Magic Pizza Swallownest in Sheffield

Terrible service waited 2 hours for food to be told they delivered it not to our address to somewhere else accused me of inputting the address incorrectly so ended up going down to the store. Got there showed my email with the address proof they hadn’t pulled the order from the order system so no matter how long we waited our food would never come.

Shocking service tonight ordered at 7pm phoned at 8:15 after waiting over the 45 minute delivery time to be told he’s 5 minutes away with food. 8:45 still no order. Call back to be told he’s delivered it. Gave me the delivery address wasn’t ours when I challenged this I was rudely told by the person on the phone that I had put my address in wrong. Had to go down to the shop to show the email stating our address and order. Turned out they hadn’t pulled it from the ordering system so we wouldn’t have gotten our food. Tried to tell me the just eat order was ours and that’s what they delivered. Would be understandable if I ordered on just eat rather than their own website. Used to order at least 2/3 Saturdays a month for at least 7 people sadly will not be ordering again.

Constantly order from here really good customer never had problem, until tonight took 1 hour 30mins to come pizza was cold, chips were luke warm.. asked for calzone to NOT be cut up, they cut it up... filling falls out and turns to complete mess that was also luke warm disappointed

Great food super fast delivery, one of best chicken sish kebabs had in a long time, fries crunchy not soggy like most really tasty pizza all arrived super quick

Awful service. Young girl on the front counter had no manners. Everything was to much of a hassle for her only wanted to change my chips. The special garlic bread was the worse I've had in years no flavour to it far to much tomato base and hardly any cheese. Couldn't even taste the garlic which was every disappointing
