The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

I have been using pizza go go for maybe 4 years. Only recently service has dropped. I rang and ordered a collection service, arrived at the shop to be ignored by staff, I could see my pizza sitting on top of the oven. I appreciate they was busy doing something but then the phone rang below me. The assistant answered, took another order then ignored me. So took the call replaced the receiver and carried on ignoring me whilst my order getting cold. Finally had to shout up and ask for my order. By the time I got home it was cold. So thanks. Pizza gogo, still hungry and ignored, Will never use this place again, terrible customer service. Can't comment on the food as in bin as cold but in the past never had a problem. Maybe a change of staff would be a good start.

Una palabra "Terrible". No vayas más allá. El personal es muy poco profesional no sabe hablar. Si pudiera les daré 5 estrellas.

Unos amigos fueron al restaurante en la primera semana de enero de 2025. La comida era buena, pero el personal no podía hablar inglés adecuado, uno de los camareros fue grosero con nuestro amigo sobre su abrigo quedándose en una silla. Nuestro camarero trajo lata de coca con una copa de vino vacía. Esperaba que tomáramos coca - cola de una copa de vino, estábamos confundidos. Pero más tarde apareció por qué la copa de vino vacía venía con lata de coca. Nos cobraron por una copa de vino que nunca llegó a nuestra mesa, nunca pedimos, ni consumimos. Al final de la tarde, nuestro camarero (tenía cola de caballo) trajo una factura que tenía artículos que no hemos pedido o consumido. Tenga cuidado con su factura, siempre pida recibo, y lo ideal es que el pedido para llevar no cene debido al mal comportamiento del personal. Bill inflado, personal grosero, pero buena comida. Bueno para llevar, malo para cenar

Not a good review unfortunately, both times I visited the man was on his phone no customers in shop but took time to serve used his bare hands to touch the burger bun without cleaning hands never give me my penny change didn't even ask lol. Second time same situation sour faced woman didn't want to be there on the phone touching the dirty screen then back to the burger bun. Didn't offer me my change again. I'm sure it's a front cause no one cares about the business and it filthy in there.

The order arrived the chicken had been sat for a long time we could not even remove the chicken from the boan it was so dry and tuff the hot wings WHERE full of grease and also tuff the chips was cold...... really as a food establishment you should be ashamed of your self you cant keep changing the name of your shop it wont change the food the way you cook and prepare it I would not eat there if I was starving save you money go to kfc it's not far off the price of there RUBBISH at least its edible.........

ordered 2 kebabs, portions were huge. Would have liked a little more salad. Will order again.

It came an hour late and I am very disappointed with the service

This used to be good until they started to go SO WRONG with the food, your only there for some yummy food? 1st, it was so expensive and totally nit worth it 2nd, the cookies where HALF BAKED and cookies contain eggs! So that could of been bad but it was fine, I through them away and said that I'm never going there again. I also got 7 chicken strips. They where fine but they could of been better cooked so it's more crispy 3rd, the atmosphere was nice but it was so hot and it felt very uncomfortablun and there where heaters everywhere but except that, the walls with the phrases where good and the tables where crusty and there was leftover pizza not thrown away. What a shame dominoes I thought yall where better than this 😡

Ordered on deliveroo rang the store as my order was running late only to be told my order can’t be delivered as the store doesn’t cover my order that is 13 minutes away from me

Always a good pizza here compared to the other big pizza chains, shame the branch is closing.

Other thing is fine. The pizza is amazing as per usual, but when people ask for extra dip like one more, why do you guys hesitate to give one extra dip?. The other day I bought a small and medium pizza. You gave me one garlic dip with medium one but not with the small one. So , if someone buys small one, does that mean they'll have to eat without dip? That's just ridiculous. Please have a look.

food was cold and took over 2 hours

Placed an order over phone, wrong food delivered and no answer at the restaurant when calling to send it back, purposely hanging up the phone. Would not recommend the Uxbridge restaurant at all, poor customer service.
