Always ready when we go to collect. Staff are always friendly. We've had no issues with them the whole 3 years we've been in the area.

Shocking delivery service. Paid for a Pepperoni pizza with toppings but wrong pizza delivered. Rang the restaurant to explain, and was promised a redelivery but nothing received.

No habría pedido de allí si me hubieran dicho que también quería postre. Disgustado con el servicio y con la reacción del gerente cuando llamé. Me engañó totalmente. No uses este lugar, son una mierda y el gerente es patético. No volveré a usar la entrega de Pizza Hut. Mierda, mierda, mierda.

Acabo de ir a Pizza Hut en Shirley para pedir un pan de ajo que es parte de una oferta de 5 y me dijeron que es 6. . . Me conecté en línea frente a ellos en su sitio web para mostrarles que eran 5, ni siquiera se molestaron en darme un reembolso o 1 de vuelta. Es un chiste absoluto ese lugar. No estoy a punto de gastar alrededor de una libra, pero al menos podrían haber hecho algo, un baño gratis o cualquier cosa. ese lugar necesita una gestión adecuada, no algunos niños que corren como gallinas sin cabeza y no tienen idea de lo que están vendiendo. absoluta broma! ! !

Yo y mi compañero pedimos llevar, llegamos muy rápido, caliente y sabroso! ¡El repartidor estaba alegre sobre todo muy feliz con comida y servicio! ¡Estaré ordenando otra vez! Gracias

Tenía una pizza entregada y estaba fría y seca, apenas había queso encima, base dura como la roca y parecía pequeña para lo que se suponía que era una gran pizza. En comparación con cualquier otra Pizza Hut que he pedido, no diría que esto sea en absoluto como debería ser. Para 15 y ni siquiera un pequeño chapuzón con él es absolutamente impactante. ¡No ordenes desde aquí a menos que quieras estar realmente decepcionado! ! !

Placed an order around 5.30pm for 2 large pizzas to be delivered at 7.30pm. Received a phone call at 7pm to say they'd run out of deep pan bases, which was annoying. Food arrived on time but pizzas were both extremely "soggy" as though they hadn't had full cooking time. Very very disappointing.

Dirty place, clearly no personal hygiene as found a curly suspicious hair on the sloppy pizza. Never again! AVOID!!!

On time 😊 Had to remind driver of the missing drink! Driver didn't have change, considering delivery was confirmed as cash. Pizza was warm, not a real issue could have heated it! Ultimately the business their in ... the pizza was terrible....wet base in the middle! Didn't bother telling them, as I won't be going back..to a firm that can't get the basics right!

Ordered here many of times and the pizzas always come lovely and hot and very tasty. My partner and I especially enjoy the BBQ chicken wings. Delivery time is also at a decent timescale

Three times I have ordered from this place and three times I've had cause to complain.Wrong pizza and wrong side order.Wrong crust and side order.Stone cold pizza and side order.All delivered by what I can only describe as some random bloke picked up from the street. Ive even had to go to the car and find my own order because the driver didn't understand me. Take my advise.If your thinking of a pizza.Dont bother with these clowns.

This Pizza Hut in Shirley is take-away and delivery only, there is no inside seating. Ordered pulled-pork pizza - which was very good, and a side of chicken wings. Service was quick and efficient, and the didn't have to wait long for the food. I was advised to order a second side as the deal meant that overall it was cheaper.
