Pizza on Time in Hackney

Cancelaron mi pedido después de dejarme esperar 15 minutos. Tenía niños molestos, hambrientos y muy molestos que no entendían... Horrible servicio al cliente también.

Hace poco pedí pizza con papas fritas de este lugar, y desafortunadamente, ambas fueron quemadas. La pizza tenía bordes carbonizados, y las patatas fritas eran demasiado duras, casi no comestibles. Cuando llamé para quejarme, la persona en el teléfono admitió que los chips estaban quemados, pero a pesar de reconocer el problema, se negó a ofrecer un reemplazo. Su actitud fue increíblemente grosera y desdeñosa, como si fuera mi culpa que la comida estuviera mal preparada. En lugar de tratar de resolver el problema, fue discutidor e irrespetuoso, empeorando aún más toda la experiencia. Con un triste 1. Clasificado con 5 estrellas en TripAdvisor, está claro que este lugar tiene problemas con la calidad de la comida y el servicio al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente mantenerse alejado de este establecimiento. Hay un montón de otros restaurantes que realmente se preocupan por su comida y sus clientes.

Super amable y servicial! Servicio estelar! Abierto incluso en medio de la noche y se mantuvo abierto para ayudarnos. Él sabe inglés, que fue muy útil. Muy impresionado : )

Pagando 20 libras. 85 para una pizza regular es un poco mucho, y he pedido una pizza XL y he recibido la regular. Qué vergüenza.

Absolutely terrible services ! Kept calling to be told it would be 15 mins every time I called , ended up being over an hour late and we weren’t hungry anymore

It said it would take 15-20 mins, it took an hour! Food came stone cold and nothing like what I ordered! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a family meal snd got a pizza for one then when I called claimed couldn't hear me shambles

After ordering our pizza we waited for 2 hours to find it still had not arrived, the delivery time kept shifting on ubereats later and later. Thankfully we had a phone number to contact to ask about the status...that was disconnected and did not even call. Disgusted and hurt and starved by this atrocity. We had to eat ice that night.

The food never arrived! They told me they couldn't cancel the order which is not true. So I waited for 3 hours then gave up and went to bed.

Late, cold, all round awful. Delivery driver showed up originally with no pizza in the pizza box & was laughing about it. He told us another driver was on their way and then left. Over an hour and a half after we originally ordered, our food still not had come. We called the restaurant and when we complained about poor service they literally hung up the phone. When the food finally came, it was cold and just absolutely disgusting overall.

Worst pizza place. Honestly, save yourself and do not bother. Terrible staff. Terrible service. The irony of the name.

Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza deal from here via Uber eats and despite being a bit late for the first order it was great. Really nice pizzas👍🏻

I order food as on delivery stated it was open and took 10 min. But after more than one hour and still no food I found out the telephone wasn't working and nobody was preparing my food. So I spoke with deliveroo and they will refund me. SCAMMERS!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE !!!

We called the pizza place to ask if they could add sauces to our order the male on the phone was extremely rude and speaking highly sarcastically with me. Awful and rude with no customer service skills!! I will never be coming her and wouldn’t ever visit again. Food took over an hour to arrive. STAY AWAY!!! RUDE STAFF!!

We just received a delivery over an hour late and ice cold, missing items and fewer than a handful of chips. I called the restaurant and they said this is because we were too far away? When I asked why they had accepted the order, if that were the case, they hung up on me. I called back to ask for a refund and they said they would refund the cost of a coke and if I wanted more, I'd have to go through ubereats, and hung up again. I was polite throughout and have to say was rather shocked by the hostility. 'Pizza on Time' - the irony!

Our pizza’s never showed up! Thankfully Deliveroo refunded us. Definitely not On Time. Really bad!!!

Awful service, possibly the worst ever. They made the wrong pizza for me but they wouldn’t sort it out and didn’t care. I had a family emergency and they wouldn’t deliver my correct order to me, only if I collected which wasn’t possible. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend Tops Pizza opposite instead.

The pizza didn’t arrive on time ( still didn’t got it) and the customers were rude, it’s just a joke...change the name of the restaurant!

That popeye pizza was sublime, without doubt the best I've had. Will definitely order again.

Food hasn't been up to usual standards

The food was okay, but I did not ask for the pizza to be thin, did I? No. So everything ended up dropping off the pizza when I was eating. Plus they messed up with all the dips that I had to pay extra for!? They delivered me 7 dips where 4 of them were Garlic&Herb, which was disgusting, and I only wanted to try it that's why I ordered 2 not 4. Also, I did not get any sour cream dips and was missing 2 garlic mayonnaise dips. I am a bit disappointed as I was using just-eat for the first time and I think that they promised me too many products that the 'pizza on time' just did not have but I still had to pay for. Tell me if this is fair for a customer who pays for their meal, and if you had done a good job, because I do not think you did.

Ordered a chicken steak burger, got a really bad not even a chicken burger. Just mash up chicken. Waste of money. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND ORDER FROM THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Cheap and cheerful, you really do get quite a lot for your money.

The food was ok and felt bit sick but it was kinda eatable and my friend din't liked it.

The food was really bland, cold and arrived cold. A complete waste of time and money.
