The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I ordered a tandoori hot yesterday but it didn't have any chicken tandoori pieces. I was so hungry that I didn't realise until my last 3 pieces, when my wife asked me about it. I was a regular customer but I think pizza express will always be my choice instead of this from now on.

Pizzas are hot and the veggies and nice and fresh. Staff are friendly and always very helpful with the big orders we do for family gatherings.

The staff was unfriendly They speak Bangladesh languages and using bad worst even ordering with my family and kids using this kind of language food was not well prepared

I should have checked previuos reviews before ordering. Order placed 8.12pm !st Dec received 9.40pm!! Phoned 5 calls back and forth regarding delay. App showed pizza and sides out of oven and quality check, after that waiting long time. Phoned and they said its coming another 20 mins. Phones back and someone with broken english said oven was broken down which i questioned him that app said food was out for quality check half hour ago to which he said something i couldnt understand. Got message from uber also to track. When i messaged them that i had not received, they message back that they did not know who I was? Then i got random messages/prank 'Im eating your pizza' it's delicious' 'i'm hungry'. I phoned shop and told them about these messages but they could not explain. I offered to collect the pizza, then they phoned back and told me the pizza has been accepted by uber. The whole experience left me shocked and bewildered!! . The shop did however compensate by sending an exra side and a small drink but can someone help me with this!!... never experieced this before???

Food was not cooked properly. Not fit for human consumption to be honest. Absolutely 9 out of a trillion. That photo is after the food was put back in the oven.

Got a pizza the other night and it was disgusting took 1 bite and spat it out

What is going on with this place. Used to be the best I the area but just went in and charged £3 more than advertised and when questioned the menu in shop he said prices have gone up? Then update your menu please. Refund given after argument but just not acceptable

My pizza was damaged and all over the box when it came. The toppings came over and stuck all over the box so I had to throw the box away

I checked the Just Eat website to see the stairs of my food an hour after I made the order. It said that it had been delivered. I phoned Papa John's and they told me that the pizza was coming out of the oven just then. I mentioned the status update on Just Eat but they didn't reply. My food arrived an hour and a half after. I felt the service was very poor. No explanation and no apology.

Meat feast pizza with added green chillies is the way to go! Pizzas are the best we’ve had. Very nice food and always on time with deliveries, will order again☺️

Orderd chinos to my house they said it would be here at 11:30 latest was 12:00 it came cold and it took an hour for it to even come i tried to ring the restaurant many times it went straight to voicemail

A lot of bad reviews here, but fancied a papa John's Orderd online from the papa John's website Said on the tracking the order was made waiting to leave for 20min so I called the store they use uber drivers so the pizza just sits there sweating and going cold, as anyways the pizza arrived after 1 hour, stone cold stale amd had a horrible smell the Delivery driver didn't even have the pizza in a thermal bag Do not use this restaurant You will be wasting your money, I tried mu luck and can confirm all the bad reviews, the place needs shuting down someone will end up Seriously ill with food poisoning Contacted the store for a refund, Only to be told that I would have to wait over a week As they have to put a claim just seems like a way to get you off the phone With no pacific outcome
