The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Waited over an hour for my food, when I went to collect, order said "9minutes" after the 9 minutes had passed my name had come off the board, so I tried to request my order. After several people were waiting 15+ minutes and not a single person coming to serve or greet them, they had left. I had requested how long my order would be and got ignored (at this point 25 minutes since I ordered). After 1 hour and 10 minutes since my initial order I had again raised my concern to a worker where my order was and was told a few more minutes. When they finally gave me my order, it had been one that was sat on the side for 20 minutes (even though I had chased for mine multiple times) and once looked, toppings were missing off of pizzas, pizzas weren't cut and we're stone cold refused to acknowledge their errors. Would not recommend.

Absolutely insane customer service with no response at all when I called after an hour of my order for 12 times and they didn’t even answer. Had to cancel which means 1 hour of wait time was wasted!!!

Used to be great pizza, the last one I had was disgusting. Wet and soggy and almost no cheese or peppers. No wonder it's closed down.

I was served by Hama and Sully they provided a good service, they was polite and patient as I had a large order. Definitely one of the better dominoes I’ve been to

Was delivered pizzas that had been dropped and crushed. Called to complain and was offered two free replacements. Tried to reorder a week later and got absolute nonsense, asked to call back the next day because the manager wasn’t in?! Was told we’d be called back in 30 minutes. We weren’t so chased. Was told we’d be called in a minute, we never were. Appalling.

Avoid this place, under new owners, don’t speak clearly, told 20 mins, got there, hand t even started the order, I won’t be back !

You can only order, the food is good

Pizza was amazing and the cashier was awesome.

Ordered online tonight for me and a friend, for delivery. Website was easy to use and order came within half an hour, so very quick delivery and food came nice and hot. However, the quality of the food wasn't great for the price. Toppings on the pizzas were very lacking, and the dough on our side and dessert was either very undercooked or missing an ingredient that gave it zero rise or fluffiness. It was like eating something that had not risen and then sat out for a while. Real shame, as had high hopes for a cheeky takeaway treat, but yeah, had a bite or two and couldn't eat much more of the chicken side and oreo dessert. Wouldn't order again. Not the best experience or taste. However, delivery driver was polite and delivery was speedy, pizza fine, but sides were awful.

Consistant quality

£17 for a pizza, may aswell have put dog food on a slice of bread.

New woman at the till is useless. She can't understand a simple order. Gave me the wrong order 3 times. Wouldn't recommend

Horrible food and they hung up on me and my friends 3 times for no reason like we are literally 17 and 18 and they hung up on us when we were trying to place an order….like it’s probably because me and my mates are black…racist!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolute idiot delivery driver delivered my pizza 10 minutes away to the wrong location. Had to go and meet him, walk back to my hotel and eat a freezing cold pizza. Never had such a useless terrible fast food delivery.

07/11/2024- An update to the review I left whilst the previous owners were “managing” the franchise… Having seen the latest review following the change of ownership, I thought would give this place another chance.. The difference is night and day. Food was excellent, delivery was super quick and the delivery driver was absolutely lovely. Huge props to these guys for turning the place around.. and it means I finally am able to get Pizza delivered to our door in Wolverley from one of the big chains… Well done Papa John People.. wishing you every success in the new venture and long may it continue. Previous review in 2022 is here: If I could give zero stars, I would. Service appalling, food very late, cold and tasteless and with a side order of continual utter nonsense and lies from the person in the shop and the delivery driver about what on earth they were doing that took them so long to find our house. The same house that absolutely no one has had a problem finding, ever. There are far better places in Kidderminster to get pizza. Do not waste your money and use these jokers.
