Domino's Pizza in Three Rivers

Absolutely horrendous. Will never ever use them again. The pizza looked like it had been dropped on the floor and thrown back I the box.

They never bring all the food I order and sometimes just the wrong food in general. Sometimes cold. When you ask for the remaining food to come it’s usually hours later. Terrible customer service.

1 hour to receive cold food then get into a debate about how we "turned the driver away as we already had our food." The fact they were prepared to defend this shows how little this organisation think about their customers. Final position was an offer of £15 credit for our cold pizza. Less than half the total price. This business needs to take a long hard look at how to deal with customers and remember what the basics are. Terrible experience.

Last three times I have ordered the food has arrived cold. The app tells me it has finished baking and then arrives 20-30 minutes later. Very very poor.

It took over 45 minutes to deliver from a shop 5 minutes away by car (the app said it was ‘out for delivery’ for over 35 of those) the order arrived stone cold, and driver lied to my face and said it was hot, while literally touching the pizza without so much as a 'by your leave'. Appallingly ill-mannered and rude, the manager offered to have the order remade - no use with two hungry kids looking forward to a 'treat'. I had to reheat the meal myself, which made the wait time well over an hour. Disgraceful customer service on all levels.

Does what it says on the box... makes great pizzas - fresh and tasty. I can't believe you've never had a Domino's, but if you haven't then go for it. A reliable chain that makes a range of great pizzas and there's meal deals too iuncluding drinks, garlin bread etc... the large pepperoni is great and if you collect it you can have a second one free!

So ok food but we get a delivery on a regular ish basis and every time we pay cash the delivery guys have no change, so feel short changed dominos! Am getting fed up of this so will be going elsewhere now

Myself and a mate ordered a pizza each and some chicken strippers, the delivery was made in a rather quick time when we opened the pizzas we discovered my mates had the wrong crust and mine had been smothered in barbecue sauce meaning I ended up eating one slice and the crusts due to my dislike of barbecue sauce. Hugely Disappointing.

Ordered food from here on Monday. Fast service and piping hot Pizza. friendly staff members who mentioned special offers and deals.

I wrote in the delivery instructions box that the delivery man should pull into the road opposite my house to deliver my food, as it was supposed to be a nice surprise for someone inside my house, and I was trying to be sneaky about it, but instead of coming to meet me on the road I had told him to pull into, he pulled into my driveway and rang the doorbell, and left me completely clueless standing down the road a way. He effectively ruined the surprise. Terrible customer service, would not order from there again.

fast, well run, clean, well staffed, hard to park, delivery service prompt, nothing else to say !!!!

Great pizzas and they also offer gluten-free but it's expensive. Speedy delivery and lovely hot food.

The food was cheap (for the quality and quantity), the good arrived quickly and the delivery man was very nice. This is a must buy

Ordered online last night, paid via Paypal for ease, order complete,.normally you get the online step by step pizza tracker pop up as soon as you've paid but I didn't so I checked my Paypal account, the money had been taken so I gave it 10 minutes then decided to call just to check. The man on the phone couldn't have been less helpful if he tried, he said he could see the payment had gone through but not my order & they wouldn't be able to help me and gave me the customer service helpline and an email address and said take it up with them, bare in mind it was 9.30pm, I wanted dinner but all I got was £18.99 taken from my account with no apology what so ever,..and no pizza! Customer services were not helpful, still haven't given me my money back even after seeing the proof and not an apology in site. I will now go to Farmhouse in croxley for all my future pizza take aways, at least they speak good English and have good customer service skills, and wont just take your money and not deliver. I wouldn't recommend this shoddy excuse for a highly established pizza place if they paid me, thank you dominos for an experience I will not forget.

I am never gonna go back the guy on the phone was so rude to me it was shocking! Clearly no customer care skills he should leave the catering industry.
