the pizza was good, it was tasty and crust was soft and good. I would give it a 3/5 so it was good for a snack or lunch

I had really high expectations for this pizza place however was left utterly disappointed. I bit into the pizza and the base tasted raw which is a huge disappointing shame. Also ordered a garlic pizza bread which was just slightly thicker than a wrap which was very crispy - not in a good sense. And mozzarella sticks which I probably could’ve cooked better myself. They’re attached to an Indian restaurant which however is incredible so I’m shocked how unsatisfactory the pizza was. I took one bite and had to throw the rest away. It looked fine upon first glance but upon taste it was oily and the dough was not cooked properly.

Ordered after receiving a leaflet through door. 1hr 50min wait for food. Had to ring twice for an update. Cold and under cooked. Told at the door reasons why it was late. “No fresh kebab meat, had to wait for more to be cooked” Their problem shouldn’t be mine.

Great place and great atmosphere, food awesome aswell - train your bar staff. Dreadful service down the bottom of the court yard. Haven’t got a clue how to run a bar.

Just awful. Ordered a number of items for my family and we are now sat in bed eating crisps instead of the boxes of disgust they consider food. You want some wings? Quid each for a small chicken wing and expect them to be stone black and burnt when they arrive. Garlic bread doused in oregano and inedible. Kebab meat heavily seasoned to the point it’s inedible. £30+ wasted. Portion size: 6/10 Flavour: -10/10 Would I return? Absolutely not. Quite literally the worst food I’ve had in Louth.

Went in this Nepalese restaurant specifically because the menu they had displayed in their window included plant-based options. We waited 20 minutes to be seated, another ten to be served, only to then be told that because it was match-day, there was a 'special' menu, which had no plant-based options. I complained in the hope they would offer to make something satisfactory, but alas, I was told there was tarka dal or Bombay potatoes as a main. Misleading menu, poor service and a waste of time, so wouldn't go there again

Ordered 2 chocolate fudge cakes via uber. Took over 40 mins to deliver 2 small slices of unheated cake. From a resturant 3 mins drive away. The chocolate fudge cake at pizza express used to be so lovely, this one is now small and very average and cost £7.50 a slice, not worth it. Doesn't come with cream or ice cream anymore.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. After waiting at the front, the manager assured us we would be seated within ten minutes, as I was with two elderly guests who couldn’t stand for long. Thirty minutes later, an employee cleared a table near the front that had been empty since our arrival, only for us to be seated at a completely different table. The staff was disorganized and rude. While our food arrived quickly, we were given side plates that hadn’t been cleaned from previous guests. On top of that, the staff repeatedly ignored my attempts to get their attention, forcing us to get up and ask for our bill at the front. When we received the bill, it included items we didn’t order. The situation worsened when I tried to use my valid Pizza Express vouchers (which are valid Sunday-Thursday), but the manager and staff were rude and aggressive. I was told the vouchers weren’t accepted on Sundays, and that the employee was "doing us a favor" by accepting them, even after I pointed out the terms and conditions on the vouchers. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning to this location again.
