The Food Hall in Three Rivers

I've never eaten such an expensive and disgustingly awful burger in my life. The meat was overcooked, the bun was stale.

The ambience and the service were O.K. We once had the Kids Beef Burger & Chips which was the best value for money. Then once the BBQ Chicken Burger menu, fries were good, the burger was OK. And twice the Azkaban Burger menu, the fries were okay, the salad was a micro portion with little seasoning. And in terms of taste, it's the worst burger I've ever eaten. Visually it was okay, but the pattie didn't work at all, it had the feeling that you were chewing on gristle, there was no taste from the mushroom sauce and even the cloves that I had pulled out of the burger had no taste whatsoever.

The food is OK, the butter beer is really not worth the money, even if you do get to keep the cup. Essentially it felt like a poorly executed wizard themed mcdonalds

The food is ordered first and brought to the table later. The rooms are very nicely done. The food was very tasty, you can choose your own sauces and dips and they are available for self-service

We had a beef pie and burger. Burger was great and the pie tasted hearty, we really enjoyed eating here during our visit at the Warner Bros studio. :)

Overpriced food and warm drinks. The burgers were far from good.

If you are there, you must try the legendary butterbeer. It is sweeter than a lemonade 🍺 Atmosphere is nothing special and it is not the cleanest place. Tables are often dirty and filled with glasses or dirty dishes.

We had champagne afternoon high tea, and we enjoyed every second of it. Special thanks to Bilma!

Was delicious. The only thing is that the food hall is very loud , no private booths. There is a separate area for vip dining for a vip pass for additional cost. I think that for the substantial cost of the regular ticket, all visitors should be able to enjoy a quiet and private table for dining

Afternoon Tea is an absolute delight. Exactly as one would expect, wonderful sandwiches packed with flavor and desserts for every sweet tooth!

Completely a joke. Not tasty at all, but interesting. I could only taste one sip, but it was a dream come true. A feeling that only Harry Potter fans can understand.

We had breakfast here before the tour and dinner afterwards. Both times we managed to make a great choice. I liked the presentation, the names of the dishes, the atmosphere. I'm sorry we couldn't sit under the floating candles with these. There is a clock that shows what is being served, which just added to the atmosphere for us. The coffee wasn't that good.

This is a generic good hall serving American fare. The burger patties were not hot, the fries weren't hot or crispy. Felt like reheated frozen stuff. Better to just get food from outside or better yet, have a very heavy breakfast and skip the food hall altogether. The cost of the food doesn't do it justice. Overpriced junk. The butterbeer is basically sugary drink which, if you are into sugary drinks, you might like it. I did not, since I felt like swallowing sugar syrup. The butterbeer washing area is a separate outdoor place. You won't be allowed to wash in the bathroom.

The studio is great but the food hall is not. We took demanters burger, was really not a great burger. Service is quit slow, but harry potters atmspher was nice. If you can eat somewhere before dont hesitate.

Decent food for an amusement park. There is choice and large tables. Perfect for eating before or after the visit. We had a burger and fish & chips. Even though the meat was way overcooked for my liking, the flavor was there.

The food here isn’t that bad. The butterbeer and ice cream are very good and I recommend getting that here as it is a specialty. You also get to keep the cup it comes in as a souvenir.

I was skeptical of the food but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. The burger was amazing with the pretzel bun and special sauce. The whole chicken feast my family got was amazing and came with this lemon garlic sauce that was mouth watering good.

I was worried because of the negative reviews I've read. However the food was nice, bit expensive for what it is but still tasty. I had the vegan chilli on chips. The butter beer and ice-cream were lovely!

Lots of seats but tables are not cleaned automatically. You need to call someone to clean. Food is not of good quality. After waiting for more than 30mins for just fish and chips we followed up and it was just in the counter. Very disappointed. Should have better service in that price point. Butterbeer is only available in the food shop in between the studio and not available in the hall.

A night of uncontrollable diarrhoea & vomiting, pooping the bed, and lying in the shower in the hotel a shivering wreck. Nearly had to go to the hospital. It was either Professor Sprout's salad (rice & sprouts can cause food poisoning) or the tables that were not cleaned. Surely with the huge amount of money they make, they can afford to employ more staff to clean and disinfect the tables? Or train their staff better. I'm going to guess it was the salad though, as it lasted 12hrs, was intense & none of my family had it. Nothing else I ate would explain this. On top of the horrific experience I have endured, including throwing up blood because of how intense it was, I'm now going to miss out on today's holiday activities that have been planned for over half a year. A big middle finger to The Food Hall.

£7.95 milkshake. 6 of them. All different flavours. All tasted the same...an average milk shake. Utterly ripped off. Don't you be.

Pretty average food quality and quite expensive. It's a big food hall where you can order a variety of burgers, salads, desserts, etc. I had the chorizo burger, which was blant , and my partner had the half-giant burger. My chips were without any salt, and his had too much. The service was fast, but the food clearly wasn't freshly made as it wasn't hot. They brought us the food but without any cutlery. Furthermore, the tables weren't that clean either.

Food was okay but really nothing special. The chicken burger wasn't worth it. The smoke flavour from the smoked cheddar was an overpowering flavour and there only a very thin piece of chicken. Fish and chips were good, as was the mushroom, beef, and ale pie. If this was located anywhere else, I probably wouldn't come back.

Good food for being a museum restaurant.

We arrived without any expectations at "The Food Hall" but we were pleasantly surprised. The burger was very very good, the meat was excellent and the brioche bun was of good quality. We didn't think we would like it so much, but if one day we return we will definitely repeat.

Good food, nice place, reasonable prices.

We were here for afternoon tea. Everything was absolutely perfect. Excellent food and desserts. The tea was also excellent. We didn't eat everything, but that wasn't a problem, we put everything in a box and the staff put everything in the fridge and we took the rest of the food with us after the tour. The staff was very nice. The atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely worth the price. I recommend buying in advance.

Food was fine, pricey but as expected, very slow for the food to arrive.

Food was actually really enjoyable - chips nice and crispy on the outside, but fluffy in the middle; burgers tasted like they had actually been grilled and were very filling. The Hogwarts stamp on the Burger bun was a lovely touch! You are never going to get Wetherspoons prices at venues like this, but the quality was pretty good.

Just a typical amusement park restaurant. It's a bit expensive and the taste is average. The hamburger was bland and the bread was hard. The pizza was either greasy or salty.

The universe is not bad, some improvements could be made to the staging. The food is pretty average. It’s a shame that there aren’t more choices or distributors… especially when you have a long way to go right after.

The food is terrible, unfortunately you can afford that because there is no competition/alternative. The food was soggy, poorly seasoned, the meat tasted like cardboard, the cheese was like plastic and and and... It's best to take your own food with you!

Ok+ vegan breakfast. Well seasoned silken tofu, good combination of textures and flavours.

The site is well decorated. Price-quality is what is expected for a place like this. It's true that the food could be better.

For being in a theme park, the food is not expensive and the quality and quantity are quite good. You place the order, they give you a pager that you take to the table and when it is ready they bring the food to you.

I understand food is not your main business, but there should be at least a basic level kept for food quality. Both fish and chips and pizza should be put into trash immediately when they leave the kitchen.

Good food with great service. We order 3 minutes before close and They where very nice.

A really good place to eat after the tour! This restaurant is only accessible at the start or end of your tour, so if you want a good cooked meal that is not a burger, then plan your timings. We went to the tour first thing in the morning, had a snack half way round where the backlot cafe is, and then had a nice cooked dinner here. We shared the pie; we don't eat loads, and the portion was well sized. You order at the counter, and are given something to put on your table. The servers then bring your food over to you when it's ready. There is plenty of seating, and there's some outdoor seating too. The food was really good, but it will add up snd be very expensive for a family to eat here.
