Ash Vale Kebab House in Guildford

Ordered here multiple times without issue. However i ordered tonight and opted to pay by cash at the door on their website. I waited over an hour for it to be delivered and no one turned up. When i eventually called and asked if it was coming the man who picked up was extremely rude, spoke little English, shouted somthing to his colleague and proceeded to hang up the phone. I am extremely disappointed, and now where its so late i am having to go without food. Will not be purchasing from here again

The food is fantastic The naan was fresh and pillowy, straight from the tandoor, and the chutneys on the side added just the right kick. What really impressed me was the quality of the meat—it was tender, flavorful, and not greasy at all. The staff were friendly and quick with service, and the atmosphere was cozy but lively, just like a true neighborhood gem.

Absolute joke, ordered two chicken shish wraps with chips and onion rings. I ordered no salad for my wrap and this is what I got. The chips looked like yesterday’s chips thrown back in the fryer and the onion rings were soggy. And the food was lukewarm when it was delivered… Won’t be ordering from here again, terrible food.

Rude staff after sending the wrong order, we were told that’s what we ordered and to deal with it. Not the way you should be treated.
