KFC Rickmansworth - Uxbridge Road in Three Rivers

Absolutely rank. Made the mistake of going here one. The venue is depressing. The zinger burger tasted off. And I think they put black pepper on their chips?! Needs to be shut down in my opinion

Do not go there ⛔️I ordered Zinger filet Berger,taste of the chicken 🍗 was awful then when I asked for manager he was very unprofessional to explain imagine when I was talking to him about my complain someone call him and he left me alone and didn’t come back to explain 🤯🤬 Don’t waste your money 💰 there 👎👎✋✋

Just been in there. The chicken tasted of absolutely nothing wasn’t like usual KFC at all. Gravy was very thin. No wet wipes available.

I should have had 4 hot wings in my delivery. 2 with the meal, and 2 extra. I opened the sealed bag, and find there is ONE hot wing total. This will be my last order from just eat or KFC unless they figure this mess out

Horrible horrible food. 3 times in a row, I was that stupid to go 3 separate times. I should’ve known better. Chicken was raw at the centre, chips are disgusting. Popcorn chicken even worse. ALSO BARE PUBES AND HAIR IN THE FOOD. Don’t waste your time or money on this KFC, AVOIDDDDD

2nd time ive orderer from this particular kfc and the chicken on both occasions has been dry and rock solid to the point You csnt even bite into it and when you do find a part to bite into the meats rock solid and attached to the skin which is clearly burnt and dried out £45 on kfc which was awful

Out of a 6 piece bargain bucket that was delivered, 5 were drumsticks!! You would never get that if you picked up your order. Also, the KFC batter, which is one of the main reasons for getting a KFC was poor. Such a disappointing meal. Will not be ordering again.

Hi tried calling the restaurant but no one picking up - we ordered two 10 piece wing meals and only received one batch of 10 wings.

Food is damaged and contaminated with pepsi max as the bottle was sealed but damaged or broken at the bottom resulting to draining and spilling on the delivery box making the food soaked with 1.5ltr pepsi max. The driver immediately stated that it wasn’t his fault will not take responsibility and just report and escalate with just eat, but apparently didn’t care about what happened and no refund or credit can be given as compensation.. which is not good and inconsiderate and didn’t care about it

Every piece of chicken was dry. And when did wings start being part of the regular two piece that comes as part of the box meal? Usually a leg and a thigh piece. Won't be ordering again from here.

Chicken fillet was half the size of the roll , hardly any chips , and a warm can of drink in with the hot food , , not great for the money they charge . 💩

The delivery was quick, but this is the second time that my order is an missing item that have been part of bucket. First time it is a mistake, second time it is carelessness. Both times it is the same item.

This is definitely the worse KFC I've ever been to sold me raw chicken when I returned the raw food it was replaced with fresh raw chicken aviod absolutely shocking.

Just had a KFC takeaway from here and to be honest, it wasn't great. We had to park some way away and I waited in the car whilst my grandson went to pick it up. The food wasn't hot and my side of coleslaw was missing. After we'd finished eating, my grandson went back to complain and the womanin there questioned if we'd even ordered it! When she saw coleslaw on the order on his phone she then asked him if he was sure it wasn't in there! Really bad customer service and we won't be back.

55mins late from original delivery time. Food was cold and the wrap had cheese in it with has to go in the been due to being allergic.

chicken was tough and you could tell it had been left out, chips were put in upside down so we're all poured out with the cold drinks leaving the chips freezing cold. Delivery was great, was just the food that wasn't so good.

The issue is not with Just Eat but with KFC. The food was delivered with missing items (chips from 1 of the meals) and was only warm. The burgers were falling apart, little sauce in the supercharger burger and no lettuce. Overall disappointing. Not the first time I have had issues with this KFC but thought the other time may have been a one off, unfortunately not.
