Pizza Go Go in Reading

I ordered a dinner for my children.It took them 2 hours to deliver our food after payment.I called after one hour asking about the order.The person on the phone confirmed it will arrive after 20 minutes.but nope, it arrived one hour after the call.The food arrived cold after my kids had snacks .Very disappointed .The first and last time I’m ordering a go go !

Terrible pizza! Terrible service! And rude unhelpful staff. I ordered a pizza and garlic bread duo. When I opened the pizza box it looked like it had been dropped on the floor toppings first! All the toppings had come off and the pizza was spilt in three! It was inedible. I called to tell them and they said they would send another. 40 minutes later still no pizza so rang them then they accuse me of lying saying nobody said they would send another and that if I wanted a refund I needed to complain online! Disgusting never seem anything like it in my life.

Collected 2 large pizzas got home both burnt and dried up. Older gent put them back in longer hence cremated thanx

I ordered a pizza and pasta dish. The pasta was awful. I had one bite. I had 2 slices of pizza. The base was not cooked properly and tastless. They put toppings on there that shouldn't have been there. The chicken was rock hard in the pasta. It had been reheated god knows how many times I asked for a refund and for them to collect my food. The man asked why. I said the quality of the food was awful and not worth the money. To cut a long story short he said the pasta comes in frozen, prepacked. I said if it said that on the website I wouldn't have brought it. The pasta has been reheated. The man refused to collect my food and give me a refund. Customer service skills as well were appalling.

Regularmente uso pizza gogo, está cerca, así que siempre voy a coleccionar, pero en comparación con los grandes tipos de pizza. Este lugar sabe 100 veces mejor y nunca decepciona. Además, el precio es excelente!

Firstly sent me wrong order (was an online order), they put jalapeños not green chillies and no garlic source which I paid extra for originally. So they offered to replace after I refused to just remove topping myself. The chap was rude and advised me that I had to return original. Fair play. The delivery driver knocked 45mins later, gave it the large with a lot of attitude and gave me my correct order. Then I opened it, one fruit fly and deliberate clusters and clusters of green chilli. See pics. Lads hope this isn't a a franchise as you know word gets around easily and plenty nice places around. For getting my order wrong in the first place I get the token punishment of harassment and CLUSTERS OF CHILLIES ...so not the 90's gents. We have the internet!

Ordered £35 worth of order today, it was late so I phoned to ask where it was. Got told that it had left. Also told that I had left a wrong phone number when I ordered (my mistake). Was promptly told that if I leave a wrong number again they will not deliver my food rather rudely. Will never use again. AVOID!

Came quick! It was piping hot and really tasty pizzas I will definitely order again. And will recommend. Think we've found our new pizza place
