Ok but nothing more. Appears to be a wholesaler but the prices were the same as in your local supermarket. Not really sure where it is supposed to sit in the food chain.

Leaving a review tonight as the food tasted absolutely delicious! and the delivery didn't take long at all! Will be ordering again soon :)

Turned up nearly 30 minutes late after calling the restaurant twice and it was all cold and the pizza wasn’t even what I ordered

Food was yummy. Chips hot and fresh. Donnor wraps were full of meat. The only bad thing, is the meat was very greasy. But, tasted delicious 😋. 5/5

Up the road is great , can’t beat a lunch time kebab at work. Food is always spot on and love the chips in the pizza box always hot and good tasty food . Highly recommend

I understand the delivery time can’t be helped when loads of traffic about. But customers should be contacted and made aware and delivery’s should wait. Over an hr for a 5 minute journey the food was always going to be freezing cold.

I suspect that the driver had a lot of orders before mine, as mine arrived cold, which is unusual for Up The Road.

Genuinely the worst kebab I've had since moving here I got a Belgian kebab the portion of meat was a joke and the kebab meat itself salty overcooked dry no flavour and bad texture I also called up after waiting a hour and the guy was rude I got put on hold then another guy came to the phone and he was rude and then also stated it's out on delivery and will be with me 10/15 minutes for it to then arrive another 45 minutes after that conversation literally got a chicken shish the other night was on the toilet all night someone needs to check this place out will not be ordering again I suggest you STAY AWAY

Wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone, but it's cheap, and quick.

I selected tomato sauce base and got BBQ sauce base.

Pizza was delicious, garlic bread was basic, but the chips tasted as if they had been reheated or cooked and kept warm, which is disappointing as they usually have the best chips around. 6/10

I used to use up the road every weekend years ago. It's gone down hill unfortunately. Food either over cooked, burnt or soggy. Missing items which never get delivered even when promised. I have now given up with them.

Ordered food & after contacting restaurant several times as it didn’t arrive to then be told it had been delivered, his drivers have over 10 years experience and it’s been delivered & my girlfriend has taken it in!! Rude!!! Do not use!!

ordered at 09.20pm. Was told 10.15pm the 10.45pm. Called the restaurant at 11.00pm was told 3-5 minutes. Order never arrived at all! Had to request a refund through just eat! Appalling service!

Pizza warm but Dow hard and half of pizza undercooked.. Dow very white on one site, underneath of staffing and edges.. Looks like quick cook from outside only... I was hungry so eating what I can and bin the rest..

Worst kebab I’ve ever had - portion was supposed to be XL but I’ve had more meat in small kebabs from other places! Food was also incredibly greasy and overcooked in places - felt like some of it was just reheated from the day before! Salad not fresh! Would not be using again or recommend to anyone!

Never ever order from these have been a very good customer untill tonight when I got called every name understand the sun being told to f**k off all because they sent the wrong pizza out so I phoned back for the right pizza to be sent out after numerous of time phoning and asking where the pizza was as they told me 20 mins it didn’t turn till hours 15 mins later and when I phoned for a refund he said I treaky they are vile when asking for money back

If you value your time and money - avoid this place. I ordered from here late at night via Just-Eat. When I called about my order after an hour - they said they didn't have my door number (lie) - and that it would cost extra to have it (re)delivered (scam.)

Do not order from here. Food turned up 2 hours late, food was cold and not what we ordered. Man on phone swore and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and swore at me. Avoid 100% Very rude on the phone and will be paying him a visit tomorrow ;)

Pizza was burnt. Order was nowhere to be seen after an hour and 20 minutes. Owner refused refund and repeatedly called me ‘baba’ and a ‘stupid wonker’ when I was simply asking for a refund. Avoid like the plague.

we had to ring to see where the order was 15 minutes after it had said been delivered. To be told only 2 more minutes, to it taking another 15 minutes. and the food being barely warm.

Rang them when the app said delivered, They told me it was still out for delivery. Rang again after 20 minutes and was told the same. After half an hour I Rang and they said it was delivered to the wrong house so sent me out another order. I got my food after an hour. I stood outside and the delivery driver STILL tried to deliver it to another house. 3 hungry children

Terrible service got my order wrong so I called and they said they'd replace it but ended up waiting for almost an hour for nobody to show up

Delivery 12.55-1.15. Then changed to 1.50 after it said delivered and I questioned it. 2 called and said 2mins away. 2.15 still no sign so going to bed and requesting refund. I no England won so prob busy if that’s the case change your delivery times to 2 hours

Most of the food was lovely, the chips were cold, smelt burnt and tasted like they were a few days old. My boyfriend couldn't eat them, straight in the bin.
