Pizza Hut in Southampton

¡Me encanta cada vez! Casi todos los meses voy allí para recoger grandes pedidos para los informes del equipo de nuestra empresa. Ayer, para la cena de Navidad en la empresa, otra vez. Porque soy yo quien se encarga de las órdenes puedo decir que cada vez que iba allí, salía feliz. El pedido está listo a tiempo. Esto es importante porque no quiero estar esperando pero odio la pizza fría. Por otra parte, siempre consigue un regalo, incluso cuando el pedido es más pequeño, que acompañado de una sonrisa, se siente bien todo el tiempo. Tengo que decir que tienden a colocar salsas en las cajas pero entiendo que son un montón de cajas y todavía merecen 5 estrellas porque solo necesito pedir y recibir una bolsa llena de ellas =)

Pizza increíble, servicio increíble! Gema escondida. La pizza fue cocinada a la perfección, con el equilibrio perfecto de corteza crujiente y sabrosas coberturas. El personal era absolutamente fantástico servidores - amable, atento, y fue más allá para hacer nuestra experiencia inolvidable. ¡No puedo esperar a volver! 🍕🌟

Siempre cogemos nuestra pizza desde aquí - vamos más lejos para ir a la rama de bitterne ya que siempre saben mucho mejor y siempre son frescos, calientes y sabrosos con una buena cantidad de queso.

ordered a couple of pizzas for lunch from their site delievered on time, no problems- could be hotter on arrival though I had a farmhouse which went down well, maybe we were hungry but they dissapeared quick. Honesly seems pretty close to how I rmember it from years ago. Not bad at all. bit pricey for what it is really but I guess thats how it is these days

It's great to see pizza hut finally doing gluten free pizza, and that it taste good. What's not good is the size. It says medium, but just because something has been made rectangular doesn't mean you can't see that if it was a circle it would be a small! So my question is how come Papa John's can make a medium that's actually a medium and you guys can't?!

Ordered online for delivery. Shop called to say they had no nachos in stock, and offered garlic bead or wedges instead. Well wedges no one really likes the wedges anyway, so garlic bread, and they added cheese. Mmmhmm, added cheese, like 6 or 7 little individual scrappings out the bag. Garlic bread was dry and wasn't touched! Then we come to the pizza. How do make a pizza base that's the same consistency and flavour as the box it's in. The topping looked liked they'd let the kid on work experience have a go, without knowing his he's sort sighted, and is just hoping what he picks up makes it to base. Then they've pushed it into the over so hard it's gone almost half way through so it's not cook properly. After this they've they've clearly thought why put effort in now, so lightly past the knife over the, not so melted cheese, so it doesn't go all the way through and popped it in the box. Only saving grace was the hot hot daddy that delivered it. So like the title says never order from here. Wish I didn't have to live a dot to save thus, because they don't deserve it!!!!

This review is about the new ‘Nacho Cheese Stuff Crust’Stay away, we haven’t had a Pizza Hut for a while and after seeing the new Fiesta Menu wanted to try the new stuffed Crust. It is disgusting. Cheap, nasty, plastic Cheese. Nothing like what you would get on nachos, with a rubber/plastic texture. Even when dipping the crust in a sauce to cover up the taste still couldn’t eat it. STAY AWAY.

Pedimos el almuerzo a las 11.30 am y el sitio web dijo que lo entregarían a las 12 pm, perfecto para nuestro almuerzo. A las 12:30 llamamos a la sucursal que no se disculpó, pero nos dijo que el conductor estaba a dos carreteras y que nuestra comida estaría con nosotros en unos minutos. Les dimos el beneficio de la duda, estamos entendiendo a la gente y, a veces, estas cosas suceden y considerando el bloqueo actual en el Reino Unido. Nosotros esperamos. . y esperó. . . y después de otros 30 minutos volvimos a llamar. Una vez más no hubo disculpas, pero nos aseguraron que llamarían al conductor. Unos 30 segundos después apareció el conductor, no se disculpó pero, lo que es más importante, no mantuvo el distanciamiento social y me entregó las pizzas. Las pizzas estaban quemadas, insípidas y frías y, después de una rebanada cada una, fueron a la papelera, lo que fue extremadamente decepcionante y una pérdida de 25. Enviamos un correo electrónico al equipo de servicio al cliente de Pizza Hut para informarles y pedir un reembolso porque realmente no estábamos contentos, por lo que se negaron y, en cambio, nos enviaron un cupón que nos da derecho a una pizza gratis si compramos otra (esto no sucederá) . Esta no es la primera mala experiencia que hemos tenido con Pizza Hut y deberíamos habernos dado cuenta de que no sería mejor esta vez.

I put an order in online at 5:15pm 18/04/20, No sign of delivery after an hour but assumed due to the current situation in the uk and high demand of takeaway services the order may take longer than normal... Phoned the store after waiting an hour and a half and was told my delivery would be with me within 10 minutes... 2 hours after original order - no delivery! Phoned the store to be told by the manager there was no record of the order and that I can only contact customer service to resolve the issue. Hungry children and pregnant partner now waiting for Domino's delivery... will never use this branch again, very poor pizza hut! This store has a very poor rating online and I can see why! I will be taking this further!

Pizza arrived over an hour after ordering, rang the shop twice and was lied to. Order finally arrived stone cold, filed an online complaint and never heard back. Avoid this place - waste of time, money and energy.

Order was over 20/25 minutes late and delivered after we rung a couple of times and just right before closing time, delivery driver rushed off and on opening pizza found out they had messed up the order. Tried to call but shop was shut as it was closing time and couldn't get through. Whoever we spoke to on the phone previously was blunt short and not at all apologetic for the lateness. Filled in online complaint and they won't even acknowledge their mistakes and terrible service let alone refund for the pizza they messed up. You pay for a service and they don't deliver to any satisfying standard. Won't be using again

Pizza very dry and salad bar not very clean Service not very good not told that there is drinks missing from drinks machine

The pizza was ok and the salads were nice and for free. Prices very high for some pizzas, you don't see these prices even in Rome!

I've used this branch for pizza delivery for many years, but after my order today I won't be using them again. I noticed on my last order that the quality wasn't up to usual standard and this time it was dreadful. The pizza was undercooked, Italian thin crust was more like Italian sloppy crust. They've also changed the bacon they use; crispy bacon is meant to be crispy, the clue is in the name. And to top it up, they sent the wrong sides and of course by the time you get the replacement, you've finished your meal and don't fancy them anymore; a real shame as the cheese triangles were the best thing we received but I had lost my appetite by then. Not sure what has happened, I can only assume it has changed hands. If so, someone needs to give them a lesson in cooking pizzas!!!!

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut numerous times of the years, sometimes the orders do take longer to be delivered than at other times when you order. Foods always comes hot and our orders have never been messed up.

After waiting 1 hour for my delivery I had a call from the driver who couldn't find my address. after being on the phone to him for 30 mins he finally delivered the pizza. I have had pizza delivered from there before. but this one was stone cold and had looked like it has been chewed and spat into the box.

The pizza was oily, cold , without ingredients . The mass of the wise cardboard pizza . The worst I've had in my life . The service was very slow , it took a very long time to give me the pizza. Never return to this site . I do not recommend it.
