Pizza Hut in St. Helens

I ordered a pizza and it was wrong, I asked to redo my order but because store was closing, he promised that if I emailed customer services he would authorise a refund. Instead, hes changed his mind and isn’t giving me my refund and gave me 5 slices to my account which I have to order 10 time for 10 slices to get a free pizza, this place is a joke, don’t use and go to the main restaurant or go else where for a pizza

Got the chicken Supreme 😋 The food was great and the service was of equal measure for sure! Would definitely recommended this branch👍

We have always found exceptional service from the staff namely Keith the manager and Rachel the assistant manager never too much trouble by going above and beyond in assistant with any of our orders.

Avoid at all costs rude manager 2 parts of meal wrong and only refunded icecream. Manager literally will argue agressive

This pizza hut shop has the best staff, very friendly and they make the best pizzas around, I won't go anywhere else so well done to all the hard working staff and drivers as nothing is too much trouble x

Would not recommend ordering from here, over an hour and half late, no one answering the phone to deal with the complaint

Don't order delivery from St Helens thay only have 3 drivers and still promising your delivery that they can not possibly do

Send wrong food and still charge , food was cold and customer service is shocking, staff are so rude , got told there is nothing they can do in store and I would have to email , still waiting for a response and from the reviews I have read I'm not counting on it , will not be ordering drom these again.

The delivery driver and food was awesome I think his name was Mark, would definitely go again it was delivered in less than 40 minutes

Worst fast food delivery place i have used in St Helens ,last order from me for this joke of a shop and it's awful staff

Ordered a delivery at 19:01 and said this would be 75-85 minutes - no problem. We waited this amount of time and longer. I rang the store at 20:50 to be told the order was not going to be completed due to lack of stock and they should not of accepted our order despite payment of £54.70 being taken from our bank account. Poor service considering I had to ring myself to find this out and no one from Pizza Hut had contacted us. Sounded like they had taken too many orders on too which they did not seem to be able to fulfil despite already taking money from us. The person from the St. Helens Pizza Hut branch informed me to ring a number for an email address to get the money back. This does not provide an email address just Pizza Hut website. I have logged this with an email with Pizza Hut but I have not yet had a response a week later and I am still waiting and chasing up for a refund. Would not advise ordering from here better off going elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pizzas for my family at 8 - online service said 1 hour 20 mins- which was fine - 1 hour 40 mins still no delivery - phoned up said been busy but pizza was being prepared and be another 30 mins - said ok that ok- 40 mins later still no delivery- phoned again said they were short of staff and pizza had not been prepared yet- 😡- stil waiting at 11 😡- Dear Pizza Hut St. Helens - if you can not deliver on time that's fine, I will go somewhere else! But please let me know so I can order from somewhere else, my wife has gone to sleep now. To top things of when I phoned to complain they hung up😡P.s- my wife works for the NHS this was supposed to be a chill night - far from it.

Did an online order at 6PM. The website said 60 to a maximum of 90 minutes, Tried to telephone after a two hour wait, eventually managed to talk to a lady who told me it will be another 30-40 minutes. Finally arrived 3 hours 15 minutes after we ordered, so why not tell us the truth when we order? You would have much better feedback if you where honest with people, its not difficult and we do realise you are busy but just be honest.

Ordered food at 21:45pm last night was about a £70 order, rang up at 23:00 to see where my food was and it took me 34 calls to get through, finally got through to some one and he said it will be another hour. 1am and still no food what an absolute disgrace the place should be shut down

If i could rate it a zero i would. Just awful.. Terrible service. Horrible undercooked pizza. 2 HOURS late delivery & No apology

Great service, order 30 pizza’s for a birthday which where delivered on time an the order was perfect! Manager was very helpful and the staff where very polite!
