warm. Was very nice tasting food once warmed up. Shame about the attention to detail with the order.

Don't cater to allergies even when told about them. Only excuse they gave was mayo is standard on a chicken burger.

Asked for pizza without onions, which is a simple instruction. Obviously, the pizza arrived with onions on it so I couldn’t eat it. Will be looking for a refund.

Le dije que no estaba allí, ya que no puedo ver al donner invisible. mintiendo luego entregó los artículos faltantes mal servicio al cliente nunca más

The kebab had hardly any meat I paid 4.90 for grilled donner said it came with fries and drink but didn’t get it or the drink plus the food was cold

Great food but again another dish delivered than ordered.

I ordered a tortilla wrap with bbq chicken. It tasted ok but there was so much filling and sauce that it was impossible to eat and was really messy...the delivery driver was really friendly and it came early

Food arrived cold and over an hour after we ordered. Replacement took another hour to arrive and portions were less than half the size of the original. Customer service is appalling!!! Will not order from them again!! I don’t recommend anyone does!!

Nice food, shame the delivery driver had no manners and parked on my actual driveway & on my grass instead of at the bottom of the drive. Not great........

Ordered 18:10, 19:55 still not delivered, called repeatedly to be told it is 10 minutes away. Don't know what the food is like because it hasn't shown up

They never get your order right and food not worth it i wouldnt reccomend the takeaway at all as waste of money

Total ridiculous we ordered at 22.00 and they missed the milkshake .after 40 minutes and serval phone calls . We finally got a melted poor quality milkshake . This is our first and last order they must be really business if they can afford to loose customer like this . Also they decided to argue that we had the milkshake already . What a shame we have just moved to the area and order a takeaway 3 times per week .

Chips were cold rest was warm but could have been warmer

Disappointed with my food order this time, the chicken platter was off and smelly. The chicken was not fresh very dry and uneatable. No salad was given. Phoned takeaway and told them, another chicken was sent still no salad. Had to wait over and hour and half and by that time other food went cold waiting and I had to reheat. I would give zero stars for this.
