Yet another missing item. Every time!

I waited for over 80 minutes and no food turned up I’m still waiting for a refund absolutely useless

The food was cold and soggy in a paper bag. The soft drink was warm as it was packed together with the food. Took nearly an hour to be delivered from the restaurant which is only a short distance from my home and the app stated that it’ll be 10-25 minutes when I ordered. Very disappointing!

There was missing items on the order, not surprising at all, as this always happens with just eat…disappointing!

Whilst the delivery time was reasonable. The fries were at least warm but the burgers were stone cold, in fact chilled and inedible.

The food is terrible. It’s cold. One bag of chips missing, Less than half a bag of chips in the other. Really bad

Everything fell out on the ground

due to it being late itvwas cold and had to be thrown away an order that was made at 5.44pm arrived at 7.05pm

Option to request more chicken legs in bucket very welcome

Food is alright but they totally overlooked my request for a napkin and disposable cutlery. I ordered ricebowl meal so how do they think one suppose to eat the ricebowl by barehands in a takeaway addressed to a hospital? Hopefully initiative and being keen to request made will be practiced.

I ordered a boneless banquet with gravy , the chicken stripes were so small they were nearly non existant and I got corn on the cob instead of gravy , all in all it has to be the most useless meal I have ever had from this kfc

A lovely tasty Stuffing Stacker Burger with 1 Regular Southern Rice plus Regular Popcorn Chicken with Smoky BBQ Dip delivered hot and on time

Ordered at 6:30 and it came at 20:10

Quality of burger subpar compared to other restaurants, plus the chicken sides were not well cooked/much smaller than other branches

Not great, chicken wasn’t very tasty quite rubbery texture and the corn on the cob was soggy and not nice.

This kfc meal was amazing,the gravy was MASSIVE and lowkey they taper the seasoning perfectly so the flavour doesn’t fade away!

Delivery estimate 10-20 minutes. Actually took over an hour. The food was lukewarm at best and small portion size. Terrible service all round!

Cold food day old dry chicken. Chips were just recooked stale ones

I ordered an Uber meal worth £39 and zinger burger meal which `i ordered and have done so several times before. the chicken was a slither slice and not a proper burger for a £10 meal. I just got the meal 5 mins ago and tried to ring them Rickmansworth and nobody picks up. I wanted a refund!!!! all there is a a bun and a few bit of lettuce. I am fuming. Friday night and you can see when this review is written and Uber receipt. I wouldnt give them a minus for customer service. I expect them to contact me and give me my refund. Absolutely disgraceful.

Would not have ordered if told it would take so long, juts keep pushing back delivery time (originally said would arrive half an hour before it did) food ok but not great, greasy hash brown and cold fries.

I am so impressed with the service levels at Just Eat, I have been going through Uber for years and even when I used to add in a note, it used to be ignored/bypassed. They would have a driver select and cancel which resulted in missed estimated delivery times. I actually deleted their app and started with just eats and haven’t regretted it at all, thank you

Food is very good but the manager attitude is high and he behave like he is the owner and he always take a time to prepare food whether he is free then also

Every time waiting by manager how to work, you teach me I am better than the you not respect with elder person by the manager.

Food was delivered early yet the food was cold?

Food was cold, also not as requested ie without lettuce. Gravy was very thin and spilled.

Zinger burger was excellent and nice tasty and worth it , staff also friendly

Absolutely rank. Made the mistake of going here one. The venue is depressing. The zinger burger tasted off. And I think they put black pepper on their chips?! Needs to be shut down in my opinion

I didn’t receive the right food and a customer service worker called “Kate “ decides to not give a refund even as I explained in A+ detail and even supplied them a picture to help to what I received will never order again seriously

The food arrived late and cold. Request for chicken leg was ignored. The driver didn’t call me when couldn’t find the house- I had to go look for him outside.

Driver was a bit impatient for not finding the location although it was already in the app. He was nice but then said that he was having difficulty finding the location. I guess, being the driver entails patience and discipline.

Just been in there. The chicken tasted of absolutely nothing wasn’t like usual KFC at all. Gravy was very thin. No wet wipes available.

I should have had 4 hot wings in my delivery. 2 with the meal, and 2 extra. I opened the sealed bag, and find there is ONE hot wing total. This will be my last order from just eat or KFC unless they figure this mess out

Horrible horrible food. 3 times in a row, I was that stupid to go 3 separate times. I should’ve known better. Chicken was raw at the centre, chips are disgusting. Popcorn chicken even worse. ALSO BARE PUBES AND HAIR IN THE FOOD. Don’t waste your time or money on this KFC, AVOIDDDDD

2nd time ive orderer from this particular kfc and the chicken on both occasions has been dry and rock solid to the point You csnt even bite into it and when you do find a part to bite into the meats rock solid and attached to the skin which is clearly burnt and dried out £45 on kfc which was awful

I recently visited the KFC branch, unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. Not only was the food of subpar quality, but there were also missing items from my order. Out of a 6 piece bargain bucket that was delivered, 5 were drumsticks!! You would never get that if you picked up your order. Also, the KFC batter, which is one of the main reasons for getting a KFC was poor. Such a disappointing meal. Will not be ordering again.

Hi tried calling the restaurant but no one picking up - we ordered two 10 piece wing meals and only received one batch of 10 wings.

Food is damaged and contaminated with pepsi max as the bottle was sealed but damaged or broken at the bottom resulting to draining and spilling on the delivery box making the food soaked with 1.5ltr pepsi max. The driver immediately stated that it wasn’t his fault will not take responsibility and just report and escalate with just eat, but apparently didn’t care about what happened and no refund or credit can be given as compensation.. which is not good and inconsiderate and didn’t care about it
