I spoke to a member of staff called Ali,I had a problem with an order and the professionalism and compassion of this man is unbelievable.ON TOP OF THAT OUT OF OVER 50 ORDERS ME AND MY WIFE HAVE HAD,IT WAS THE FIRST MISTAKE,AND RESOLVED PROPERLY.WELL DONE ALI,WE WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR CUSTOMER.NO MATTER WHAT,THE FOOD IS 2ND TO NONE.weldone farmhouse pizza.Proper

I don't understand why these people drop menus and leafits at home like tissue paper when they can't deliver thr services mentioned in the leaflets.. very disappointed when called to place the order.. looks like they are running to business as per their convenience

About 15 men behind the counter. One man walked straight in from out the front after smoking to need out dmthe dough without washing his hand. No wonder they scored 1 star in there food hygiene. I pointed it out and the man was like don't worry its not your pizza. Sorry to anyone who ordered an 18 inch margarita. Needs to be shut down. Seems like a moneylaundering gaff or a drug dealer base honestly. Safe to say I wasted my time and money as the pizza went in the bin.

When this shop got new management food was great. Saturday they delivered a pizza that was so full of greasy fat the ingredients fell of the dough which itself wasn’t cooked as i couldn’t pick it up. . Woke up on Sunday and was sick . The other half got binned. Never will I order from here again.

Great lasagne very big .also jalapino cream cheese yummmm .

I got what I wanted and they was very kind it was delicious they did not get anything wrong I had a 18 inch pizza with a Pepsi bottle and cheesy fries for 26 pounds.

The pizza is not bad, but the staff from inside the store are useless and not dedicated to their work. I've been order numerous times, collection and dellivery, they always forget to put one topping to my pizza. I placed an collction order for two 15" pizza,i asked how lond does take, the lady from the till told 15-20 minutes, i come back after 20 minutes and my pizza wasn't even made, i ask her what is going on with my order? she said: your order is inside the oven... then i saw the man that makes the pizza jump down from the chest freezer, where he was wasting his time doing nothing... he starts to make my pizza... and i was waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza. They didn't even apologise or say sorry about their mistake. So unpolite and useless staff inside that store... will avoid further orders.

Total shambles accepts online orders when shop is closed and then no one to refund the order or deliver the food Do yourself a favour and avoid this place standards have fallen of a cliff

Ordered via just eat, my food was late, cold and burnt. £7.99 for supposed 7" pizza. Outrageous and will NOT be going there again.

The pizza was burnt and the quality had been declining over the past few months not sure if I am willing to give it another chance.

Had a wrap and chips tonight.. Chips were stone cold...put in bin.. Rang up woman who said she was in charge...offered us more cold chips.....would not offer refund or anything else on menu.. Will not order from here again.. And on reading previous reviews I would not have bothered

Tasty pizza. Never had an issue when I’ve ordered from here. They have a large square pizza which is great value for money. Ordering on the website is nice and easy. They always have deals on which encourage you to buy more.

Food cold wrong order sent rang to complain they are not interested they respond with the menu order numbers have changed after one week of getting a menu delivered through the letterbox big mistake will not be using them again caveat emptor

Always a great service on their takeaways and a great selection on their menu have been ordering from them for a good few years and even though it has changed hands many times the quality has never dropped

Ordered here before lockdown many times, food was amazing. But ordered here last Wednesday and it was honestly disgusting! Ordered on Just Eat, could not share any photos there. just wanted to share photos, also to proof that there supposed to be salad in my wrap!

Pizza is always amazing and the 1 time they did forget our drinks they were very apologetic when we called and brought them straight out to us with free dessert as a way of apology, best place to get pizza from!

The food was OK, the food was good and the overall was good . The owner of the restaurant was good and his masters talked a little .But it was good

Just been refurbished. Pizza was tasty and easy to order online for collection. Would like to have seen a perspex screen at the counter at this moment in the pandemic!

Disgusting people and disgusting place. Cooking fries and meat together and then tipping them into a tray and leaving them sitting together. When I pointed out that this was unacceptable for vegetarians and other non meat eaters I was first told that it hadn’t happened!! I was then told it was common practice and that if I hadn’t seen it I wouldn’t know. I left after being sworn at, shouted at, threatened and called names by a man who then became aggressive and stepped out from behind the counter in an attempt to intimidate me.

Our regular preferred pizza take out. Never lets me down. I would recommend it.

The Pizza's from here where ok but the order was short on the quantity of packs of chips which had been pre-ordered and paid for plus they did not deliver a drink which was part of the only meal deal that was also requested. No point in complaining in the shop to the staff as they have already taken your money and do not wish to display any sign of customer service when you wish to make a complaint. They will even allow other customers in the shop to get involved in something which clearly is none of there business and you are left to be insulted, screamed and shouted at on the street while you try to leave! All in all a very disappointing experience, one which I will never wish to repeat and so will never use this Farm House Pizza brand again. Plenty of other Pizza Shops in the close location who can provide you with the same quality of food if not better coupled with a little more customer service. So my recommendation would be to take your custom elsewhere.

Lovely place nice people and food is good and not to expensive

When your hungry most things look good sadly was a very mixed experience. Got food that was very greasy and veg had seen better days but staff were very nice

A poor place to come we orded a pizza and an hour later we asked and the person said the person was coming and my mum and nan asked on the phone and some rude man put end to both of phones and even said we had not orded a pizza there Shocking and poor place to come Always 1 star

Dissapointing customer service. Didnt get the right pizza so I phoned up. Was called a liar by the manager and not given my change back which the driver did not have at point of delivery. Been ordering at least 10 pizzas a month from these guys but not anymore. Dreadful service and the manager should be sacked!!!

Absolutely poor service, disappointed we received a thin crust pizza, called to complain but they did not take our complaint seriously. Poor overall - even despite we have ordered from them for over 2 years

I shouldn't put one star either. The staff were not trained for Health & Safely. My head struck very hard on the store glass door and rather asking for First Aid they started asking for paying for the damaged glass door. I can't imagine how hard my head was struck so that the glass door was broken. No sympathy to make sure I am okay all they care about was money. Ended up with Police involvement and A & E.

2nd time of using and again overcharged - good job i checked the price online told 15 mins arrived to be told it would be another 20 mins not impressed same last time

The food here is always fresh and tastes so good I'm in love with their pizzas. The people are always friendly and greet you with a smile and there is a nice atmosphere when you walk in. It's the only pizza place I will ever go and there kebabs are just as great too. The drivers are very kind too and are always super sweet to my daughter .

Just wanted to leave a review and say a huge thank you to Farmhouse Pizza in South Oxhey. I ordered loads of the giant square pizzas to feed both adults and kids at my daughter's 3rd birthday party. When I came into the shop in advance the staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The timing of the pizza delivery was critical because of the format of the party, and they reassured me they wouldn't let me down. On the day they were so helpful with the delivery, even carrying the pizzas upstairs for us. The pizzas went down brilliantly at the party with both adults and children coming back for another slice and another slice as they were just delicious! Highly recommended for very tasty pizza, good value and excellent customer service.

Ordered 3 kebabs and was suppose to be with rice, pitta and salad and only had salad. After taking a few bites out of each meal they all had hairs in them. Then had to call back 9 times before they agreed for a refund which would take them 30 minutes to return the money which turned into 1 hour. When the person arrived he had a threatening manner and was very argumentative before giving over the money he said to never call again which I well and truly never will and will be reporting them to food and trading standards

I would like to recommend this farm house pizza For all the customer it worth it to try once . Especially the thin crust pizza and also the garlic pizza bread . They are really good at serving customers u don’t even need to wait long .

Went in to order 2 pizza's, fries with drinks, very unfriendly service then as waited long asked for the drinks at least(payment was done) the staff still didn't give the drinks, later had pizza's then sick at 5am! Had doubt's all the way now have to get ill, what a shame in late 2017. Place must shut down. Not hygienic either, hidden area can't see them making pizza's too.

After being a customer of these guys for some years now, the recent change over has brought an improved taste and quality to their pizza. You will find it hard not to munch it down past the crust.. mind your fingers :)

Ordered pizzas today for my son's birthday party. The manager was really helpful in guiding me how much would be needed. The pizzas arrived piping hot and on time and were really delicious. Highly recommend.

The pizza is square so it fills the box and you get more for your money. They do a bogof deal on pizza if you collect. The pizza is very nice, with a variety of options and I wouldn't go back to Dominos or pizza hut now.
