The flat whites were bitter owing to the coffee being scalded by boiling milk. We were not given a serviette when the scrumptious home-made Victoria sponge was delivered, plus a fork, on a side plate.

Please note - do not go by the menu online as this is not what’s offered. I asked a member of staff in there about it and she just handed us a piece of paper with the menu on (which was only a fraction of the menu online) “that’s all we have here” she said in a stern tone. After spending £50 on 2 burgers and 2 finishers then £11 on 2 pints of Diet Coke. We felt like we had been robbed!

Not a great experience I am afraid. Booked an afternoon tea. When asked about the menu choices on booking it wasn't heeded when arrived and then told we had to wait 40 min. When about to leave and never to come back, the manager came and apologetically told us to wait and the chef made the sandwiches in much quicker time. The coffee was cold. Didn't want a top up. The pastries and cheesecakes were really worth all the tea accessories. But one can't just eat sweets. Maybe a bad day. The waitress was not to be faulted and tried her best. Maybe lack of communication or our bad luck. Not necessarily for everyone.

Ordered from here at least 20+ times before. Our most recent order was accepted to be delivered even though the Rickmansworth branch was 'closed for refurb' (Website did not actually say this, I only found out after 2 hours had passed and I had to call there Addlestone store). They told me the manager had been informed and a refund would be issued, received nothing yet and its been 3 weeks. They have lost a regular customer now unfortunately

College RoadFood was rather "uninspiring" as the flavour is gutted out of it and the only saving grace for the food is the sauces. Everything but the chips lacking in salt and nothing "pops". Classic British solution to what would normally be great flavourful and "popping" dishes. Service was great. The Swan has an atmosphere that screams - I had alot of potential but the chain running it - don't mind what has happened as it still brings in a good crowd. If the chain cared more about this place it would be ace. Staff is friendly and everything was sadly only "okay" - with the food in consideration.

157 Uxbridge RdI'm a fussy eater and specially with Chinese, can never find one that beats the usual one in Kilburn. I found this little gem and they are so on point highly recommend. I've been here four times now in the past two weeks and they are consistently the same. Good customer service the system they have works pay in cash on orders over 20 and get free spring rolls and free prawn crackers

Batchworth HeathExcellent food and service. Sunday roast was great - hot, tasty and plenty on the plate. Would definitely recommend and will go back myself.
