Chicago Pizza in City of London, Westminster

Spent a fair bit on a few pizzas on Uber eats never turned up and tried to ring the restaurants they didn’t care and put the phone down on us twice, rude management and poor service

Hicimos un pedido de una pizza vegetariana y tenía pepperoni debajo del queso. A uno de nosotros se le prohíbe comer cerdo y ella, literalmente, mordió el pepperoni. Después de relacionar esto con Sayed (el gerente), prometió enviar otro de inmediato. Nunca vino Le devolvimos la llamada y él negó haberlo prometido. Él insistió en que enviaría otro CON NUESTRO PRÓXIMO PEDIDO. Como esto no nos tranquilizó, nos pidió que devolviéramos la pizza para intercambiarla. Esto no se resolvió.

Llegamos tarde a nuestro hotel, sobre las 23h, y la recepcionista nos dijo que no encontraríamos nada abierto para cenar. Nos dijo que ella podía llamar a esta pizzería y nos traerían la pizza. Un precio MUY caro para una pizza MUY pequeña. Y además, tardaron bastante en traerla... Nada recomendable. Estoy segura que hay opciones mucho mejores en Deliveroo y similares.

The pizza was nice but the chicken wings were cold and garlic bread very oily and soggy

It said medium but it looked really small - other than that it was delicious.

The pizza was alright however the delivery driver gave me the wrong cooldrink and side order despite me telling him which sides I was supposed to receive. If I hadn’t informed him about the chicken wings and garlic bread, he would’ve delivered only the pizza and driven off. I paid almost £14 for the meal deal but only one of the four items was delivered correctly. A refund would be nice but unlikely, so I doubt I’ll be purchasing again.

The wings was dry and burnt the chips was undercooked and the feta tasted like it was gone off my order was not correct it was wrong I will never order from this place again very disappointed no care in the food

Absolutely horrendous. The chicken pasta smelled rancid and had clearly gone off. I had to throw the whole thing away. £8 wasted!

BUrger was hard and inedible, cheesy fries looked like they'd come out a tub of lard, food was not satisfactory threw it all away within 5 minutes

Rip off for small pizza which they claim are medium size! 16 for 2 small pizzas as if it was a great deal...does not list the pizza size in inches, so one would presume medium is not small as other companies sizing policy. RIpping off decent British people!

CHICKEN DONNER KEBAB HAS GOT UNUSUAL COLOR AS ALWAYS I ORDER THIS KEBAB COMES IN WHITE ,I AM NOT SURE WHICH COLOR THEY HAVE ADDED TO IT. Chicken salad was topped with Chicken Donner but in menu it says Grilled Chicken .it is unusual.

I paid extra for a topping that was not there. The delivery guy,although prompt, didn't bother to read the instructions of do not ring bell as baby is asleep! The food was good though!

When I ordered the food just eat said it would take 40 minutes, it ended up taking an hour and a half. When I called Chicago pizza the man said it would be 10 minutes but it took another 30 minutes. He wasn't apologetic he just said our driver has broken down it will be 10 minutes. And when the food finally arrived, it was cold!

Absolutly rubbish pizza, cold and was sliced by someone that didn't care, there was not even one triangle pizza slice, just squares and rectangles various shapes. Order two portion of potatoes wedges but only got one. Bottle of coke was hot.

Don't know what the food was like- went to collect at stated time and the place was shut. Get an aggressive phone call an hour later asking where I am as the food is ready. Ended up arguing and being hung up on because my food was ready an hour later.

These fellas never seem to get any order correctly... I paid for additional pineapple on the pizza (you ain't the first one to judge me, and you won't be the last!), but none showed up. The delivery, although the extremely late in the night, took an asston longer than they advised, and then when the guy finally showed up, I had the most inhuman interaction I've ever felt before. I was nought but smiles, and the fella didn't even loon me in the eye once... Given, it was dirt in the morning, but still... You look people in the eye... right?
