Seems these guys have forgotten how to make pizza. Just had a garlic pizza bread that was awful with no tomato sauce and my pizza had no crusts. Won't be ordering from here again in a hurry

Website advised using the app. Used the App. There is no option for collection in the app. Used postcode for the South Bar store. A delivery driver phones up and asks where I am. (I was a short walk away going to the store.) Then, when I tell the girl in store, she says she'll put credit on my account to account for the delivery issue. No credit was put on my account. She lied.

Ever since pizza hut closed this is the best place to get a stuffed crust margarita pizza

I speak to you like you are on the floor. They’re rude that arrogant one English person in the establishment absolutely disgusting. My son’s card got fraud taken and money got taken from it. When he mentioned it to them. She turned around and said tough not our problem contact the police I wouldn’t recommend going to this establishment as many other pizza places in town stay clear of it. I’ve ordered from here before and I’ve had glass in my pizza That’s how bad this place is stay clear of it it’s not the place. I’ve had pizzas as well that won’t cooked properly and as well as that when you take them back they turn round and tell you well then put it in your own oven. The food is good however the customer service is appalling and staff are extremely unhelpful and rude, I would now avoid ordering from there after this experience.

Placed an order on the app and when order eventually arrived one item was missing. I called to advise of missing item and was met with a rude male who wouldn’t listen to a word I said. I eventually managed to get a word in and said I’m missing chicken strips from my order to which he aggressively told me “we will just send you some more” to which I said ok do you need to take my address to which he just hung up! I called back and was answered by a female who immediately said “we are busy tonight I need to put you on hold” before I could even say hello or ok hold beeping music was being blared at me for 5 minutes down the phone. She eventually came back and I explained the missing item to which she said we will send a one now with the driver and will be 10 mins. 50 mins pass and still nothing so I call back and speak to the same girl and just explain I just want my money back now as we have had our food and it’s taken too long. She then puts me on hold for another 5 mins and comes back to advise me my money will be refunded but with no explanation of how and when. I questioned her on will I get confirmation of refund to which I was placed on hold again!!!! She then came back and said she didn’t know so I asked to speak with the manager who advised my refund will take 5-7 working days and if it is not refunded by then to call back and there is no process of sending any confirmation of refund!!! Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced! Seems like all staff are either extremely rude or have no idea what they are doing. Would recommend anyone who thinks of ordering pizza locally NOT to go to Dominos Pizza!!!!!

We all had a pizza each in the early hours of 15/12/2023 and they were all very tasty and hot. Will definitely use again.

I like the pizza and the fact you can customize it to your liking. Haven't experienced any problems with it, maybe because I always collect myself instead of a delivery.

Contracted food poisoning and made me ill.

We placed an order via the app. We were tracking order an noticed delivery driver stayed in the same place for 15 minutes. When we called the restaurant, they asnwered and we politely explained the situation and then three times the phone was put down. When we spoke to the 4th person he was very aggressive over the phone. The treatment we received from the restaurant tonight was awful and would not recommend with current staff and/or management. Delivery driver was polite when finally arrived at door.

Terrible service full of liars and illegal immigrants working the counter and tampering with food I found hairs in my pizza

This place is so friendly and the staff is always helpful. They really take pride in their job. It’s not Dominos like Dominos….

TLDR: Terrible service, and lies to customers. Made an order for a pizza. After an hour it hadn't appeared, and had received no telephone calls, despite my telephone details being correct. I called the the place I had ordered from, and apparently the address was incorrect. This, however, should not have been an issue as the address they had was two doors down, the notes I added included the marque and colour of my car, and it would be impossible to leave the (one way) street from that address without passing my house and seeing said vehicle. In addition, my 'phone details provided were correct and I had had no missed calls. They promised to attempt to redeliver. After a further hour I had not received what I had ordered. I called again. At this point I was lied to. I was told that they had attempted to 'phone three times. This is a particularly stupid lie, as the number I had given them was my mobile, as such full inbound call history is naturally available to me. There were no missed calls. During this conversation, it was also pretty clear that they're preferred solution was to resend the pizza. Not a new one, I hasten to add, the same pizza. A pizza that, according to them, had been made two hours ago, had been sent out twice, and if I am being charitable I assume had been sitting under a heat lamp in the mean time. After much haranguing, I was promised a refund and went with a competitor. However, it would not surprise me if this turns out to be another lie.

Order wasn’t complete when I phoned was told it will be out with the next driver but didn’t come, person on the phone was rude and didn’t give a toss!! pizza was squashed and cold, asked for extra cheese but hardly had any on it at all, wedges were cold and stodgy.

I know it's not gourmet but the BBQ base pizza at Domino's is fantastic. Way better than pizza hut.

First of all if I could leave less then one star i would… banbury dominos takeaway baljed was the most rudest person I have ever experienced. Me and my friend ordered a pizza, garlic bread, cookies and Pepsi. Firstly he got the order wrong, we waited 20-30, he only brought out the pizza and garlic bread. When we questioned where the rest of the order was he he had no idea and walked away, when we then asked again he walked away again and stood near the door behind the til and stared at me and my friend in the eyes making us feel extremely uncomfortable. When we then again asked where the rest of the order was he refused to serve us, stomped to the back of the shop whitest staring at us horribly and refused to acknowledge that he didn’t do our order properly. We then had to wait another 15 plus minutes whiles our pizza was getting cold for the rest of our original order. Would highly not recommend this dominos, especially as it was me and my friend after a night out we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed and scared

Messed up my order could not be bothered to replace missing items and no refund offered guy on phone was rude worst place ever will never be ordering from them ever again. Not the 1st time this place has messed up on my order.

I'd suggest ordering from anywhere else, the food they produce is low quality and they are beyond rude over the phone. Customer service will provide you with a free pizza but they wont let you claim it. They have replied to my concerns that were raised and said that I was going to be contacted by customer support. This did not happen and will lie on reviews about actions they've taken.

Great service and thank you to Jaomi. Even that I was the most awkward customer he and his colleague (sorry for not remembering the name) did the most to be able to accommodate my order and giving a great customer service. Hope higher management are able to read this and value their team for being great. Thank you.

Honestly they can't send not even one order correctly. Every time i am here for a work trip , i am trying to have a pizza and the orders are always wrong or something is missing. I gave up i have even stopped calling them to ask the rest of my order. On a positive note friendly polite drivers .

Large collection order for post bowling dinner. Slightly later than estimated but you'd expect that for a large order. Staff seemed frustrated at the request for help getting out the door.

Nice and reasonably priced pizza with an app that works, which is unusual for a big takeaway company. Seems to be a lot cheeper to build your own than straight ordering.

Only place I ever order when I’m in Banbury, and occasionally have an insane blowout with some of their great value £30/40/50 deals and end up with enough food to feed my entire street 😂

I am a single mum to three young children, I ordered from dominos this evening which tbf came on time. What I'm not happy about is that I had to send my eldest child down stairs as we live in flats to collect our order as the driver would not bring it to our door. I thought they were suppose to leave it by the door then stand 2 metres away. It doesn't mention this on there website. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon 1

Absolute joke I always go to domino's I love but I am very unhappy happy because I ordered a collection thay tuck the money from my account and when I got there it was only delivery and it was before the 10 curfew that's in place the staff just stud there laughing I am not impressed so much so that I will not be ordering from there again ever as much as I loved the place not every professional from the staff

I'm an NHS worker and I dont leave my flat as I'm worried that if I have picked up the virus I would spread it. I only go out to go to work. I ordered a pizza waiter an hour for it just for the delivery driver to say "you have to come downstairs to get it". The law states that with takeaways, if you are in isolation, delievery drivers bring the food to your doorstep and then leave. I didnt get that courtesy. I was told that a new rule was in place which is not stated anywhere on their app or website and that's that they arnt allowed into buildings. I believe that this treatment of human beings is appalling. They are asking vulnerable people to come out of their homes. Not okay. Will NEVER order from here again

Extremely slow service on a very simple order, very disappointing as by the tome it comes you have rang them 3 times and you are so annoyed you are no longer hungry. Stay clear!

Nothing vegan on the menu. Go to Pizza Express, Pizza hut or Papa johns if you want vegan pizza in Banbury. You need to keep up Domino's, it's 2019

A family Friday night favourite. Website is easy to use and a good selection of offers. Delivery is always around the reuqeated time and drive polite. Our favourites are pepperoni and the Mexican.

Food is as would be expected, however the wait time is always longer than expected even if you collect. A more honest and reliable time scale needs to be in place

After visiting friends who ordered Pizza from Donimo's, I was thinking it was expensive. Having tasted one of their classic bbq chicken pizza's, I am now hooked and well worth paying a bit more for these delicious pizza's, so now, I order get buy 1 get one 1 free to last two days, every week!

I had a pizza that wasn't quite up to their usual standard but then a customer service employee called Phillip quickly helped in sorting me a new pizza to ensure my night wasn't ruined from a day of starving, top customer service. Always appreciated!

I use this place few times a month for lunch. Grate service only ever had one delivery issue but staff on phone really apologetic. Wish my local one was as good as Banbury site.

We collected two pizzas from Dominos on Saturday lunchtime. The food was piping food and the toppings were generous. It tasted great and was ready right on time!

Shocking ordered on the app No show Call sorry be 10 mins couldn't find you 15 mins later called up manager checks where he is hangs up I call back explaining if the pizzas are cold and not fresh we ain't paying or eating them rude arrogant response so turned delivery driver away on arrival probably resold it from what I've read avoid

First time I’ve ever had a dominos pizza take away and will be the last!!! The garlic bread along with the pototoe wedge offer was absolutely horrible. Cheap and horrible! Worst Pizza I’ve ever eaten .... cold, tasteless, doughie and absolutely tasteless ...the whole lot ended up in the dustbin.
