Huuuge disappointment with this store. I recently moved to Basildon and this was my first ever order from this store and shock of all shocks, when it was time to deliver, the delivery person calls me and says they can’t deliver to my flat and I have to meet them at reception- why? I asked and she said they don’t have insurance so if they have an accident coming up to my flat, they don’t get paid. I was flabbergasted. I have lived in different parts of the UK and Domino’s has always been my go to pizza place , never have I ever had such a bizarre excuse for not delivering to my door. Every single Domino’s in every other part of the UK that I lived delivered direct to my door , I don’t have to make a trip down to the lobby to “collect” something I paid to have delivered to my door for convince . To make matters even more annoying, I happen to have a mobility disability so when I think of what I have to do to get down to the lobby to collect a large order comprising several boxes from this Domino’s Basildon Pitea delivery, I figure as much as I love Domino’s, it’s not worth the stress and pain. So thanks Domino’s Basildon Pitsea, you’ve lost a very lucrative customer . Hopefully one day they catch up with the rest of their competitors who actually deliver direct to door and do not stop at lobby

We had a family deal delivery because of the virus. Very good food and thoroughly enjoyable even though they didn’t deliver one of the items ordered. The delivery came early and the man was polite and even reminded us to stay in doors. Well done and thank you. Enjoy.

A long drive home and I finally got to Domino's Pizza at Pitsea at 10.50pm. I expected them to say that they were closed, but the staff were lovely. I dithered a bit on what I wanted, and changed it twice, but they were so sweet. A large pizza for £10 was awesome value and it was really tasty. I had a new yorker with red onion and jalapenos on a thin and crispy base, and it was lovely. Still piping hot by the time I got home, too. Big thanks to the two ladies working there that were busy clearing up and tending to my order at the same time. Top marks in all areas!

Absolutely awful, paid for our order, to be told it's not being delivered because all of the drivers are 'scared' what absolute nonsense, never again.

Came here last night and got blocked in for around 20 mins after beeping my horn a lot , even went in their shop to ask if it was their car blocking me, no reply, then when the pizzas were ready they decide it was their car and move it, then I jump back in my car to another dominoes pizza delivery driver to park behind me again!!! To say I was fuming is an understatement! Would eat from here, seen many pest control people in and out this shop full of rude staff and yellow fingers from chain smoking!! Gross! Would never order from this dump.

Ordered a pizza, it took ages to arrive and was cold when it turned up. Tried calling to complain, but no-one picked up the phone. Typical service - never again.

Stay away if vegetarian or Muslim found bacon/pork on a pizza. Phoned to complain. Promised refund which we never got. Wouldnt use these again

Can't really go wrong with dominos pizza it's one of my favourite chains but it can be a bit pricey and I had a bit of a wait in here

(PLEASE NOTE: This review is for a home delivery of food from this restaurant, NOT a review of the restaurant itself, which I have never visited) My wife won a free Domino's pizza as part of a Facebook promotion by Gala Bingo for "National Pizza Day" (09/02/18). We were over the moon! We never win anything. So, the Gala folk asked for our address, what pizza we'd like and what time we'd like it. We went with a Hawaiian at 8.30pm, which they duly ordered on our behalf at approx 4.30pm that afternoon. Lovely!Anyway, a harrassed-looking delivery guy arrived at approx 9.10pm, 40 minutes later than arranged. Pizza was stone cold, as were the potato wedges and garlic bread which came with the meal. Now tbh, I don't mind a slice of cold pizza if it's a quality pie. We'll often get a Pizza Hut or a Pizza Express pizza and leave a slice or two for the morning. But this was just a hard, dry disc, comparable in quality to the store-brand frozen efforts you can pick up for £2 in the local supermarket (but cold). On the plus side, the warm cookies which also came with the meal were still warm and really very nice indeed. I didn't want to complain straight to Domino's because we didn't pay for the meal and I certainly wasn't going to complain to Gala to whom we were - and are - very grateful. But free rubbish is still rubbish and if I'd paid (my wife told me the meal had an £18.99 total value) I'd have been fuming. I certainly won't be paying for anything from them in the future as a result. What a shame.

Nice pizza but PLEASE stop feeding the pigeons your left over pizza bases. I have seen your workers throw cut up bread outside your shop to feed them. While you may think you're being kind to them, This row of shops has a very bad pigeon infestation. The floor outside is always covered in pigeon shit. I have literally had pigeons fly into me while walking outside this shop. The pigeons you feed are not normal pigeons. They are city pigeons full of diseases. There would be no difference if you was feeding rats. You are causing vermin to shit all over your pizza shop. PLEASE stop feeding them or you will make your customers ill!! I have reported this and hopefully a pest control/hygiene inspector will come soon as I just can't stand the infestation of birds at this place. I stopped eating here months ago but felt the need to leave a review as i literally had 2 pigeons fly into my earlier today when walking past this shop.

Went on a Monday night, enough staff to cover the quiet evening but the service was very slow. Water took 30 mins to come after asking 3 times. One Waitrose was extremely moody and sullen and made us feel like a nuisance for any request. I would question why she is in the service industry. Ask is not a cheap affordable family option like it use to be and is certainly overpriced for what you get, particularly in service. Shame, this was for my sons 13th birthday and we are disappointed with the experience provided for us.

Uncooked dough, it was a horrible experience. Please let the pizza cooked properly.
