Food sat in ‘quality control’ for half an hour before going out for delivery so was cold on arrival, pizza was also undercooked. When I tried to call to complain there was no answer, after 20 mins of back to back calls I gave up and had to drive to the store to complain and get a refund. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t really see what had happened as an issue, said they don’t answer the phones at the moment because they’re short staffed.

Ordered pizza with 60 min waiting for delivery. After 50 minutes tried calling them to check the status but couldn’t get through. Had to drive myself there to find out they haven’t even started. Been 15 min and I’m still waiting while writing this review 🤬

Really great Pizza! Order was correct and easy to do online. Very good price for two large Pizzas and garlic bread. Best Pizza I have had for a long time. Pizza was perfectly cooked, hot and arrived fast. Thank you ! Recommend and will use again soon!

lovely pizzas,been crook once with a dodgy one from there and tonight had a bad experience ordering at 7;37 and getting pizza at 9;10 and it was barely warm ,was only a margharita !,spoke manager who hung up on me so phoned him back .he said id only been waiting little time obviously not realising it was the hour before ,i ordered.he said he cd deliver another and take that one back which wasnt acceptable to me as id have to wait all bloody night,he wdnt give me a refund or future discount unless he cd collect the cold pizza untouched later on????!!!!! avoid this place...shame as papa johns are tasteless in comparison

Food was late and cold!! My nachos were cold and soggy, could not eat them! Waste of money! Won’t be ordering again anytime soon!

Went to dominoes pizza yesterday and was served by Callum who was very helpful and friendly and good at his job

the worst customer service i have ever experienced, i collected my pizza from peacehaven even though i live in another town (as where i live the pizzas are horrible) When i got home i have found they had put the wrong pizza in the wrong box!! I called the store and they were no help at all, i contacted Seaford dominos who are the next closed store to me to see if they could make the pizza i had paid for, they as well where no help what so ever so i spoke to the manager, they told me to travel back to peacehaven to get my refund to then travel back to seaford for them to make the pizza i had asked for (what a joke). After calling peacehaven six time to try and sort out the problem i asked for them to refund me onto my card as i was not going to travel all that way for the cash or even a cold pizza they had told me was sitting in there kitchen!! They told me they could not refund me and i have to contact the head of company to get a refund but wont be straight away!!!! So i have ended up with no pizza and no refund..... thank you dominos for the wasted night. Avoid dominos if you can its more trouble than its worth!!

Ordered a few times from seaford and never had a problem, so tried peacehaven. Pizza arrived promptly but was caked in tomato sauce, and so greasy that the grease had leaked through the bottom of the box. Me & my partner had one slice each but it tasted disgusting. We called for a refund, pizza was collected & we were told we would receive a refund within 2 days. We were then called hours later and told they wouldn't refund it but they'd give us £8 voucher for only peacehaven (if we travelled to collect it) because we had eaten 3 slices and half was missing (it was 2 slices and less than a quarter of the pizza) and that "there is nothing wrong with the pizza" and "its only oily because of the pepperoni" (we have ordered pepperoni several times from seaford dominos and never had any problems). The manager argued with us and was rude, and their complaints procedure is a joke. Dont expect a refund or replacement if your food is inedible.
