It was nice food but service was slightly slow on busy days

A bit Run down,but in a beautiful setting. Good food. Good pricing on food and drinks.

Shame they are closing down for refurb .best grill in town. Burgers to fight for.

Curries were good but pub is desperately in need of a refurb. The carpets are very dirty.

When your desperate for a pint,and still in your work clothes,this place is appropriate. Staff do well. But place does need some life knocked into it. Glory days have long since passed...

Whilst this pub still offers the convenience of being local to me and the price of drinks are not too bad. Since it was taken over it's really lost its identity and lacks any kind of atmosphere. It doesn't attract half the clientele it should given its location and the fact that a lot of the local pubs around have closed. It's telling that its current management don't have a grasp of its potential. They need to get back to the way it was run before it was taken over offering good value pub food and drink.

Very dirty. The window sill in softplay were inch thick with dust . And staff very rude.

Great place for kids bday parties, meals for children are cheap, juSt above £4 and that include playing in playbarn for free, food looks super and is very tasty, staff is very friendly.

An eclectic community place with a large outdoor area (kind of) friendly for families if you are comfy with your kids around many excessive drinkers. Been there half a dozen times and noticed a difference in service based on who you come with. Food was a 3.5 star it was good but not great.

The young male staff are shockingly arrogant and rude. Zero customer service skills. After taking thousands of pounds in profits from the local community during the World Cup 2018, they then decide to try and exploit the community by charging them £10 per person to enter the establishment to watch the semi final versus Croatia. Shocking treatment and when called out about it on social media, they just block you. Hopefully karma will get to them.

This pub is a joke, been making a lot of money on over priced food and drink for years when the whole place is run down and dirty.... said they where doing the place up but they only removed the kids out door play area for more tables...... the rest of the place is falling apart and the soft play area you wouldnt want an animal to play in yet alone your child.... avoid at all costs

Been to this pub quite a few times now and took grandchildren which was fine except kids play area is dirty and smells.i phoned one day to see if the boxing was on to support our local guy .The person who answered the phone was very rude he said no and put the phone dwn on me.Now they are charging £10 to watch England play on tv .This is a public house and football is free on tv. Which is not a private function.Having done some research no pub should charge to watch football.i think this is a disgrace as they make money out of you for food and drink.i will never go to this pub again .Pubs used to be the heart of the community I think these people are in the wrong business.

The soft play area is horrible and has some hard bits sticking out the floor, isn't clean and you can't bring food in (yet have to purchase a kids meal or pay to use it), yet kids are not allowed to run around but with food not allowed in the soft play they will be moving between their food in the main area and the soft play annoying the owners. It advertises as family friendly but is really not family friendly. I'd avoid it!

Good place to take the children. Good foid and plenty of space for everyone.

Nice place, good food. Venue was a bit cold though and currently undergoing some renovation. Things look brighter and hopefully warmer.

Good for families. Don't expect much.

Great place to meet up if you have small children who can take advantage of the internal soft play area whilst enjoying a couple of drinks and grabbing a bite to eat. Food quality is average at best with service being a little slow. Interior requires modernisation to be more suited as family venue but for adults meeting up for a few drinks. Plenty of parking spaces.

I had a bad experience long time ago with very rude and unhelpful staff don't know what it's like recently.

Cold, damp, dank. Sticky tables, filthy floors, abhorrent toilet facilities. It needs closing down.

Very poor customer care or consideration. Only focused on getting your money. They will spoil your event due to their inability to realize that serving water should not be paid for. Also they serve less food than are attending and font care to help to resolve issues. Very much money hungry than service oriented. On the other hand their food was good.

Lovely for kids and adults as there you can do bowls games. Food is nice and cheap. Will gave 5 stars but the venue is a bit dated. Will go back there, for sure.

Ok just for being there in this wide Park and for reasonable food as well. Needs alot of improvement, desert options and taste bad, near the windows and kids play area too cold, carpets too old and dampy look.

Toilets are vial no locks on door Taps leaking it and the toilet smells... Food is okay kids meals are ridiculous don't even include a drink... For £3.99 the cleanness of this place is disgusting tables are dirty and our children are eating off.... The staff are rude have no manners and take things of the table that ain't finished with...

Great Place. All my Cricket club members and family had a fm great time yesterday. Kids had so much fun in play barn. Thank you Guys for all arrangements. Looking forward for more.
