Never ever order from these have been a very good customer untill tonight when I got called every name understand the sun being told to f**k off all because they sent the wrong pizza out so I phoned back for the right pizza to be sent out after numerous of time phoning and asking where the pizza was as they told me 20 mins it didn’t turn till hours 15 mins later and when I phoned for a refund he said I treaky they are vile when asking for money back

Staff always really polite and food always fresh and tasty I love there pizza and hot wings

If you value your time and money - avoid this place. I ordered from here late at night via Just-Eat. When I called about my order after an hour - they said they didn't have my door number (lie) - and that it would cost extra to have it (re)delivered (scam.)

Do not order from here. Food turned up 2 hours late, food was cold and not what we ordered. Man on phone swore and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and swore at me. Avoid 100% Very rude on the phone and will be paying him a visit tomorrow ;)

Pizza was burnt. Order was nowhere to be seen after an hour and 20 minutes. Owner refused refund and repeatedly called me ‘baba’ and a ‘stupid wonker’ when I was simply asking for a refund. Avoid like the plague.

When I come home from an extremely long shift at work, i DO NOT expect this kind of service and food from anyone let alone this pizza company, I come into the pizza place and right away I get stared at by two Indian workers. Odd. Then I get a mouthful from the person on the till whilst ordering, I come home at last with my pizza and open the box to this!!!!!! ITS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR £16.99 is it! I'm certain that the two Indian workers was eyeing up my underrage daughter instead of me too which just infuriates me further! THE worst food place I've come across I strongly recommend to stay away!

My pizza was blacker than Nelson Mandela and it looked like it had been dragged up the road! Would not recommend.

Pizza was burned as well as no taste to it at all but not forgetting the delivery driver dropping our extras on the floor and then tried to blame me for it 🤔 never ordering from here again

They gave me a bottle of Pepsi that was covered in dirt and grease and the pizza looked like it had been sat on by the delivery driver.

Second time I have been and ordered the same 20” half meat feast and half donner and jalapeño and it has been 5***** on both occasions- what a cracking place to feast 🤝👍👊

Ordered tonight . 1/2lb Cheeseburger, Thick Chips (that they advertise on their menu at £4.99 instead of normal thin chips), and Garlic Bread with Cheese. What I actually received was the 1/2lb Cheeseburger, thin chips and no garlic bread with cheese. I phoned the store, spoke to a young lad and was told they don’t do thick chips and when I asked why they are advertising them on the menu all he could do was say sorry about that. He said the manager Tamu will organise a refund through Uber but I’m not convinced anything is going to happen. Avoid this place as shower of poo

Chefs Special, Not nice, why cut the chicken so thin, it becomes so dry like eating cardboard ? There is more. Nice chips though. Would I order here again, definitely NO

Right so I have ordered from here plenty of times and I didn’t enjoy the food I havnt ordered for like 3 months I fancied a kebab for dinner and orderd from up the road I’m not sure if under new management but by far the best food I have received tonight hot , amazing and the meat from the mixed kebab came with a big wrap underneath so the grease don’t leak which made it better (having a big wrap) the seasoning on the meat was amazing and I also ordered a donnor wrap they grilled the wrap which was amazing ! Normally the meat is flavourless but not this time by far the best kebab and wrap I have received keep it up I will be a regular customer ! 100% will recommend really enjoyed the food ! 🥰

Read the reviews and was really worried about getting food here but it's amazing! They delivered earlier then expected, no food missing and it tastes amazing! I'll definitely be ordering from here again! However I reccommend telling the driver on the bike to be a bit quieter when delivery at night/early morning :) very very loud on his bike

Pizza was black due to being burnt. we phoned for a replacement, they said no worries we will get it sent out and apologised. They get to the door the boss is screaming down the phone. We was refused the replacement pizza. We asked to then speak to the boss that was screaming on the phone and he said he “no longer wants to speak with us” we let the rude driver go we phoned back and the restaurant was just rude. To then accuse me of being a child. When I’m 20! Then they agreed to come back with the replacement at this point after all the faffing the replacement was stone cold anyway.

I called up a few nights ago asking a few questions about the pizza (vegetarian, vegan and asking about their dairy products), the person on the phone was very rude and unwelcoming. And when I questioned him politely saying “sorry?” He hung up. I tried to call back as I wanted to order the food and he then started saying I’m a time waster for asking questions. Despite the fact I was then about to order. He then said go away and hung up? I was absolutely shocked and appalled by his attitude and behaviour? Will not be attempting to order from here again. Disgustingly rude. I’ll stick to domino’s or papa johns

Very rude manager, when trying to order food was told how much it would be after taking my order then proceeded to laugh and try to insult me. Was willing to pay the price for the journey and pay for more food but was then hung up on twice. Haven’t got any food, very unprofessional.

Delivery driver came Sunday 12/03/23 to drop delivery but came without change. Gave him£20.00 and meal was £14.50.promised me change would be through letter box by this morning and isn't and up the road now not picking up the phone even though open

Food was over an hour late, full order didn’t even arrive which then took another 30 minutes. When I did finally receive what I had paid for it was freezing cold, hard and appeared to have been spat in. I didn’t even feed it to my dog!

Unacceptable rude delivery driver we pay for delivery but yet she is rude when first arrives do u want to come down get it I am 8 months pregnant how rude and unprepared didn't have change when she came to the door was about to walk of not say anything she shouted do u want to come get it 30 p then it's in the car my order was infact 19.18 so two ten pound notes she received and it would have been 82 p this was one of ur own drivers since I paid cash was half an hour late on top of that not friendly at all

Two hour delay. A lot of ‘misinformation’ and chases. The food was good once arrived - and plenty of it! Unfortunately I won’t be using them again as it’s supposed to make life easier.

It's been a long-time dibce I visited, the foods good the staff are friendly and it's open until late. If uou haven't got a car it's a little bit put of the way unless you live on the new estate just down the road.

We placed a order on Friday evening. For 12 inch garlic bread with cheese. And a 12 inch meat feast .The meat feast was raw and uncooked .my partner ate a slice. And said it tasted doughy and uncooked .I didn't attempt to try a slice. As I have a very sensitive stomach. I phoned the pizza shop.And asked to speak to the manager. He was very rude .And was not listening to me .He wanted me to send pictures to him of the pizza. I felt he was calling me a liar .And I didn't take to kindly to that.i know when a pizza is cooked or not .I asked for a refund or another pizza .hence they were not interested. We then went to the shop with the pizza. To let them view it.All the staff were very rude .And they are rip off merchants. Only out to get your money.wont be ordering from them again.

Wouldn't advice going with these nearly £7 for this tiny chicken wrap no salad no sauce wouldn't have mind if they gave me the rest of the chicken and when you get cocky workers there mainly aiden that couldn't seem less interested if he tried actual joke!!!!

Terrible business. Had never had an issue before last week. I have to review an old order as I ordered from their site. I called multiple times to ask about the food, it arrived an hour late and stone cold. I called to ask for a refund and was told it would take 2 days. It's been a week and I have seen nothing of the sort. Extremely rude on the phone and got hung up on multiple times whilst trying to sort this. Not only was the food cold but I had something in my chips, unsure if it was a hair or packaging from something else. Absolutely disgusting treatment to their customers. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

i choked on metal wiring that was inside my chicken doner wrap. It has cut my throat and i am now bleeding. absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Never a bad meal ..no matter the time of day we order always the same great quality ..and the amazing extra bit of flat bread you get is awesome by the way we love it ...just makes us come back everytime ..no where else does that ..well done you deserve the credit and keep it up ..

Most of their food is lovely, the burgers are sublime, the pizzas are delicious and the chips are amazing. But their kebabs are disgusting. Order 99% of their food but avoid the kebabs at all cost.

Ordered tonight from another pizza place who took money then didn't answer phone or deliver food. Called Up The Road at 11.30pm ordered and delivered only took 30 mins hot, fresh and delicious. Have definitely found our new fav plus they answered messages extremely quickly via Google chat aswell. Thanks

Dont Order from here. Ordered a Kebab and the plat was swimming in grease. A stupid little pot of source. Really not worth the money. Ordered from Mega Grill much better food So five years later and I've decided to return as a customer. Sadly I still have nothing good to say about this place. This time the food was still dripped in grease and I never received my bottle of drink I ordered. The delivery driver told me he be back within 20 mins and never returned. Next day called up the store and the woman told me she let the manager know and they will send the drink out. Guest what they never send the drink out. I will stick with my original place and never return. Absolutely 💯 gross both services and food. DO NOT COME HERE

Absolutely disgusting service. Wrong items but did not take any accountability for this. Agreed to send out replacement even though they said it was "my fault" - called 30 mins later and said they will not be sending out correct order. Manager took my personal number off of the order and started texting me. Denied he was management and then admitted he is the manager after I called the store several times asking to speak to management. Food that they delivered was incorrect and completely inedible. Only gave 1 star as I wanted to leave a bad review. Would give 0 stars if I could.
