Domino's Pizza - Rickmansworth in Three Rivers

I did a delivery in July. It wasn't great. I called them to complain and was told if be entitled to a free pizza and portion of wings (my original order) to make up for this.. I've called to redeem and they say there are no notes on my account. So not only is food bad/cold but also the service is bad as the staff lie.

Extremely slow delivery, and food was cold and under baked. Very disappointing :(

Absolutely shocked at the state of the pizza we had ordered. It definitely looked like it had been dropped on the floor and scooped back into the box. It certainly didn't look like the picture lol.

Store is not helpful at all even ordering simple food they denied discount what dominos have and lie to customers saying they don't doo but same time I go online order with discount and collect same store what a circus is this domino team enjoy everyone

EXTREMELY RUDE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE AGAIN! We spoke to an extremely rude man on the phone who wouldn’t help with our order not going through online. Continued to make rude comments, and wouldn’t let us order, and was continuously rude and sarcastic towards us when asking if he understood our order. Telling us he wasn’t stupid, saying ‘you don’t even know how to spell your own name’ after spelling my name correctly. And refusing to take our order.

When we rang to order pizza, they said they will get delivered in 40 mins but ended up waiting over 1 and half hours. Whenever we phoned to ask where the driver is, they said he’s 5 mins away. Not great and rude staff. Pizza ended up coming luke warn and wasn’t enjoyable.

The workers there are very nice and friendly and the gluten free pizza has improved greatly. Cameron and the other workers go above and beyond!

I dont normally leave reviews but am very pleased with my experience received. My drink was missed last order and the manager made sure i got it this time round, along side free dips. Which i really appreciated.

Not cheap but always good pizza

For the second time in two months the driver turn up with a incorrect order. I won't be going back a third time.....

Ordered at 1830 and didn't arrive until 2007. Stone cold. This is the 3rd order we've given them and every one of them poor. They won't get another chance. You hope a company of this size will get it right but they are useless

We just had the most disgusting pizza from this place. Cold and completely tasteless. Horrible. Looks ok in the photo but wasnt!

Gluten free just arrived, topping are raw, barely been in the oven. Not impressed.

Disgusting service! Food was half hour late, stone cold, half of it was missing and delivery driver was beyond rude. I was told I will receive a credit of 15£ to compensate for the bad experience only to find out that is credited to the phone number not the app which I place the order with. When called through to question this the person was even more rude then the driver. Told me is none of their problem and to call HO if i wanted the money on the app and then put the phone down on me before I could finish the conversation. Rude, usless and should not be in customer service. I used to love to order from this place and now I'll definitely not be going back. So many better managed places around with better food quality. Absolutely shocked.

Usually very fast very hot and absolutely delicious, however tonight i was delivered 2 cold pizzas with two wrong drinks. I ordered at 10:08 and received at 10:55, however twenty minutes of this my pizza was out for delivery when i live 2 minutes drive away (realistically) and the driver called as he was not sure where the building was (not from the area) I still rate this 5/5 and only one star off for this order. Mistakes happen, i was promised two 1.25ltr cokes from the driver on the next order but i will be calling when they open tomorrow. I will update this if they do not make good on this order.

Order not delivered on time and when called to ask told it will be there in 10mins twice after 2 10min intervals. Not the customer service one would expect

Awful customer service and even worse waiting times

Tonights pizza’s were cold, had hardly any toppings and tasted as if they had been heated up as the toppings that we did get were all crispy. The slices were cut so badly that some were tiny and some were two slices stuck together. Will not be returning.

I walk in as i thought that would be faster, but what a mistake!!!!! I waited 10 min for someone to take my order and i nearly walk out but wanted to come home with some dinner???

One football match and Dominos tell me im looking at a 2-3hour wait for a delivery. Not good. Im not watching football, a pizza shop delivering a pizza at 10.30 at night from an 8.30 order is completly useless.

Long shift at a key worker. Got home late. Ordered a delivery. Delivery driver handed me box and drink, no carry box, no gloves. No mask. Well his mask was hanging from his ear. No answer when i rang shop as it was close to closing, might aswell have let the guy in to eat it with me in Covid times, this is gross.

Good selection even with lockdown. Good service and communication via app.

I just ordered a pizza deal from the dominoes in Rickmansworth to my flat in Croxley Green. The app said the food was delivered but it wasn’t so I called up and the staff said it would be 2-3 minutes then 20 minutes later it turned up stone cold! I had to oven cook the food to warm it up myself! Fuming!

Pizza are always delivered fresh and hot. Quick delivery and never been disappointed.

They said 40 minutes but it took an hour. Wasnt very hot, lukewarm infact. Tasted ok tho.

Great pizza. Great, friendly service. But.....they shut the door and don't answer the phone after 10:30 pm, half an hour before their advertised closing time.

1 hour 20 min to deliver turned up cold, apparently got lost, you had the phone number why not try calling

Asked for spicky chicken wings they sent bread sticks then BBQ wings after I spoke to them twice gave up after the second time they got it wrong

Hour and 20 minutes to recieve a pizza. Pizza tracker said had been delivered 30 minutes before it had. Obviously all the food was stone cold, and the potato wedges were even more rock hard than usual. How long have dominos been doing wedges now? And they are still as rock hard as the day they were released. Oh and the 2 garlic and herb dips had been squashed and burst. So you can imagine the oily boxes i put on my couch before realising. Delivery driver was like a mannequin! On the plus side though the garlic pizza bread which is the only thing i ate was 6/10. Thanks Dominos Rickmansworth!

Just had a two pizzas delivered and I have had o say It was he worst pizza I have ever had! Having not eaten all day I was ready for dinner but I wish I had cooked myself. There was very little toppings and hardly any cheese and to add insult to injury that has just cost me £26.49p for two pizzas.

We were on our way back from Gerrards Cross and used Google to help us find a takeaway as everything around there was closed. We drove 10 miles out of our way and arrived at 11:58pm to find the place closed, shutters down lights off. Why advertise you are open till 12:30?

Food arrived and no garlic bread not happy as it was part of a meal deal , also disappointed with the small amount of potatoe wedges for the amount of people could do with more as it was a family meal

An absolute disgrace....over 2-hours for delivery despite assurances after 1-hour that driver is "on way" 3 children very hungry for 2-hours and complete lies from this branch.....NEVER ORDER OR BELIEVE THIS BRANCH

Well when I called to tell the Indian specialist of pizza my order was cold he argued for 10 mins on why it could be cold and I continued to asked for a fresh order or my money back which he was not happy to refund!!! It's not very often we order pizza but anyone would like it hot!!!
